10/7/2024 This place was recommended by Lexus. $431 for bent rim fix and paint which seemed high but if done on time with minimal other damage would have been an okay value. I had faith. Frank, Cody and ?Jordan are nice guys, but they failed me in a time when I am most vulnerable. They started with a delayed completion date. I ended up with: 1. Broken over-torqued lug nut 2. One of my guys clipped a curb and bent the alloy on my dually so bad it wouldn't hold air. They fixed it right up with a one day turn around and it looks almost like it never happened. This place is a joke, would give a ZERO but can't. Took a rim to get fixed and chromed on Dec. 5th, still don't have it. Was told by Jordan it was sent out for chrome before the holidays to check back after holidays, gave them all the holidays and called back after New Year. Was told by Jordan it would be here on the 9th, called back on the 9th and Jordan said it was just picked up for chroming....WTF, told him I just want the rim back because a customer is waiting on car, he said he would get it back and to call tomorrow, well no rim and now I'm waiting, my customer is waiting and I can't get paid so I'm out $4,000 until I get my rim back. Don't tell you that its first come first sever when they tell you to come down, they don't do appointments. They wanted 230.00 to straighten a rim and 35 to balance the rim. You could buy a refurbished rim for less than that, ended up taking car to Rimtek had 3 wheels straightened out in 1 hour at 120.00 per wheel which included balance. I had a slight vibration at freeway speeds on my '19 Corvette that balancing the wheels did not fix. The tire tech at America's Tire showed me a bent rim where I had hit a pothole on Commieforia's "well maintained" roads, and he recommended Eagle Dynamics. I took it to Jared at Eagle Dynamics who showed me how far out of round the rim was and straightened the rim. The car now drives at least as smooth as when it was new. If I encounter another of our "well maintained" potholes, I'll take the car to E.D. as they are very competent techs. read more

Great service at a great price. The cost of the repair was much less than a new rim and done in less than 24 hours. When I took the rim to a tire shop to mount a tire, the installer told the owner of the tire shop that they did a great job fixing the rim. The owner also told me to keep my receipt because the work was guaranteed. Save your time calling for quotes. Every shop I called referred me to this shop. I'm pretty sure all of the bad reviews have some motive that has nothing to do with their service or work. I had a quick and easy experience with Eagle Dynamics. We got referred to them from Discount Tires because I had gotten a dent on the inner part of my front tire and they couldn't give me a new tire until the rim was fixed and stated we should come here to fix it. We brought it in and it was done by the next day and the rim looks brand new! Shiny, there was a circle where I am assuming the dent was, but I can't even tell at all. There is no sign that any damage was done in the first place and it was about 1/4 of what a new rim would have cost me at least. The service was fast, the job was well done and I took a card for the future in case I run something over again and need it fixed. Once this was done I took it back to Discount Tires and they were able to give me the new tire I needed on my newly fixed rim with no problems! Thank you! read more

Did a decent job on my wheel paint refinish. Although its not 100% perfect and has some paint finish issues; see pics. Took about 1 week to refinish 1 wheel. Wheel was complete 1 day after promised. Counter person was not too friendly. They close without notice. If there's somewhere else to go for wheel repair or refinish...I'd probably do that. read more

Look, no-one wants to be shopping for a place to fix a bent wheel but if you are this is the place to go to. If you live in the central valley, odds are decent with our roads you're going to bend a rim sooner or later. When it happened to my Mercedes, I called three places asking if they fixed wheels and they all sent me to Eagle Dynamics - for good reason. These guys know what they are doing and they are reasonably priced - FAR less expensive than trying to find a matching OEM wheel or going to the dealer. The rule is, most businesses say they've been in business for over 10 years so as to create the illusion that they know all the in's and out's of the industry. Some have actually been in the industry for that long; however, they become very set in their ways and don't roll with the times to learn new techniques or upgrade equipment. Those shops can be frustrating get what you need done in the way you want it done. Eagle Dynamics is the exception the rule. The owner, Terry, has been in business for over 25 years. He has trained his staff to provide service with the same skills and knowledge he provides. The facility utilizes state of the art equipment to ensure the project is finished to exact specs, and all this for very reasonable prices. I had a curbed wheel that was slowly leaking air. After visiting several wheel shops and receiving half truths and quotes pulled-out-of-their-asses, I was finally recommended Eagle Dynamics from a local car forum member. When I went in for a quote, they were able to analyze, identify the problem area and fix it immediately for a price I found to be on par with the work involved. I already have an appointment to go in and refinish my wheels. Having recently moved from So Cal, where wheel shops are a dime a dozen, finding one that does quality work is still only assessable through word of mouth. These days, we have Yelp. For a wheel shop in the Central Valley that does quality work comparable to those offered in a metropolitan, I've found Eagle Dynamics to be that shop. read more

