I had made an appointment at 09 for an oil change/tire rotation and didn't get my keys back until 11. I understand a shop gets busy, just a heads up of their actual estimated time would have been nice! The front desk let another customer know the waiting time and even offered them a ride home. They promote the $75 oil change with tire rotation, I paid $79.94, don't really know why the add on. It seems like a trustworthy place, other customers come in and seem they have had great experiences there. My experience tanked when I got into my car and there was a lot of dirt all over my break pedal and mat, my instant thought was that I just might have not noticed it before but then I realized the wet dirt on the break pedal drying up. read more

Warning do not take your vehicle they. They will tell you that you need all kinds of work done. It's a scam and if you tell them you are going to take it to get a second opinion they tell you they can not release the vehicle to you. Police had to be called in order to get vehicle back!!! Absolutely ridiculous and crazy!!! We reported them to BBB, something needs to be done about this rip off of a business read more

My wife and I were on our way to the coast when my alternator went out. We were towed to this shop and they jumped right on our truck to get it back on the road. When the first alternator proved to be defective they had to order another one and so we had to spend the night in a hotel. They not only found us a hotel but drove us there and picked us up the next day. Once they had the new alternator they had us back on the road in no time. They even called us the next day to make sure we were ok. Amazing service they treated us like family read more

Went to get the AC in my vehicle serviced. This company works very fast and efficient. The office was clean and the staff was friendly and professional. Liz, who works in the office had the best customer service and she definitely knew about vehicles and I could tell she cares about the customers. Liz let me know if something goes wrong that I could call her and she will help assist me right away! She was very helpful!! I liked when I walked up that the service technician's were not just standing or sitting around. They were getting thing's done. This company I would definitely recommend if you need your AC in your vehicle serviced. Not only was the service amazing but they were affordable as well! They have other services that they do, go check them out! You won't be disappointed. read more

Made an appointment for an oil change; was easily scheduled w/Liz who was very friendly, courteous, & answered all my questions. Came in for the oil change 2 days later & was greeted right away & was checked in, then my car was completed in 45 mins. Easy process, receipt & car invoice was emailed to me. No issues. I had a diagnostic done on my transmission and they recommended servicing the transmission . It was my parents idea to take the car there and they agreed to pay for it so I had the work done there. I thought it was kinda expensive. The total was over $700. They charged me $240 for transmission fluid alone. That's $30 a quart. The actual price of a quart at the auto parts store is only $6 each. After everything was done my car still ran the same. I'm still having the same problems with my transmission. I went back and they said I probably need a new transmission. To be fair they should give me a refund because they did not fix the problem and the work was supposed to be guaranteed. read more

So before this place was called Badasci's Lemoore Tire and Auto the service was much better. Since their named changed they do not honor the coupon page. Anyway I've gone three times to get an oil change and they are busy up the.. I called the second time to make an appointment for that day. I took an early lunch to get it done and they had no recollection of my appointment. So I made an appointment for next Saturday morning, today. I arrived ten minutes early and he says he has a car ahead of me..I have to wait another 45 minutes to get my appointment done. I said thank you and walked away. read more

Attempted to buy a truck from Victor LaVarnway. I simply asked how many miles were on the truck. He then continued to insult me and insinuate that I was unable to afford a 4 thousand dollar truck. Glad he showed his true colors. I would advise people to stay away and not do business with this shop. read more

I brought my car in yesterday morning for a minor repair and an oil change. They had the work done within 4 hours of me taking the car in! Very reasonably priced too, my repair and my oil change came to only $127!! Super friendly and helpful staff too, highly recommend!! read more

This place is such a joke. I used to take my old car in When it was under old ownership. used to be really fast and friendly. Boy has that gone downhill! The parking lot is always full because they overbook their schedule without enough employees there to work on vehicles. They kept my car there for almost 9 hours one time without telling me what was going on with it. All they were supposed to do was change the radiator... I literally had to go over there to ask them what was going on with my car had just been sitting there, hadn't even be looked at yet!! Usually only 2 or 3 employees there with no one at the front desk. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and took it back again for an oil change.. same thing, 5 HOURS LATER I get my car back.. the staff isn't friendly at all and they really don't know what they're doing. Haven't been back since. read more

