It could have killed her and anyone else in the car. Only this dealership could manage to screw up a perfectly good Lexus. By the way they had my sisters previous Ford SUV for weeks and couldn't figure out what was wrong. It was a design defect in the oil pan seal. Her husband googled it and solved it. They are incompetent. No one should ever buy from the Porterville Ford dealership or ever have their car service there unless they want to out their lives in jeopardy. They are 100% incompetent. Must be normal to them for incompetence of their mechanics! All the good ones are gone because these Stones don't treat their employees very well! On top of all of this they finally order the correct part then they say oh now we don't have the tool available to fix it so we have to wait for that to come in! Seriously? Then it's still not the right part. This goes on and on. They Never call us, we have to call them to find out what's going on! Every time!
