After reading all the negative reviews about "customer service" at Keller Ford, I was extremely hesitant to even search their inventory out fear I would find what I wanted. I took the chance and found a new 2017 F250 that was still in their inventory. I sent the General Manager, Matt Meyer, an email explaining I live in Los Angeles and could not simply stop in. I made him an offer in my email and left my phone number. Within an hour, Matt called me and we discussed numbers. I told him I was also looking at a similar truck to his in Bakersfield (whole neither story). After negotiating back and forth, Matt & I could not agree on a price. He thanked me for my time and congratulated me on the truck I would be buying from his competitor. Fast forward to a bad experience in Bakersfield... I called Matt for some clarification on California auto contracts. Matt was extremely helpful and patient even though I was not his customer. I could not praise Matt and his customer service and professionalism enough... well maybe I could have had he gave me the truck for free! Haha read more

I saw a car online that I was interested in and emailed them. I texted and emailed back with salesman Juan Perez. He was upfront and sent me photos of the car. I told him I lived several hours away and would want to do as much online as possible if I were to come down and see and maybe buy the car. Juan told me there were some issues with the car so I would not be surprised with them if and when I were to go there. Eventually, there were enough issues that I decided not to go further with the car. To me if there were issues with the car (Ford product) and the dealer was not willing to fix it, then it must be pretty bad or $$$. I never met with or talked to Juan in person or on the phone but he was helpful and no pressure. My only complaint would be that there was never an advertised price for the car and Juan never gave me an answer when I asked him what the price was. read more

Should be zero stars. Had a Costco quote for a locked in price. When I went to close the deal they changed the numbers on the rebates. Quote was valid for two weeks. READ the final paperwork and check the numbers. They will switch things without saying anything. They lost a cash in hand sale because of their shady sales practices. read more

They are very helpful and informed technicians. However they are expensive. It is worth the price is you have a complex issue. I went there for a timing issue that 3 other mechanics couldn't fix and they did. I also later went there for a simple headlight part and they advised a place that does body repair because it was a simple 5 min fix and was not worth the time to even file the paperwork, which ended up saving me a ton of money. After a very classless experience on Friday night 3/6/20 and a private email sent to the dealership and general sales manager no one bothered to reach back out to try and resolve the horrific experience we had. We took our truck to get it fix and after several weeks they couldn't fix it. We picked it up and paid for the oil change and diagnostics test. When we got home and went through the truck we noticed everything had been messed with. The one thing we noticed left inside was a crack pipe. After my husband spoke to the manager , the manager send him a letter supposedly stating they had noticed the pipe was there and they had called us to let us know which was a lie . read more

Always bring my Ford car for my oil changes. Last oil change they said my rear shocks were leaking oil and recommend they get changed. I took the car to Ford dealership which say they were probably good. I didn't feel comfortable so I had an auto shop replace them. They said that the old shocks didn't look to be leaking oil. read more

