This place needs a real lesson in customer service. I went in to see about purchasing a glass cleaner and asked an employee if I could return it if it didn't work. The employee immediately said no. As I was walking back reading the label on the product, it specifically stated "satisfaction guaranteed or returned unused portion to place of purchase for full refund". So I walked back and showed the employee the box where it said I could return it if the product did not work. He immediate said that "it doesn't matter what the box says" and that I can get ahold of the manufacture and that auto zone wouldn't return it. He then went on to say they have a lot of products that have false advertising that they do not honor the returns. This guys attitude was horrible, so I asked to speak with the manager. To my shock, he said I am the manager. Auto Zone needs to replace Francisco or they are going to be losing a lot of business. After I left, I drove right down the street to O Reilly's where they were more than willing to help and steered me in the right direction. read more

Went in to get a new headlamp. James h3lped me find the right one, walked out to my truck to make sure I had the correct one. i had to go back later to get the blinker bulb and the running light bulb which I hadnt noticed was also out. he brought out his tools, removed my headlight assembly and replaced the two other bulbs for me on the spot. great customer service. read more

I have been going to autozone for years now for all my car maintenance parts and tools, but today I went into this specific Autozone with nearly no idea on what was causing the misfire on my Audi. I was going to just knock out a list of possible causes until I eventually fixed it, starting with the cheapest first with the spark plugs. However when I was explaining the problem to an employee named Preet, he knew exactly what was causing and recommended me to check another part out before I went and spent money on parts that were not needing to be replaced yet. Taking his advice, I went back and did what he recommended and turns out that he was 100% correct. I was able to get the part I needed and replace it within hours of the problem starting, all do to Preet. I appreciate all the work that Autozone has done for me, and they have never done me wrong, but this interaction and advice saved me from wasting valuable time and money, making me value autozone on a whole new level due to this employee. 1st time I called for a part (trunk hood would not stay open)for my Toyota Sienna and they quoted me a price "ken.... I think). I asked if it was difficult to put on and he said no. In fact he offered to put it on for me in the 100 degree heat! Much appreciated and great customer service. 2nd time, I went to buy device to check WHY my engine light was on. About a month ago I contacted AZ about my battery that suddenly lost its charge. I was told that they would put it on a charger overnight to determine if the battery was still good, so I dropped it off close to closing time. The next morning when I picked it up, a clerk told me the battery wouldn't charge beyond 30%. My mechanic checked the battery later the same day and told me that the battery was charged at 95%, and likely my alternator was bad. I replaced the alternator and have had no battery issues since. I will avoid this AZ in the future due to lack of integrity or incompetence. read more

So I made a last minute decision to fix my tail light after dark. It only worked when it wanted to. I had AMAZING service from Arin. He looked at my light, thought maybe it would just be the socket. Tried a new socket BEFORE I bought it. Didn't work, then suggested replacing the switch board (I think) and he helped take it off, and install it with me only needing to buy One socket instead of three.
