When I walked in to this office for a second…read moreopinion I was greeted with kindness and great customer service from the front desk and by Mr. Blake. Explained my tire pressure monitor issue as best as I could and he walked me out to my car to see it for himself. He did a courtesy walk around and quick inspection of my vehicle and instantly told me what was specifically wrong. Just off of the 15 minutes spent with him, he explained everything that he was doing, how it can be fixed, how much it would cost and that they could do the service right on the spot. I was blown away. Never in all of my 13 years of driving have I been assisted with great car maintenance customer service the way that I was at Billingsley Tire in those 15 minutes. I needed new tire pressure sensors for my vehicle which definitely was not what my initial tire and Auto shop told me needed to be done to fix the dash error that kept coming up. In the process of replacing those, Mr Blake rolled one of my tires in the waiting room to where I was sitting to physically show me the alignment and tread on my tire and how by the book this means it needs to be changed in the near future. He did not pressure me at all to buy a tire at that moment, just simply getting me as the customer to understand some things they look at in the tire and auto world and simply to give me a warning. That meant a lot to me as a woman who doesn't know cars at all. That was TOP TIER customer service.
