I just want to share a really positive experience I had at the Keller Service Department last week . Prior to doing business with Keller , I was really traumatized for having such a bad experience with Fresno Mitsubishi service department a few years ago(2024) when I had the unfortunate experience of completing a 16 hour shift and finding my car dead in a the parking lot of the State Hospital . After my car was towed to Mitsubishi of Fresno it rotted in a parking lot for 4 months with little to no communication and a very mean woman who did not want to help me was my only point of contact . I swore in that moment that I would never again fall victim to that business and I did not go back to them for a new car . My experience at Keller was the complete opposite. Vanessa was caring , went above and beyond to help me with my service issue and I didn't even wait 24 hours until it was resolved . She made it very clear my business was valued and had genuine concern for what my needs were . I highly recommend this business . Good service is dead, but not at Keller . They take care of you and treat you well and truly go beyond standard expectations. I think I'll stick with Chevy for now on . I suggest you do too . Thank you Keller for taking care of me. I'm pretty disappointed with the experience I had with the service department at Kellar Motors. I dropped my vehicle off at 9:30 AM expecting it to be looked at within a reasonable timeframe. After waiting 5-6 hours, my car still had not even been serviced. When I asked about the delay, I was told that I needed an appointment, even for a simple oil change. This was frustrating because that requirement isn't posted anywhere in the service department or on their website, so there was no way to know that ahead of time. What made the situation worse was that I didn't receive any updates during the entire time I was waiting. If appointments are required, especially for basic services like an oil change, that should be clearly communicated to customers up front so they can plan accordingly. I hope management looks into this and improves the communication process for customers. I'd be happy to update this review if the situation is addressed. read more

We bought our first family car a Toyota Highlander and sells person. Jeff Taylor swore up and down that the Car did not have any problems. come to find out there was a coolant leak that did not come up until a few months later when we called to ask about it and see if there was anything they can do to help us. They said they could not in that their files do not show any type of damage. Jeff Taylor swore that there was no issues and even brought up his own family and kids and that he would never do that to somebody. absolutely disgraceful. please do not go to this dealership. It has two stars on yelp for a reason. Absolutely infuriating! I would not recommend shopping here. The staff are some of the rudest people I've met. My wife and I walked into Kellers looking to buy and were not greeted correctly. I was told the lady I spoke with is named sandy. She was super rude and obviously tried to ignore us. She said that was not her job and didn't even care to assist us to someone else. I would not recommend Keller Motors in Hanford, especially dealing with Eric in the service department. He does not take care of customers the way he should, and there is a clear lack of communication and follow-through. When you bring your vehicle in for service, you expect professionalism, honesty, and timely updates none of which I experienced here. A month or so ago I took my gmc Yukon xl in for a new Transmisson and it was done within a week bring it home and not even a week later its slipping again I told them and they said it was replaced which I don't think it was because its doing the same thing it was when I took it in. I also told them its making a metal on metal clacking noise and they kept saying it was nothing just the age of the vehicle I took it in 6 times for the same noise and then they said it was a flap making the noise took it home and it was still making the noise so I took it to another mechanic and right away he found the problem it was a bolt missing from the caliber. I'm very disappointed in the service I have received as of today my cars transmission is still slipping. read more

Eh. I went in for a diagnostic for my truck. They said they needed to open the headers and remove the camshaft to repair the clicking/trembling noise that my vehicle made. They quoted me $5500-8000 for this job (depending on what it needed). I took it to a mom & pop shop for a second opinion and fixed it for less than $1500. It was a simple lifter than needed to be replaced. Imo just scan your check engine light you have on at autozone and they'll provide the codes that the light gives off. Just look up the codes on YouTube and fix it yourself before taking it here. You'll save thousands. read more