Sent a request through the Ford site about a vehicle they had on the lot. Got three emails and two phone calls from different people. The first call, the lady said they would not deal on the vehicle. The second guy Arwin told me he would work with me and get a deal done. He called me back and tried to give 4k below trade-in KBB price and wanted to mark-up the new vehicle. I told him I was pre-approved for financing and I wanted to make the deal, but I'd order before paying a mark-up. He told me he would call me back. Nothing. I called back the next day and aske about the deal, he told me he would work up numbers and get back to me. Never heard back. I can't believed a dealership would rather tick off a customer, lose a sale, and gain a bad review for horrible service for a few grand mark-up. Ok so here we are seven months later. Received multiple letters and calls from the dealership. Trying to get me to come in and discuss with the manager about my issues. Turned them down every time. I said I never wanted to deal with them again. Probably wanted to charge me to repair those hidden issues. The only time I will ever contact them is when I put in to their ass for issues that were not disclosed and tucked away under the dash. My radio signal is garbage (weak antenna), but that is my reminder...I absolutely hate this business. husband and I just bought a 2020 Ford Edge and it BROKE IN 30days exactly 30 DAYS! Thankfully we have a warranty on the car so we don't have to pay the $3,600 in repairs but they were trying to charge us a deductible of $250 which we didn't think was fair. Although the manager waived the deductible fee "because it's not right" I don't think it's right that we have to keep this car they said the next best option would be to trade this car in and I'll have negative equity. The day the car broke the guy in services asked us if we had a ride home after the car had been towed to there shop because they don't provide loaner cars. Then we went next door to sales and they thankfully provided us a loaner while our car is being worked on. But regardless of good customer service, When we bought this car we thought it was going to last us a long time and be reliable but I don't think so now that it broke within the first month of owning it how do I know it's not going to break down again when we get it back? For reference we maybe put 1,00 0 miles on it from the day we bought it and that's being generous. Took my 6 month old Ford Ranger in for a problem with the brake lights, the readers digest version: it took them 2 months to diagnose and replace a taillight, then they managed to scratch and chip the paint on my brand new vehicle in the process of replacing that light. The longer version: had an appointment, they knew I was waiting. After 2.5 hours I walked back to find they hadn't even tried to look at my vehicle. Absolutely zero consideration for people's time. The same day after I discovered they hadn't touched my vehicle I overheard them give another customer who was waiting for service their keys back and explain they didn't even look at it because "they needed more time". These people had been sitting for hours as well. So they scrambled after I told them how rude it was they hadn't touched my vehicle and came back saying they needed to keep it. They got me a loaner vehicle and that was the last time I saw it for 2 months. They claimed to have tested the taillights, then moved on to replacing connectors, installing wire harness bypasses, and then coming to the conclusion they needed to replace a body control module (that was on back order for 2-3 weeks). Finally the module comes in, then they decide to replace the passenger side taillight and what do you know? Fixed. Didn't even replace the module that we waited nearly a month for. Then I pick the vehicle up in the middle of the covid19 pandemic, just got in and went to work. Later that day I looked at the passenger side and noticed several deep scratches below the taillight and some chips on the bed where they clearly let the taillight hang while testing (they had told me they plugged the drivers side into the passengers side to see if the problem followed the light. So I'm guessing that's when they scratched it to hell). So I called the service manager who's solution was to come get my vehicle and give me another loaner so they could "fix" it. I'd be pretty stupid to let them have my vehicle again. I emailed him some pictures of the damage and told him I will get it repaired on my own and send them the quotes and after a week, I have yet to get a response. Moral of the story? Dealerships in general are not great. Service departments are even worse. This one is at the bottom for me. I always try to avoid dealerships and service departments but didn't have much choice for this one. Now I pay the price. Have a damaged brand new vehicle or a repaired brand new vehicle. Either way it will never be the same, and they don't care. AVOID Keller Ford PERIOD. read more

