Still would not take a charge and he informed me that I would need to leave it overnight so he could charge it. I refused this option as I had a medical appointment. Today was the day and I must admit, I was highly impressed by their varied selection of items. Don't let the name deter you. They sell more than just tractors, horse products and manure. They got a huge variety of pet products, clothing and even Xmas gifts which I'm sure is mostly tailored for the holidays but I was still impressed. Granted the gifts even for kids are geared towards the farmer/outdoorsy crowd, but there were still several items I would have easily purchased had I not already finished my Xmas shopping. Further I was asked a couple of times by the employees if I needed help which was nice. My only concern was the fact that in some places there were items on the floor and items weren't where they were supposed to be and it looked a little messy. I would normally overlook something like this considering Xmas is a day away, but there were only a handful of customers and plenty of employees to fix the place up and clean up a bit. Otherwise a great experience and I look forward to going back soon.

I wouldn't know the first thing about car maintenance. When I walked in to this office for a second…read moreopinion I was greeted with kindness and great customer service from the front desk and by Mr. Blake. Explained my tire pressure monitor issue as best as I could and he walked me out to my car to see it for himself. He did a courtesy walk around and quick inspection of my vehicle and instantly told me what was specifically wrong. Just off of the 15 minutes spent with him, he explained everything that he was doing, how it can be fixed, how much it would cost and that they could do the service right on the spot. I was blown away. Never in all of my 13 years of driving have I been assisted with great car maintenance customer service the way that I was at Billingsley Tire in those 15 minutes. I needed new tire pressure sensors for my vehicle which definitely was not what my initial tire and Auto shop told me needed to be done to fix the dash error that kept coming up. In the process of replacing those, Mr Blake rolled one of my tires in the waiting room to where I was sitting to physically show me the alignment and tread on my tire and how by the book this means it needs to be changed in the near future. He did not pressure me at all to buy a tire at that moment, just simply getting me as the customer to understand some things they look at in the tire and auto world and simply to give me a warning. That meant a lot to me as a woman who doesn't know cars at all. That was TOP TIER customer service. That is the reason why I will no longer be going to any Tire and Auto place but here in Lemoore at Billingsley Tire. Great staff and great help in my time of need on a late Friday afternoon. God bless this Staff and this Business. My husband and brother will be bringing all of our cars here. "It must be right or we make it right" -Billingsley Tire, Inc