This place is a goddamn JOKE! If you have a vehicle to be serviced or repaired DO NOT go here. My trucks been in the shop for almost 4 MONTHS now. In that time three people from their department has QUIT. Including the manager haha it's such a sad excuse for a dealership. I can't believe this place is still in business. I don't even care about getting my truck back at this point. They can keep the thing. When you call they put you on hold and then the phone just ends the call. They NEVER call you about updates or timelines for anything. I have just resulted in going in person for anything I need answers for. My part has been on back order and it's been cancelled 3 TIMES! Because they have the most outdated system to order parts. If your part becomes available it's not just ordered to the most recent dealership that needs it. It goes off who clicks order that part as soon as it's available. So your part will just proceed to be onback order because they couldnt care less if they receive your part to begin with. If I could give this place negative stars I would. I will personally never EVER buy a Chevy/GMC vehicle in my life because of this whole mess of a dealership. BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION!!!! And they scratched my front panel when installing the new part! I'm not even going to say anything because they will just take another 3 months to fix the damn paint. read more

Scheduled an oil change thru Kellers website and the price came up $69.95 for my Chrysler. Arrived for my appointment and when the tech handed me the paperwork to sign the price was $99.95. Questioned why the price difference and was told that price was for 6 quarts and filter for a GM vehicle only. When I entered the appointment on thier website it asked for make, model, year and mileage before the price came up so Keller knew full well my vehicle was not a GM vehicle yet displayed the $69.95 price. Called GM started a case! Bugged the crap out of them! They opted to repurchase! Decided to go back to Keller! The dealership had to agree to buy back! I decided to buy from them to save hassle, and be close! A few Hedricks staff tried hard, Alex in service dept, Scott service manager, even owner but "Bev" one of device managers was terrible! So Chevy came with deal, Keller got a GMC 2500 HD AT4, I was interested in and we started talking Joe Castaneda was my contact! No Bullcrap! Told me I'll make it right and you'll be happy tell me what you need! I did! Test drive the truck loved it it worked I had a lemon (not Hedricks fault)! Came back with wife and offer from Chevy Joe and Chris Hill both are Amazing Hanford Citizens and we have many other connections in the community! Deal done in 30 minutes! Waiting for my final paper work! Getting ready to drop the lemon and get my new upgraded truck! Chevy made me whole, Joe made deal right for me and Chevy, Adam in service got extras done super fast! The level of attentiveness and desire to work with me was second to none. When I was ready to make the road trip to do the deal in person I had full confidence that ALL the agreed upon numbers would be honored. Bought my car in September, was a headache from the start to the end, took hours when it should've been less, long story short, haven't received my registration to the car yet, tags are due in December.. contact keller motor online, didn't get any calls or email back, so I decided to go dmv, was told the dealership should've provided me with the new tags and registration since it's less than 90 days before tag due date. Great place to get your car serviced. The guys are always friendly and helpful. They take appointments. But appointments are not required. They can get busy so u may want to make one. I purchased an extended warranty, thinking I was purchasing a 6yr /100,000 mile warranty from the date I purchased my vehicle on 11/2017. Apparently, the 6 yr started from the original service date of 10/2015, so it expired on 11/2021. That's means I purchased a 4yr, not 6yr warranty. read more

Believe me when I say I wish I could give negative stars. This was my absolute worst experience I have ever had. I don't know where to begin. But I was lied to about the carfax of a car I was interested in. When I went back to look at a different car, they showed me the wrong one and then no one could find the keys for about 30 minutes to the car I wanted to test drive. They tried to have me purchase the car before they had even done an inspection and the car had not even been priced at that point (I found out they price the car after inspection). When I decided to leave, the salesmen said to me "Goodluck buying a car anywhere else since we ran your credit so many times". When I got home and checked, they had run my credit 5 times and I had no idea. I am a college student just trying to buy a reliable car. I took my Cadillac in because service engine light came on. The gentleman at the service desk told me that I had to leave it and I would be in line for Monday. I couldn't believe that I was going to leave my car and they wouldn't be able to look at it until Monday. That was not an option for me so I went to Firestone where the gentleman there told me he would have to do a diagnostic check and it would be ready by 2. I don't think I'll ever go back to Keller Motors for service on my Cadillac because the service at Firestone was Superb. I love those guys. read more

