    This is what Green smog passed as stock.

    MUST READ! Check your Catalytic converters!! Bought a 2012 Tundra from Dann's Discount Auto in Tulare, CA. in January of 2022. He bought it out of Arizona. I had to get it smogged Jan 2024 and it failed for bad Catalytic converters. (4 on this truck) over 4k to replace. I called Dann's and was told that it was passed by Visalia Green Smog and my problem. I went to Green Smog and was told by Kevin that he passed them because they thought they were stock. (they look nothing like the stock cats.) I called the manager at Dann's and told them that I would be contacting the bureau of automotive repairs and take them to court if they didn't make it right. About a half hour later I get a call from Dann himself telling me that he will pay half only and thinks I changed them out myself due to them being stolen. I advised him that if I had to pay for them I would have to leave an honest review about this. He then told me to "go ahead and leave a review, you forget that I have all your info and you will find out what I will do to you". Well Dann, It's all public now. If you show up to my house where my kids and wife live you're going to get more than a bad review.

    I was shopping for a reliable used car this past Memorial Day Weekend. I stopped at several other dealers before arriving at Dann's & NOBODY wanted to give me a great "Memorial Day Weekend" deal. Upon arriving at Dann's the manager Joey immediately quoted me a Holiday DISCOUNT price on the vehicle I wanted. Our salesman Thomas was extremely knowledgeable & friendly as well. They got me financed at a great rate & payments that I am comfortable with. Thank You Dann to You & Your Crew

Put in a credit app. Texted with Edgar Rosales after sending him my most recent earning statement never replied after running my credit. Did not say anything if I was clear, if I needed a co-signer. I was curious on the rate their bank would offer as I already had one from Navy Federal Credit Union and I was ready to purchase. No reply.. 3rd try. I stopped at the Lindsay location to look at a Volkswagen sports wagon. Mechanical issues -leaking oil pan -alternator windings failing Moderate engine blow by -car calling for an oil change -and what really tops the cake is the car is sitting on the lot, dirty, with food crumbs scattered all over. When mentioned to the saleswoman (who stayed texting on her phone) she stated. Oh yea the owner had been driving it for a while. Vehicle is way overpriced Asked what kind of deal they could make being the vehicle has moderate issues. She took my name and number. Stated she would speak with her manager and give me a call later than day. This was 2 days ago with no response. Again.. I am already set and ready to purchase. Very very terrible customer service. If your military 100% steer clear of this place. They don't know what an LES is clearly.

Participant: Yeah, that we will fix it um, if you will allow us to fix it, but we will be using our vendor. You: Right, And you did, you did reiterate to the general manager that I did use your guys' vendor once already that they did a bad job on it. And then I also went and did the 2 quotes that we had talked about. And that wasn't my idea, if you remember, right? That was your idea. So I did go out on my own to go get those 2 quotes Participant: I said, if you wanted to do that, and I said that I was going to talk to my team about other possible vendors You: Right. They said the warranty does not cover tires because how do they know she didn't drive over a nail after purchase. The warranty clearly states it covers tires in the first thirty days. My mom needed the situation addressed so she went to a nearby mom-and-pop place and they said the problem was a valve. They did not charge her. So what does the 30 day warranty cover? It says "tires" but does that mean something else? How do I resolve this issue?
