Definitely lost my future business read more

Owner picked up and told me he can't service my car. It's a 2016 Nissan rogue sv. Stated he does not do appointments and it's all day to day, he fits people in then hung up on me.. read more

Exceptional, professional and very knowledgeable. I always go here for my air conditioning needs.

Jimmy was very nice and honest. Last week my air conditioner was blowing hot air. I needed to have it fixed asap. I told him I can't leave my car overnight. .i needed it to go to work. He was so nice and fixed it in few hours. read more

I went to Alpha a few weeks ago to fix my air conditioner in my truck. I found them to be probably the most honest service in Fresno. I highly recommend Jimmy and his team to service your air conditioner for your vehicle. read more

Our car is in need of fixing our air conditioner. We called Alpha last week and he told my husband he was too busy to see our car or make an appointment. He said to call or come by next week to check on availability. We went the following week and he rudely told my husband he was not going to have time at all-not next week or even the following week. My husband asked him if he would be able to see it at all and he said no. This is terrible business practice especially to a 74 year old senior. read more

This is the ONLY place in fresno to get air conditioning fixed! Jimmy is amazing and goes over and above, I have a wrx and there is always something... Jimmy gets it dialed, fixed and with honest prices. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Thank you Jimmy for today.... I'll be cool this summer... read more

This place sucks ass!!! Apparently they don't fix air conditioning. The guy looked at my car from about 100 feet away and said it's going to be too complicated and they were too busy and when I asked if I can schedule an appointment he said they couldn't and refereed me to see an AC tech. Whoever he was he had a pipe in his mouth. He has terrible customer service skills. read more

It's actually, "Alpha Auto Air ConditionING. My truck's AC has been down since August and I finally got around to taking it in. My Mechanic, Jay at GLM recommended this shop. Jimmy, the owner greeted me immediately. I thought they were busy but he said "I'll look at it right now." I was worried it was kaput but it just needed refrigerant. He apologized for the high cost of refrigerant which I understood. It was still a good price. I was in and out in under an hour and I have a great shop to get my vehicles' ACs blowing cold again. I strongly recommend this shop and owner. A family business since 1974! read more

GLW in Easton where my wife's side of the family takes their cars and trucks suggested we take my son's car to Alpha. It was blowing hot air. Stopped by and had Alpha check it out. It just needed a charge. They did it right then and there. They were fast and the cost was great, a lot less than what I anticipated. Wonderful experience. read more

Best prices in town,.. I know that because I must've called at least 10 different places before remembering I had taken a vehicle here years ago. The service is great! It was such an easy and quick process for me. I took my vehicle in and picked it up the next day. I for sure will only come here for AC repairs. read more

I would recommend this outfit. Snappy, honest, and reliable. My Toyota truck's ac crashed just when I was driving on a hot summer day. The new part needed to come from out of state. Anyhow...very timely turn around. The dead parts were showed to me, when I came to pick up my truck. read more

Recommended by Sako from Brake Shop, this guy did not disappoint. Great quick service, great price.

I called at 8am, by 930 the entire process was completed. My air conditioning is running strong and cold. Can't beat it.

I don't usually go to " the best " because it's usually too expensive. However, going to Alpha Air Conditioning is going to " the best". Why : Jimmy, the owner, has followed in his father's footsteps in this long-runnng family business. Your air conditioning will be repaired in a timely manner, even if he is busy. The cost is often cheaper than his competitors, and there are no questionable charges. I've been going here for over 40 years ( yes, yes, I'm old!) and I have 100% confidence in this business. So, anyway, tomorrow will be 113 degrees in Fresno. Guess where I'm taking my car to have it repaired? read more

Was in and out in 2 & 1/2 hours. Which was great diagnosis and fix. Taking my 2nd car in next week.

