I went to LKS to see a used Ford F150 they advertised online. I drove down from Tracy because the…read moread showed a truck that fit what I was looking for pretty exact. When I reached out online Kevin responded right away and we set up a next day test drive of the vehicle. When I arrived Kevin greeted me, her was very polite, he showed me to the truck answered any questions, retrieved the keys and left me with the vehicle to inspect it at my leisure. After a short inspection I asked him if I could test drive the vehicle and he took a copy of my license and let me take the truck. During the test drive I did a hard acceleration and noticed a sputter with some significant power loss and the check engine light flashed on- it was a misfire. I drove back and let Kevin know what happened and that unfortunately I wasn't interested. He was very apologetic and asked me to wait before leaving and hooked up his scanner to see what was wrong and it was a misfire. He changed it the spark plug from the misfiring cylinder and we went on another test drive and the issue was gone. I liked the truck and the scanner didn't show any other problems so I decided to buy it. Kevin informed me that if the problem came back even though he was selling me a used car as is he would fix it or he would take the car back which from a smaller dealership I've NEVER heard before. We finalize the deal do the paper work and I drive off. During my two and a half hour drive back it happened again so I texted Kevin and let him know, long story short hex was polite and professional and honored his promise. I got the truck home and within the next few days I decided to use my scan tool to see what the issue was and it showed a misfire in the number two and four cylinders so I changed the spark plugs in all of them which I usually do anytime I buy a used vehicle anyway and all codes cleared the truck has been running great now for about a month. I called Kevin to let him know and he was happy it worked it and offered to pay for the repair which I declined. Kevin is a stand up guy, and if I find itself in need of another used car I'll gladly do business with him again. Here's one thing people need to consider though when buying a used car, especially from a small dealer. These vehicles are used they're not certified pre-owned they're usually inspected to make sure they're legal to be put on the road and minor repairs are done. You're delaying with a small business that's trying to make money and most of them aren't going to spend extra money to make sure every major repair is completed because their customer base cannot afford or do not have the credit worthiness to buy those types of vehicles. I could've gone to a certified dealer but I found this specific truck and honestly I expected more issues than what I've had so far. Bottom line I usually don't trust used car dealers but Kevin showed here would make things right during and after the sale. I can't recommend him enough!

Told us that if we wanted to look around more til we were sure he respected that. He had so many offers on this car. Our last two pre-owned cars we felt pressured and ended up making a bad decision. So like he said the choice is yours. It's for sale and I know you're interested, he let us leave and shop around. Within an hour I called him back and told him I want to purchase it. I'll be back tomorrow. He knew I was a young college student needing reliable transportation back and forth to school. He said it's not just selling a car to him, it's an investment in my future. And Everytime I get in this same car now I'm always grateful to him for being understanding and an overall wonderful person.

Recently I put an inquiry for a Mazda Miata they had on the lot at the Lindsay location. Put in a credit app. Texted with Edgar Rosales after sending him my most recent earning statement never replied after running my credit. Did not say anything if I was clear, if I needed a co-signer. I was curious on the rate their bank would offer as I already had one from Navy Federal Credit Union and I was ready to purchase. No reply.. 3rd try. I stopped at the Lindsay location to look at a Volkswagen sports wagon. Mechanical issues -leaking oil pan -alternator windings failing Moderate engine blow by -car calling for an oil change -and what really tops the cake is the car is sitting on the lot, dirty, with food crumbs scattered all over. When mentioned to the saleswoman (who stayed texting on her phone) she stated. Oh yea the owner had been driving it for a while. Vehicle is way overpriced Asked what kind of deal they could make being the vehicle has moderate issues. She took my name and number. Stated she would speak with her manager and give me a call later than day. This was 2 days ago with no response. Again.. I am already set and ready to purchase. Very very terrible customer service. If your military 100% steer clear of this place. They don't know what an LES is clearly.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP…read more I strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing a vehicle here to think twice and do extensive research first. My experience was one of the most frustrating and expensive experiences I've ever had buying a car. I am sharing this review to help other buyers avoid going through what I did. I purchased a 2017 Corvette with approximately 44,000 miles. Shortly after taking ownership, the vehicle developed serious mechanical issues, including a flashing check engine light, misfires, and drivability problems. I took the car to a Chevrolet dealership for diagnosis and followed their recommendations for repairs. Over the course of the diagnosis and repair process, I spent thousands of dollars replacing components that were believed to be causing the issue. Unfortunately, the problems continued. After further inspection, the Chevrolet dealership determined that the engine had suffered internal damage and recommended a complete engine replacement, with an estimated repair cost of approximately $18,000. When I contacted the selling dealership to explain the situation and provide the diagnostic findings, I was extremely disappointed with how my concerns were handled by the sales manager, Andy Ricardo. Rather than working with me toward a reasonable solution, I was repeatedly reminded that the vehicle had been sold "as is." Communication was frustrating, and I felt that customer service ended the moment the sale was completed. I understand that buying a used vehicle carries risk, and I was fully aware that "as is" means there may not be a warranty. However, I also believe that how a dealership treats customers after a major issue arises says a lot about its integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. In my experience, I did not feel supported or treated fairly throughout this process. If you decide to purchase a vehicle from this dealership, I strongly recommend paying for a thorough independent pre-purchase inspection before signing anything. It may save you from an extremely costly mistake. This review reflects my personal experience, and I hope it helps others make a well-informed decision before purchasing a vehicle here.