Great experience here! I was on the freeway and ran over something metal in the middle of the road that caused a hole in my rim. I called around and no one could get me a rim that would match the rest of my rims so I called dealership and of course they wanted 450 just for the rim, not even including labor or the tire. Someone recommended eagle dynamics so I brought it here and paid 180. It was fixed within 2 days just like they promised. Drove my car home 2 hours right after I picked it up and it was perfect. So a week ago I ran over a big pot hole and bent my rims, anyways I took it to eagle dynamics on Thursday to fix it and they said it will be done by Monday the latest, so I left it on the middle of the floor inside their shop and left, on Monday I received no calls about my rims so I called them Tuesday and they said it's almost done and for me to pick up on Wednesday today, I went over there and turns out they didn't even touch the rims, tires still on it and where it was left when I dropped off the rims! I'm soo pissed cause they wasted my time! They Alright guys do a little update from yesterday lol so the guys at eagle dynamics called me right now and made it seem like it's my fault, That I called Friday to pull it out cause I didn't want it done...but the thing is... I never called Friday, I never even bothered to called about canceling anything, I just assumed since they're such a big company they would have started on it lol, Now they're saying I actually called them and so that's why they pulled out of line, He's said he has the phone call record still on my phone.. quit lying to your customers! Two years ago I hit a train track and bent my rims. I went to Eagle Dynamics and they took care of it. Have not had an issue with them. Recently I did it again and decided to go to Wheel King in Fresno per a friend recommendation that said they could save me money. So I took it picked it up the next day and totally regretted it. Took the rim and put it on my car and as I pulled out and left my house the tire went completely flat. They did not fix the dents or crack instead they piled on a bunch of messy glue. So after some deliberation I finally got my refund and went back to Eagle Dynamics. They informed me of the danger and risk I was put in trying to drive a car with a rim this way. They truly made me feel like I was family. They showed more concern of our well being and safety rather than trying to make money off of me. They where apologetic that I had to experience this type of service and have decided not only to fix the problem correctly but gave me the family discount. Very very happy camper. Well when I dropped of my dented rim with tire they said it would be done by the end of the day. I was busy so I showed up the next day, it was not finished but one of the workers brought it to me and showed me that there was a crack and they were in the middle of a welding job. He said it would be done the next day. This was an understandable as initially there had not seemed to be any cracks. I arrive 3 days after my initial drop off and they really had a hard time finding my rim, I was in a bit of a hurry but it seemed to take 15+ mins just to find it. No big deal. What was really odd was when the wheel was brought to me the tires bead was not seated properly. I asked him about this and he said their machine was unable to set the bead because it required a higher psi. I was a bit skeptical because my set up was just your regular 19'' low profile setup, but like I said I was in a hurry so I forked over $112 which seemed like a good deal on some good work they did on the wheel. So now that I got my tire picked up I had to take it to my tire guy to have the bead set. When I brought it to him he asked me why the bead was not set properly. I told him the story the guy told me and he was surprised. I asked his opinion and he told me that the reason they could not seat the bead was because they were afraid to pop the tire, which is rare but can happen if you aren't careful. My tire guy was able to get it seated no problem. While the work done on the rim itself was perfect I would've appreciated a better and maybe honest explanation as to why they couldn't get my tire on the rim. They are a wheel repair shop so I'm sure they get their fair share of low profile rims and tires and I highly doubt they return them with the tire half on. Just for me to have to drive to the tire shop and pay for it to get properly mounted on top of the expense of getting the rim repaired. All in all it wasn't a terrible experience but I do not see myself going there again. Too bad. read more