Jimmy at Alpha Auto Air Conditioner was our HERO today! I drove all from Chowchilla because I was told there is no better place for ac repair than Alpha. One minute under the hood and Jimmy had my problem diagnosed and super fast repair and excellent value for my drive and time. The folks here are professional, knowledgeable, patient, and didn't patronize me because I am a woman who doesn't know about car mechanics. read more

I took my car to have the A/C recharged and was satisfied with the job. The owner confirmed that I had a leak. He was not pushy with the repair and advised me to fix the AC or come back to top off the coolant if gets low next summer. I appreciate his honesty and fair price for the diagnostic. read more

Took my 2014 Toyota Camry to get a second opinion. Was I so glad I did . Alpha Air saved me so much money . The service was professional, the owner is kind and down to earth honest guy. If your having AC issues stick to a business like Alpha Air that specializes in just that . The owner will be up front and let you know right away about cost and how long the job will take. read more

Took my car in for A/C service having been told twice by others that it needed a new compressor. The mechanic at Alpha let me know that it only needed the belt replaced. In & out in 30-45 minutes. $80 dollars is WAY better than replacing possibly $1000 or more stuff that it didn't need. Needless to say that I am now am recommending Alpha Auto Air to anyone that will listen to me. read more

Called Alpha Auto Air with the A/C cooling slowly dying to the point it was blowing hot air with outside air temps in the upper 90s and a warming weekend ahead. Jim advised if I could get in within 45 minutes, he could take a look at it, otherwise it would be next week. I arrived at Alpha Air in a half hour and Jim correctly and quickly diagnosed a leaking refrigerant fill valve and had the valve replaced and system serviced in about a half hour at a fair price. I am glad to add Alpha Auto Air to my "go to" list for auto repair shops... read more

2022 August 15 Monday Thank you God and Jim the owner & his crew at Alpha Auto Air @ 3261 E Belmont in Fresno! The PT's ac is finally working. They are good, they are fast and the prices are fair. Pep Boys said they couldn't fix it because it was an electrical problem. They sent me to Electrical Labs who wanted to charge $340 just to diagnose the problem. Then charge for the repair. Son sent me here. Boy I am so grateful. Sure the bill was more than $340 but that included diagnosis, new ac fan and ac service including coolant & labor. Are these 'electrical problems'? I was there at 8am the work was done and I was paying at 10:40. Don't bother calling they are too BZ to answer. Get there early like 8am or before because by noon they are hot and tired and about done for the day. They start at 7am! While I was there (2hrs 40min) they moved 5 cars out of bays, took 3 more cars into the lot for repair while filling up the bays with cars that were already there and the parts houses made 2 deliveries. Yeah, I stayed there. No other transportation and I had all my electronic entertainment with me. This will be our go-to auto ac/heater/electric repair shop! read more

I stopped by Alpha to get my low Freon filled up. They were quick, friendly and charged a reasonable price for the service. I felt comfortable doing business with them, and will go back to them in the future if needed. read more

My ac stopped working and I went in at 10am on a week day and they managed to fine the issue with my car and fix it by 1pm. It was amazing. They could have charged me more than they did because they ended up needing to run two separate tests however they only charged me fairly since it was such a simple fix for my car. I highly recommend this business read more

The owner is awesome, he is fair, friendly and easy to get ahold of and work with. Excellent work, great prices and I highly recommend.

Jimmy did a fantastic job with my vehicle. He knows what he's doing. I was lied to and scammed twice before going to Jimmy. Hard to find trustworthy businesses like Alpha auto. read more

Excellent service owner was amazing didnt have to wait or come back for an appointment

My husbands AC went out and he needed it fixed same day. I called and they were able to fix it within a few hours at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend this place. Fast friendly and reliable service read more

Never go here, you'll just waste your time. I came here 2X for auto AC repair because I thought they are good with AC, but twice I was turned down. First reason, i was told "First come, first served" though i got there 8:30 AM; following week I got there just as they opened the shop at 8:05AM, this time same guy said,"Oh, Ii don't have time for that, not even in a week." So either he is choosing his customer or a typical "racist" because I'm brown colored. Try to call them, they won't even pick it up. This shop should close down. read more

Called ahead, went in, and in around 45 minutes and $79 my Miata a/c was working. It's the second the a/c has been serviced in 20 years and it's great to have it super cold again. Can't complain, these guys get it done no messing around. read more

An honest mechanic and clean shop! I had a great experience here today. This place is local and family owned, and a great value. They were honest and upfront with me and delivered exactly what they promised. I have an old car and did not have great expectations. I was shown exactly what was wrong with my compressor and given very affordable options to fix my air conditioning. 30 minutes later I was driving away in a cool car! The waiting room was clean and had a desk for me to use. I had a laptop and work to get done so this was perfect. There was no pressure to buy extra services that I did not need. I will come back for sure, but hopefully not for a while :-) read more
