I wouldn't know the first thing about car maintenance. When I walked in to this office for a second opinion I was greeted with kindness and great customer service from the front desk and by Mr. Blake. Explained my tire pressure monitor issue as best as I could and he walked me out to my car to see it for himself. He did a courtesy walk around and quick inspection of my vehicle and instantly told me what was specifically wrong. Just off of the 15 minutes spent with him, he explained everything that he was doing, how it can be fixed, how much it would cost and that they could do the service right on the spot. I was blown away. Never in all of my 13 years of driving have I been assisted with great car maintenance customer service the way that I was at Billingsley Tire in those 15 minutes. I needed new tire pressure sensors for my vehicle which definitely was not what my initial tire and Auto shop told me needed to be done to fix the dash error that kept coming up. In the process of replacing those, Mr Blake rolled one of my tires in the waiting room to where I was sitting to physically show me the alignment and tread on my tire and how by the book this means it needs to be changed in the near future. He did not pressure me at all to buy a tire at that moment, just simply getting me as the customer to understand some things they look at in the tire and auto world and simply to give me a warning. That meant a lot to me as a woman who doesn't know cars at all. That was TOP TIER customer service. That is the reason why I will no longer be going to any Tire and Auto place but here in Lemoore at Billingsley Tire. Great staff and great help in my time of need on a late Friday afternoon. Would love to give 0 stars. My husband called for a quote on a tire. Luke told him it would be a "pain in the ass" to do and refused. Luke then hung up. My husband called back and luke told him he was refusing service completely. My husband spoke to another man who was helpful and we still ended up buying the tire from them ONLY because firestone could not order it. We were sure to take the tire to firestone to have it put on. Definitely would not recommend. Got a sudden flat on the drive back from Avila Beach to Fresno and stopped just past Lemoore. AAA came and put on the donut spare, but didn't recommend driving on it all the way to Fresno, so steered me to Billingsley Tire. The tire guy (I think his name was Tom) said he felt bad because he only had 1 tire that was the right fit, but said he didn't want me to have to buy it because it was "very expensive" and that he was sure I could get a better/cheaper tire back home in Fresno. So, instead, he found a used tire to replace the donut to get me back to Fresno, discarded my flat tire, and then said I was good to go. I asked what I owed him and he said "nothing" because it was a used tire. I said I didn't feel right to not even pay him for his labor, but he refused and sent me on my way. I'm astounded that this level of kindness and customer service still exists in this day and age. As busy as these guys are, they always find a way to help you out. Everyone on their (really large) team knows what to do and goes the extra mile. They have been our family's "go to" for years and have never failed us. Old customer or new to town, they treat everyone with the same respect and attention. You wont find fancy uniforms, check in tablets, or catchy jingles and i dont care. Ill take friendly, fair, and decades of experience any day. I got there by 1:30pm on a Saturday I was greeted by a lady and told me to go to the nex room and some would help me, there was this older white man that refuse to help me he's an idiot. We live in Lemoore and like to use local businesses as much as we can. That is why we took our fifth wheel to Billingsley Tire to buy four new tires and have all of our bearings checked and greased before we left on our trip. We left Lemoore on nine May headed for Texas for our granddaughter's high school graduation and here we sit on I-10 E in Maricopa County, Arizona, with burnt out bearings in one of our tires. And because my husband had to drive on the very edge of the road at less than 10 miles an hour for about 4 miles before we could get to a place where we could safely pull over, the left front tire dropped off the rough edge and now we also have a blown brand-new tire! Needless to say, we are not impressed with Billingsley's service. UPDATE: Just spoke with Tom, the manager at Billingsley, and he could not have been more kind,understanding, and sympathetic. When we get back from our trip in July, he said to come in and he will "make it right" for us. When that happens, this review will be up graded accordingly. UPDATE: Tom at Billingsley refunded the money we had to spend to get back on the road. The vacation day we lost, and the hours spent in the hot sun on the side of the road making repairs, were not compensated for. I am upgrading my review from a 1 to a 4. read more

My husband and I were traveling from San Francisco to San Diego and got a nasty flat that could not be repaired on the 5. The first place our tow truck driver took us ended up closing as we were in transit because an employee tested positive for COVID. The driver then suggested Billingsley's Tire. We weren't sure what to think at first because maybe these two were in cahoots. Boy were we surprised. We met Tom Billingsley himself, who could not have been more wonderful, understanding and helpful. A runner was sent to Fresno to get the specific tire we needed, and while we were waiting the 1.5 hours for this to happen, Tom lent us his own car so we could grab lunch since it had been several hours since we'd eaten. All was fixed and for a fair price. In a world where people will try to cut every corner and maybe take you for a ride, Tom and his staff went above and beyond. Tom at Billingsley Tire is incredible! Every time I've been in there, his calm, gentle personality has made me feel like everything was going to be alright. From getting a screw in my tire (which they fixed for free) to getting run into the cement divider of the freeway, Tom has always made me feel better. He seems to be 16 different places at the same time. And he and his staff are completely efficient, while making you feel like you're the most important customer they have ever seen. Heading home to Sacramento when the tire light came on. Immediately yelped local tire shops and saw Billingsley. Called to let them know I was coming in and if they had tires for Honda Accord. Tom said bring it in. The damage tire was patched several weeks ago and I knew the patch job wouldn't last too long. At any rate, they added air and assessed the tire. It wasn't leaking, however, they didn't feel comfortable sending me on my way. They had one tire that matched the appropriate size. Very Impressed with the staff. I needed my break and rotors fixed after I noticed my car was shaking when coming back from the mountains. The technician gave me different prices, and options for those of us looking to save a few bucks. He explained to me in detail about the importance of rotating tires and explained that my front shock was leaking. He was even nice enough to give me price options meaning I can buy the parts he will replace them or I can purchase from the company and know the struts are guaranteed. My motorcycle tire blew out on the corner of Highway 41 and W Hanford Armona Road. My brother called the nearest and only open tire shop near us and it happened to be Billingsley Tire. It was my valve stem that cracked and let all the air out. My brother made the called and the shop said they believed they could help us out. I drove my bike 5 mph to his shop about 2 miles away. The guys we spoke to was Mr. Billingsley himself. He got on the ground, and without having to even pull the wheel off and with my brother and I helping to hold the steering and a wedge for him, he moved the tired and got a new valve on it. He blew it up and we were on our way. He refused to take any payment for it. It took maybe 15-20 minutes, he was on the ground and all dirty, and he wouldn't even take $20 from us. His last name kind of stood out to me and I asked if he was related to the Billingsley that owns the Dog House Grill in Fresno. He said that was his brother. This was a little weird, because my brother that was with me has four sons that all worked at the Dog House Grill, and my oldest son also worked there as well. We Love the Main Street, Firestone and Dog house grill, and it must just be that this Billingsley family are all the best at what they do. I wish there was a Billingsley tire in Clovis or Fresno. The honesty and just good old fashion care and customer service was displayed at its best.
