I explained what the issue was and scheduled an appointment for drop off the following week. Yes, the following week! This place is busy and now I understand why. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday at 8 AM and by the early afternoon they called me and had identified the problem(s). Luckily for me, I just needed a few spark plugs and other items replaced, topped off, and cleaned. I was told my car would be done by EOD the following day Wednesday or possibly Thursday. To my delight a customer had canceled their appointment and I took their place. My car was done and ready to go by 10 am Wednesday! My car is running so much smoother and has way more get up and go. They also suggested a few other items for me to keep an eye on which I thought was helpful. I'll be back for future tune-ups and auto needs!
