SCAM! Do not buy! The dealership has closed (just call their neighboring businesses to confirm that Premier Auto Sales is closed). The actual dealership is no longer active ( but Google maps shows an older photo so they "look" legit from the web). This is a bunch of guys walking around luxury car dealerships in Visalia, CA and taking photos, then selling the pictured vehicles using the closed dealer's name. See the pictures of the scammers in the reflection of the cars. The FBI, and other national investigative agencies are working on this and have been notified. read more

Their customer service is beyond comparison to anywhere I have ever been and they have set a new bar of expectations. They are up front about anything and everything. We actually bought the IS350 but they did not fix the wobble on the passenger seat, the little dent on the passenger side of the roof or include mats. The first time we were there they said they would fix the problems but decided not to cause we were getting a deal? I can live with the small dent on the roof and can always get all weather mats but the seat is a safety item, geez! In the end we paid $50 more a month, the car had a recall and we couldn't register it until Lexus fixed it but why wouldn't they just have it fixed before selling it? IT'S FREE!!! I told them that I'll need a new car next and I'm now in the market but i highly doubt I'll go back. Service Isn't too bad, just could've helped more with reasonable fixes. I felt like they provided great service to get the sale and yea yea so so after they realized we wanted the car and we were getting it for sure. read more

I'm so excited to write this review. This was my first time at a used car lot. After a lot of researching, I decided Premier Auto was the place. When I first walked in, I was greeted by a salesman. I let him know exactly what I was able to afford and what I wanted my monthly payment to be. Immediately thereafter, the owner, John Flowers took over. He did not waste my time. He gave me straight forward options and what my payment would be. I was pleasantly surprised by how genuine and honest John was. I was fearful of the whole process as I don't know much about cars and negotiating. However, John was truly just so kind and helpful. I am just blown away by the whole experience I had at this place. This company deserves no stars!! I originally gave him a good review but retract it all. The car I purchased didn't get the 118 point inspection required. The next day, my battery went out. Owner John did replace it but was hesitant and annoyed I bothered him with it. After that, my oil light comes on with 13% oil life left, then tire lights went on. How do you sell a used car without getting all fluids checked!!?? And the rest of the vehicle??? I told him I wanted him to pay for oil change and he refused. He hid from me when I showed up at dealership. For the past 3 months, the car I traded in was still in my name. I had to prove to DMV the date sold and I wasn't responsible for registration fees. My newest grievance is I get a late payment notice for my tags on the car I purchased from Premier Auto Sales. I called DMV. Again the paperwork wasn't filed in timely matter, the notice for me to pay my tags was sent to dealership and not me. Premier Auto Sales could of forwarded that to me. When confronted, Premier Auto owner John, he is avoiding me. They should AT LEAST pay for the late fees. His woman assistant/ex girlfriend is RUDE!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!! ZERO STARS. and I have reported this to BBB and DMV. read more

Just bought a suburban from Premier and Kurt, our salesman was awesome! I went in a few weeks back and told him exactly what I was looking for. A couple days later he sent me pictures of a beautiful suburban. It was a little out of the budget we had hoped for but after doing a lot of research we discovered it to be the best deal. Throughout the entire search, Kurt was extremely helpful trying to find us the best car for our family. We ended up finding out that there was an issue with the car after purchasing it. It took quite a bit longer than I had hoped to get it fixed but overall they took care of the problem and made it right. We really appreciated all of the hard work Kurt put in to help us get this resolved even well after selling us the car. We are also thankful to John the owner for fixing the problem and taking care of a repeat customer. read more

Awhile back I came onto the lot asking about jeeps. I look pretty young but I'm 21 and have made a pretty good living for myself. I have a family that has had nothing but jeeps and grew up working on them with my cousins, and neighbor. I start asking about a red Jeep that was sitting on the lot. It had a really shoddy rhino liner job with the roof. I asked him "what's up with the roof it looks like it is peeling.", and in short he said... "Rhino liner" ... Cool but why does it look like someone with Parkinson's sprayed it on?... oh course I didn't say that, but damn I thought it. I said oh, it's supposed to look like that. He said "yep" I then looked at the lights on the car and noticed they were shoddy too and asked "why are the panels here sticking out" usually you cut under the AC intake on jeeps to put the cable under it so it's flush. It in this case they put it through the side panel next to it and it stuck out. His response "lights need power" and so does your brain because clearly it's not working right. I later found out he was the owner... Quality my friend. I later when to a lot down the street to find out it was also owned by him. I asked about another jeep and wanted to take a look at it. He said "cool" and I got under the jeep to notice the whole frame was bent. I asked him if he was aware and if the car had a clean title. He said "I think this one is too big for your wallet." I later that week bought a old tj because they are better then those pentestar pieces of junk. Bought cash in hand for 15,000 with 43,000 miles on it. Too bad my wallet was too light for your car lot, lol. Best part is a year later the red Jeep with the roof rack is still there and the green Jeep with a lift kit is still there. Ps the green jeep is the one with the bent frame don't buy that thing. read more

VERY UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! I saw that my credit report had three, yes THREE, hard hits from this dealership. As soon as I was notified about the hits I immediately called them. I spoke to the "General Manager" Jesse. I had told him my information was compromised at his business and he told me, "you gave authorization over the phone." Never in my life had I spoke to any of Premier Auto Sales employees. First off, I would never run my credit over the phone, especially with an establishment like this. Second, since when is it okay with running someone's credit when they are not present? All Jesse could say was, "you gave authorization." I live 3 hours away from Visalia and I was working at the time of the incident. Jesse kept getting loud over the phone and had zero intelligent answers he could give me. Long story short, please do not give your business to these scam artists. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. That is the Better Business Bureau. In case Jesse reads this, I would like him to know what the BBB is. I'm sure with his intelligence level, he has no clue. read more
