I was recently tboned and had to deal with the stress of buying a new vehicle. Everyone knows how stressful the process can be but Jorge and his team were extremely helpful and took away all the stress. Although I missed out on the 4Runner I wanted I was still blown away by their service. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you for all the help. read more

We came, we saw and we conquered!!! I love that this is a family business and you can definitely tell. He treated us like family and the process was the fastest car buying experience that we've ever encountered. Happy birthday Sir!!! Thank you for a great experience. read more

Shogun Auto Center - Used Car Dealers Near Me - Hanford, California

Won't go again, car was a lemon. Engine problems not even 2 weeks after purchase, car was in the shop till new years. Just last month, another engine leak with coolant seeping into the engine, totally undrivable. The car has been in shops for diagnostics more than the car has been driven. Now out a car, 4900 in debt, likely can't trade the car in for another and hiring a lawyer. read more

Thank you Shogun Auto Center for the sale of the 2015 Mitsubishi Lancer. Our young son loves it even though he has yet to drive it, waiting for insurance. We are guilty of taking far too much of Jorge's time, but we have an enjoyable purchase experience. Their operation provided us with a quality vehicle and outstanding sales service that we continue to have difficulty finding in today's world. Both Jorge who we purchased the car from and Mauro who my husband only spoke to over the phone are very professional and responsive to our many questions. We look forward to our next purchase there. read more

Shogun Auto Center - Shogun Auto Center July 2024 - Used Car Dealers Near Me - Hanford, California

Bought a car there, took it in a few times with transmission issues. They kept fixing small parts. Looks like I need a whole new transmission. Never shifted properly. Bought a car with a bad transmission. They knew what they were selling me. They still would not fix the issue. Do not recommend this place to my worst enemy. This car was for school. read more

Simple and easy, one day in and out in maybe an hour, financing in town. Would definitely go back

Shogun Auto Center is the best used car dealership I have ever encountered! George came out to meet me and let my wife and I take our time and test drive the 2017 Toyota RAV 4 we were interested in. He did not come off pushy or trying to give us a sales pitch but just smiled and told us to take our time and test drive the car look it over and if we like it and want to buy it we can go over the details. He showed us the Car Fax vehicle history report and was very open and honest. He gave us the deal we wanted and we are very happy with our car. I will Definitely be coming back again for our next vehicle! read more

I am all about privately owned businesses because you're going to get that genuine caring customer service. The employees here are all there for your best interest. Jorge, is truly awesome. I was able to tell him what I was looking for (& I am picky) and he was able to work with what I needed. I would recommend this dealer to anyone, near or far! read more

I can't begin to express the level of satisfaction I have for Shogun and Jorge. As someone who stresses over the smallest things, he made buying a car as easy as possible. When I say above and beyond, I absolutely mean it. The level of sincerity I was awarded as soon as I stepped onto the lot till the moment I drove off, I can't put a high enough rating. As long as Shogun is in business, I will continue to purchase from them. I know that reviews are opinions and not factual, but test your luck. You won't be disappointed. Thank you Jorge! read more

Awesome experience, from the start over the phone, Jorge was really cool to deal with. Quickly responded to the online inquiry (most dont). And in person, super personable. Well worth the 100 mile drive! Thanks Jorge! read more

A very welcoming establishment, and a business that truly prioritizes their client's needs in all aspects of conduct. Evident in the way Jorge took the time to comprehensively explain the details, ensuring I would be satisfied. There can be some uncertainty when purchasing a used car, but felt assured through the process of sourcing a potential vehicle. Thank you Jorge for your commitment to integrity. Would recommend, highly! read more

Went to this small auto dealer after several attempts at the other well known dealerships. Estephan and his workers did what no other well known dealer could do, approve us with a great deal but thats not all they provide you with great customer service and treated us with respect and felt very welcome like family. They did above and beyond to help us out knowing what our situation was. I recommend Shogun Auto to anyone and everyone with no hesitation!! Thank you guys and God bless! read more

See all

I just bought a new car there and for once i don't feel like I'm being "sold". Im a very carful person and make carful decisions because that's the type of person i am. But instead of "sold" i felt "guided". Instead of an eerie "business deal" i felt as if they really had they're best interest out for me... Like family. I've shopped around allot and have never gotten the dedicated attention like ive had here.. because they love what they do for they're community, and i love it too. Thank you Jorge! read more

This lot was super easy to work with, George was probably one of the most honest sales people i have ever dealt with, i spent no longer than an hour on the lot finalizing everything. The car i was interested in had a walk in try to buy it and George told them it was already sold before we even worked the loan with the bank. The VW had to go to the dmv a week later for VIN verification, they let me pick a loaner car for the day. Super freindly and easy to work with. read more

Talked to Jorge and Mauro about what kind of car I was looking for and my budget. They found my dream car, I am so happy I drove by this place they are really nice guys. I posted a great review before but had second thoughts so I pulled it. Truth is, the process with financing away from Shogun was frustrating. Yesterday, I finalized the deal and drove my new to me vehicle home. Above all, I'd say, both Stephan and Mark are honest, which is a rare find with used car sales people. Mark is old skool which lends him to being more of a salesman but, he never was dishonest in my dealings with him. Is the car perfect? Of course not, it is 16 years old. Is it everything I expect of it and more? Absolutely! I'm still discovering cool things about this car and I've only had it for just over 6 hours. Thanks Shogun and company. By the way, Mark, found the lug key in the pocket for the spare. This weekend, I'll be working to figure out why only the right side of the stereo seems to work but, it is a 16 year old vehicle... Awesome car and now I can honestly and with some pride say, I own a Porsche! read more

Shogun Auto Center - My new, to me, baby. - Used Car Dealers Near Me - Hanford, California

Hands down the most awesome car dealership around! I had went to so many dealerships looking for the right car for me and I'm so glad I ended up at Shoguns. George and another gentleman helped me every step of the way in getting my dream car and worked with me on everything to make sure I was happy with my decision. They are in no way pushy like 99 percent of other dealerships are and don't try to up-sale and scam you on prices like others do. They are 110 percent honest and super knowledgeable on every aspect and thorough with every detail which is especially wonderful if you're like me and don't know exactly a lot about cars and the purchasing process. If you're looking for a car I definitely hands down recommend going to Shoguns, you won't be disappointed I promise you. read more
