    Kind, patient, and hold true to their word on the one-month warranty. The vehicle was in like new conditions when we received it.

For context, I live in Los Angeles, and was committed to making the appropriate accommodations to work through this deal the right way. My brother called to express our serious interest, our already approved financing and ready to negotiate a deal before making the drive over to ensure neither party wasted time. He connected with the Manager, Alvardo, they negotiated a price on 3/18, we were emailed an itemized list of the agreed upon price (car history etc.) and we planned on driving out there today, 3/19. When he called last night, to re-confirm today's trip, he was told by Gabby the car was no longer available. We happened to look at the site today and noticed it was still showing as available but noticed it was listed 1K higher. I called today to confirm if the car was available, spoke to Gabby and was told that it was. So I was confused on what the miss was. My brother called minutes later, also spoke to Gabby to address the inconsistency, and then he was told that the car was no longer available. My issue is how unprofessional this is. It's either available or it's not, respectfully, pick a lane. A car isn't a small purchase and this is just truly unprofessional. So for anyone looking to do business with them, just be aware.

I took the chance and found a new 2017 F250 that was still in their inventory. I sent the General Manager, Matt Meyer, an email explaining I live in Los Angeles and could not simply stop in. I made him an offer in my email and left my phone number. Within an hour, Matt called me and we discussed numbers. I told him I was also looking at a similar truck to his in Bakersfield (whole neither story). After negotiating back and forth, Matt & I could not agree on a price. He thanked me for my time and congratulated me on the truck I would be buying from his competitor. Fast forward to a bad experience in Bakersfield... I called Matt for some clarification on California auto contracts. Matt was extremely helpful and patient even though I was not his customer. I could not praise Matt and his customer service and professionalism enough... well maybe I could have had he gave me the truck for free! Haha

    I saw a car online that I was interested in and emailed them. I texted and emailed back with…read moresalesman Juan Perez. He was upfront and sent me photos of the car. I told him I lived several hours away and would want to do as much online as possible if I were to come down and see and maybe buy the car. Juan told me there were some issues with the car so I would not be surprised with them if and when I were to go there. Eventually, there were enough issues that I decided not to go further with the car. To me if there were issues with the car (Ford product) and the dealer was not willing to fix it, then it must be pretty bad or $$$. I never met with or talked to Juan in person or on the phone but he was helpful and no pressure. My only complaint would be that there was never an advertised price for the car and Juan never gave me an answer when I asked him what the price was.

Prior to doing business with Keller , I was really traumatized for having such a bad experience with Fresno Mitsubishi service department a few years ago(2024) when I had the unfortunate experience of completing a 16 hour shift and finding my car dead in a the parking lot of the State Hospital . After my car was towed to Mitsubishi of Fresno it rotted in a parking lot for 4 months with little to no communication and a very mean woman who did not want to help me was my only point of contact . I swore in that moment that I would never again fall victim to that business and I did not go back to them for a new car . My experience at Keller was the complete opposite. Vanessa was caring , went above and beyond to help me with my service issue and I didn't even wait 24 hours until it was resolved . She made it very clear my business was valued and had genuine concern for what my needs were . I highly recommend this business . Good service is dead, but not at Keller . They take care of you and treat you well and truly go beyond standard expectations. I think I'll stick with Chevy for now on . I suggest you do too . Thank you Keller for taking care of me. I…read moredropped my vehicle off at 9:30 AM expecting it to be looked at within a reasonable timeframe. After waiting 5-6 hours, my car still had not even been serviced. When I asked about the delay, I was told that I needed an appointment, even for a simple oil change. This was frustrating because that requirement isn't posted anywhere in the service department or on their website, so there was no way to know that ahead of time. What made the situation worse was that I didn't receive any updates during the entire time I was waiting. If appointments are required, especially for basic services like an oil change, that should be clearly communicated to customers up front so they can plan accordingly. I hope management looks into this and improves the communication process for customers. I'd be happy to update this review if the situation is addressed.