We had secured our own funding through our personal bank and Keller STILL ran our credit (and those of you who are careful with your scores know that running it dings it). They promised they needed the SS number for purposes other than running credit or open credit. Then our bank notified us that Keller had put in a SECOND loan application to our bank! (The first one was our original funding (pre-approval) that we had brought to the dealer with us, the SECOND Keller had applied for AGAIN! ) And all the new technology in the car...they will not show you how to use it (they didn't show us). You have to figure it out for yourself. Other dealers have sat with us to help connect our phones, show us all of the knobs and buttons, but not this dealer. No integrity. Please consider looking elsewhere. I bought a van from Keller. Alfonso promised he'd get me a service manual for it because it didn't have one. I never received it. I wasn't surprised, as I expect car dealers to lie. Keller does have a reputation for this and it wasn't that big of a deal. That's not what upset me. What I was very disappointed with was that they refused to honor the $3K extended warranty that I bought from them. The latch to the sliding rear door no longer works. It broke on it's own. I can get it to latch with some effort but it will no longer do so on its own as it is supposed to. I called to ask for an appointment for warranty work to correct the door issue. Keller refused, stating that they wouldn't honor the warranty because I "could have broken the door latch myself." They never looked at it. This was just over the phone. I told them that you could say that about anything that broke on any car. He stated, again, that Keller would refuse to honor the warranty for this issue. Shameful business practices. I waited to Pre-Order the AWD Lyriq. Was excited when it opened up and I was able to put a deposit down. Then I got a phone call from Joe to inform me they had received my deposit and the car would probably not be available until November. No problem. Then I was informed that it would also be $50,000 over MSRP. I was on a plane heading to Portugal and told him I would call when I returned to the states. I called and made sure I heard him correctly. He said yes $50,000 over MSRP for a $65,000 $ Car. NO THANK YOU! I can wait. In the mean time, as a member of a household that previously owned a Denali , and we currently have a 2021 Mid engine Corvette in our Garage right, I can say that GM has lost our families future business, we will stick with the companies that sell at MSRP. It was 5 long days of getting the finance company everything they were wanting and Joe kept his cool, while I was the one getting frustrated..lol...but in the end it was worth it because he got me out of a piece of junk I bought from Own A Car in Fresno and into a brand New 2018 Chevrolet Cruze LT. As a single mom I told Joe what I was able to afford when it came to payments and what my budget was. I was accepted by an actual bank not some knock off financial company like these other dealers use. On Mar 19 2021 I spoke with Alex or Urbana over the phone regarding a 2021 GMC 2500 Denali HD. He assured me the vehicle was going to be on the lot within a day or two. I JUST NEEDED TO PUT A $1000 DEPOSIT to secure the vehicle. His assistant and took my credit information and ran my credit. After a few hours I didn't hear anything back from him, so I called the dealership asking to speak to Alex. I was ignored all day no return calls or texts. One of the sales representatives, Jeff finally called me back and told me that the truck that I was promised was sold the previous night. I would have really appreciated Alex returning my calls and not ignoring me and just be honest with me and tell me that the truck had been sold,rather than running my credit and ignoring me. So now my 780 credit score takes an unnecessary ding. I know these trucks right now are selling themselves but, professionalism/customer service is still expected. read more

The Ford service department is lousy, takes them forever to answer the phone, they never call you back. Finally get a hold of the service representative, and he says just about to call you. Second time there maintenance technician said it's a major repair took almost a month dealer said it's due to the strike, now real dealerships loan you a car not keller, they did give me a ride home. Then when I finally got my car back some how my phone charger and other items are missing when I asked about it they said they always lock up the cars so I told they you have a thief working for you . When I had an engine warning light, I took my 2017 Silverado Truck to Keller Service Department. After having it for over a day, they said the repairs would cost $3000 dollars. They said they had to take the engine apart to look for the problem which would cost 3000 just to inspect it. This was pure BS!
