I had been having issues with my battery. Isaac helped me find the best option for my car and helped me install it really quick!

The employees immediately ask if you need assistance once walking through the door! Mike and Fernando were a great help!

Walmart Auto Care Centers

I brought my car in for the most basic oil change. They told me to expect a wait of about an hour and a half, which I thought was reasonable. I left, and returned an hour and a half later to discover that they had not even moved my car out of the parking lot yet! Another hour elapsed, still nothing. I then politely asked again how long it would be, and I didn't really get an answer. They did however pull my car up to the work station, which makes me think they forgot about it until I said something? It then took another 30 minutes for them to actually start work on my car, after what could have either been a grand exchange of intellect and wisdom about the task in-hand, or (most likely) a lot of non-work related gossip. Another 45 minutes later and the work was finally complete! In total, it took 3 hours and 45 minutes!! The only reason that I am giving 2 stars and not one is that my car came back in good working order the way it went in (which is better than Les Schwab Tires managed to do a few months ago!). I checked the oil again later myself to make sure they actually changed it, and I can assure you it was done.

I had use my own gas to go purchase my own oil filter because they didn't have the one my car needs. This isn't the first time I've brought my car here but this was a first. I paid over $5 for a filter from where they told me to go buy one and they are only discounting me $1.70 for supplying my own filter even though there isn't one filter on their shelves less than $7. Apparently fram went out of business and they don't have the filter for my car. I can't be the only 2025 Tahoe that comes in for oil changes. And why should the consumer have to pick up the slack!! The oil change is over $60 and they can't discount me for money out of my pocket to get an oil filter?!!! This Walmart does stuff like this all the time. Might be worth the gas to go to Visalia where they are more consumer friendly. And better customer service.

After confirming parts availability for my 2021 Cherokee Trailhawk (rock sliders), I drove to Handford from Marina (three hours) to have them installed. After killing time around Hanford for five hours, I was advised that they had two driver-side rails and no passenger-side rail. My Jeep was already on the lift with old rails removed, so they had to re-install them. I explained the situation to the service manager and he offered to pay for my gas, and said that within three weeks he would find the correct parts, cover the cost of the rails, and install them. I would be on the hook for the labor. I agreed to those terms, and in short, despite letters and phone calls, never heard from them again. About two months later the passenger-side rail suddenly fell off due to damage and/or poor reinstallation. I filed a complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Repair and was told by the inspector that Sager had (very generously) offered to pay me $80.00 for gas. What I joke - I refused. I have ordered after-market rails for about $1,100. To their credit, Stellantis, the company that owns Jeep and numerous other brands, gave me $1,000 as a gesture of goodwill. Obviously, I have spent many hours unscrewing this mess and am still not out of the woods. There was no goodwill or follow-up from Sager CJDR. I wouldn't hire these unprofessional, incompetent clowns to water a house plant. UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO OWNER'S ASSERTIONS I appreciate his thoughtful, comprehensive response, although it's loaded with falsehoods. 1. Until his response on Yelp yesterday (10/20/26), I heard nothing from his business since the day of this debacle last April. No emails, phone calls, texts, etc. - even in response to a registered letter that I mailed to him, and to numerous phone calls I placed to the business. 2. Obviously, since I had no communication with them, I did not receive any offers of compensation or other options, other than for fuel, on the day of the incident. 3. I did accept $1,000 from Stellantis as a gesture of goodwill. Would they have made that payment if my complaint against one of their dealers was not credible? 4. Cal S. implies that his techs reinstalled the old rails correctly and that somehow, I am responsible for the failure of the right-side rail, and for the gap that exists on the left-side rail. Not true, the left side rail fell off on even ground at a very slow speed while I was driving in my corral. Photos attached. I don't think that Yelp is the proper forum for this back-and-forth, but Cal S. left me no alternative. His outfit blew me off for six months. I get no pleasure in impugning his or any other business, but I refuse to be a doormat. I have owned five Jeeps, am a retired LEO and military officer and a licensed private investigator. I speak the truth. Readers can make their own decision about who to believe. I am awaiting arrival of after-market rails and will install them myself. Hopefully I can now put this nightmare to rest. Good luck to you Cal S.