We bought a used truck for our daughter last year. They told us it belonged to a friend of the owner who had an almost identical truck there parked. We came from hours away and wanted to make the deal, drove the truck but didn't have anyone look at it/go through it. On the way home the stereo was going off and on, speakers changing. Called them, they said it was bought as is, I said yes it was! With the extra's and a working stereo. They finally paid a local shop to fix it. Then the auto windows stopped working, took it to a dealership closer to us. They found crazy wiring problems, possible Fire and Water coming in. I went around and around with them trying to get them to fix it, the battery wasn't even the right size. They at first wanted to work with me about it, when I didn't want to go all the way down there and let them "fix it" which would take days. ( and what were we suppose to do? stay down there) At this point I didn't trust them. Their solution was to take all the after market stuff off the truck, I said NO, we bought it with those things so it's a safer truck to drive in the mountains. Once I told wrote to them asking a final time for them to make this right and said I might have to take them to small claims court, their response was we have lots of lawyers to take care of this type of thing. If I could give negative stars I would, I called and set up an appointment to test drive a car, drove over an hour to get there and when I walk in the doors the employees saw me walk in and completely ignored me. I stood and waited until someone from outside walked in to help me, they then proceeded to say the car was unavailable for a test drive after I set up an appointment and they said the car would be ready for a test drive. He was the most rude obnoxious and disrespectful sales person I've ever come across in nearly 30 years of buying cars. He upset my husband, a military veteran calling him "unreasonable". Two weeks ago I bought a used car, the audio in the car has been very static and continues when when the radio is shut down. I tried to contacted the sales person via text and attempted the dealership where i was transferred to no one but attempted to leave a message. My third attempt I called him and he said he would call me back. I never got that call. Since I was going to be in the area I stopped by, of course he gave me some excuse as to why he didn't call me...and asked for my keys. He drove 10 parking spots over where he parked and no one check the car. When he came out he said there was nothing he can do cause we didn't purchase extra coverage. I don't know what extra coverage has to do with assisting your clients in understanding their car. All I wanted was someone that is supposed to know about the vehicle to tell me why the issue is happening and guide me to fixing it. I am very disappointed. Went in and needed a small electrical part for my truck. It was not cheap. It didn't end up being the problem but now they won't return it because it's opened. WTF? I literally plugged it in and tested it and that was it. The parts guy was rude and didn't even look at me. I spend thousands a year on OEM parts and was about to buy a new diesel truck. I brought it to the attention of my service representative who said they will have to refund the amount by check since I paid with a credit card. I had been looking for a Lincoln MKZ with the V6 for over a month. After two unsuccessful attempts at finding my car at two different Orange County Lincoln dealers, I went onto autotrader.com and found the 2017 MKZ I ended up buying. It wasn't the color I had originally wanted but the black color just made the car pop so I called and spoke with Brad in internet sales. All I can say is Brad did more for me in one day than the two different other Lincoln dealers did for me in the days and weeks that I dealt with them. Perhaps the BIGGEST score was that Brad was willing to have the car driven down to me in Brea, CA, where I live, a distance of about 200 miles, saving me time and expense having to drive up the following weekend to get my car. Because it was a left over '17 model, I got $6K off the sticker price plus $3K in rebates on top of my down payment. Got a fantastic deal. I am overall very happy and satisfied. Only reason I didn't give a full 5 star review is because I think my car could've been delivered to me a little more cleaner than it was. Upon a thorough review of the car, there was dried dirt in the door frames, trunk frame, inside the door where the fuel filler is and the rims were a hot mess with a lot of dried grime and brake dust all over them. When you buy a luxury car, whether it's a Lexus, a BMW or a Lincoln, it should be delivered clean. I realize the car went on a 200 mile drive to me and while I expected some dead bugs on the windshield and grill, what I didn't expect was all the dirt I found in the aforementioned places. That was a bit of a let down and I'm planning on having the car completely detailed this weekend, something I think should've been done PRIOR to delivery. Other than that issue, I'm very pleased with the deal I got and would recommend Keller Ford-Lincop to my friends (provided they are willing to go to the Fresno area for a car). After I posted my review, I was contacted the next day by sales manager Don. Don was extremely apologetic for how the car was delivered and advised me to contact a detailer near me and scan a copy of the receipt to him and he'll cover the charge for the detail job. I wasn't expecting anything honestly, just wanted to call the dealers attention to the mishap but Don went above and beyond in my opinion to make sure I was a happy camper. Fast forward to today, I contacted Don to ask about the availability of a trunk cargo net for my car. He found one and had it shipped to me. I fully expected to pay for it and he told me not to worry about, he's got it taken care of. Ladies and gentleman, Keller Ford/Lincoln is a class act. Their actions have spoken volumes to me in terms of superb customer service. I have been left with the feeling that my business truly matters and that as a customer, I am highly valued. I live 3 1/2 hours away from Keller Ford/Lincoln in Orange County. You can best bet when it comes time for my next Lincoln purchase, I will go to Keller. No Lincoln dealership in Orange County came remotely close to doing for me what Keller has done. If you're looking for a sensational deal and a fantastic customer service experience, save yourself a heartache and just call Keller Ford/Lincoln in Hanford. Talk to Brad in internet sales, if you live far like I do, there's a good chance he'll have your car delivered to you! Sadly this is not a happy story. I would avoid Keller as they do not give good deals and totally do a bait and switch. Came in for a good price with a TrueCar certificate... this was discarded as we walked around looking for trucks that we liked and they kept stressing that it was all about the payment and not about the price. We were given very poor values for trade-ins compared to other dealerships and then given a non competitive price but convinced that we would not have luck with any other dealership due to our two trade ins. I have excellent credit but no longer because the finance person who had assured me they would not go out to a Zillion Banks did in fact have hard credit pulls from 9 banks!! I am showing a picture of all the rejection letters. This has seriously damaged my otherwise very good credit because he sent it out to all these banks without my permission after he had assured me that we had an approval from one of them. The customer service was at best pushy and annoyingly fakely friendly. I kept also mentioning a rebate I believed I was entitled to but the same finance guy refused to include it until I had to make a giant stink about it and get my rebate... that's not how things should go. Then when I gave my feedback to Ford I got a call from the manager just saying to call him on his cell phone but not addressing the fact that I was displeased... in fact he seemed rather arrogant in his message. I guess he thought I should be owing him a call even though I was the one that had an issue with the service. Bottom line I would never purchase a vehicle from here again and will steer people away from them... I should have gotten a more competitive interest rate which I know the finance people can make money from and the pricing was also crap. Totally didn't honor the TrueCar pricing and they don't even have water to offer you all the better to try and manipulate you while they have you sitting there or driving back and forth several days. read more

Thank you for bait and switch. Been emailing Brad back and forth on a 2017 F 250 XLT. Sent me information on it and the price was $49,910 after being reduced in price. So I went to the dealership to look at the truck. They said the price was only reduced to 52,000 and he wasn't to sure if this was the truck we were talking about or not. Strike one. When he came back with the monthly payment I wanted it was on an XL truck not the XLT truck I wanted. Strike two. They had the 120% of Kelly Blue Book value which was a joke. I was trading my truck in on the 2017 F250. What they was going to give me for my truck barley came up to the KBB value at 100%. I had dealers who would buy it for a certain price that was more than Keller Ford was going to give me at 120% of KBB. Strike three I'm gone. read more