Well first off they did a good job on repairing the transmission but when I went to pick up the truck it wasn't there I was told for security it was moved to one of the mechanics home when they brought it back my dash cam was unplugged and mounting clips broken there should have been no reason for them to touch any of this for weeks the truck was sitting in front of business why move it so be specific on what you want them to do and how to store your vehicle other than that they do good work! and if it was legit they should have told me, they didn't ! And when I called to ask them if they could looked into the engine noise the lash adjuster roller followers when trany was done they said there was no noise all noise gone nope still there and I will fix myself someday when I get free time from work witch may be awhile read more

I was heading back to Los Angeles and I found that an under part of my car was flapping off. I needed to get it fixed ASAP! I drove in and the kind man helped me. He conveniently fixed the part within 15 minutes and did not charge me a dime! I am thankful for his kindness. I would recommend this center to anyone in the area for all your auto needs. I highly recommend this establishment. I'll be coming here for all my car needs in the future. Thank you, Lemoore Tire and Auto Service! read more

I have been taking my car here for years and I have never had a bad experience. I come here for everything, not just my tires. I tried another shop at one point and was very disappointed, I'll never do that again. I recently had them fix my clutch kit, they helped me find the correct part online (so I could save money) and when the work was done they stayed true to the price that they quoted me. I trust that they do not over charge me because I don't know a thing about cars and I trust that they don't make crap up to just make a buck off of me. read more

Genuinely disappointed with my first visit with any auto repair shop. The biggest reason I decided to bring my car to this shop is because I had so many friends that referred me to get an auto repair done by this shop. This right here is the reason I do my research before trying to bring my car to get repaired, but I had no choice but to have my ac system checked since I needed it to get troubleshot and serviced. First, the part that was needed to get replaced got delayed for two days and the notification was always at the very end of the day like I don't need my car for work. Second, a lot of spilled coolant were all over my bumper grill - no big deal since I did not mind cleaning it before leaving the shop. But when I got home and checked the newly installed condenser fans, I noticed the huge plastic trim above the radiator was missing. Went back to the shop to get the trim installed back just to find again that they just tacked it on without the fasteners and clips. Cool, I'll just go ahead and buy my own hardware. But what really got me upset was that I also noticed that there was not a single drop of coolant to be seen inside the reservoir, not even in Low level. Just to clear things out, I am that guy that checks the oils/liquids every month so I always made sure my engine/brake/coolant level are within limits. I was about to head to LA on that very same day but decided to walk to an auto parts shop to buy myself some radiator coolant and cancel my apartment tour in LA. I'm an aircraft mechanic and I worked so hard for my $650 just to get this kind of work. read more

Took my truck there for some new tires and valve stems. They called few hours later to tell me my truck was done. Nice and simple. Except when I got there the guy told me that one of the rims was cracked and the inner lip was completely gone. So I figured they just put the old tires back on. Nope... this guy put silicone on the cracked rim then put new valve stems and tires. I guess it never occured to him to call and let me know. He was so concerned with making a quick buck that he put me in a dangerous situation. read more

I chose this repair shop due to the reviews, they aren't always accurate! I called and explained a problem I was having, was told they were slow and they would be able to look at it today (3 hours to close). I drive straight there (10 minute drive) and was told upon arrival that it probably can't be looked at today & that I should make an appointment first thing in the morning. I asked why I was told a completely different story on the phone, he said someone's on a break & others are busy. They can't provide shuttle service either. Forget it, you mislead me at first try, I will not waste my time with incompetence by going back!! Strike one & you're out! read more

This is under new management and in spite of how busy they were they got me in right away. They honored the tire rotation on my tires even though they didn't have to which I thought was good business. Victor, the owner was real nice and very professional. The tire technician, Chris, was fast, courteous and did a good job even though I stood there talking at him the whole time. I believe I'll return and get the tires the pretty young lady quoted me. Good company. Would highly recommend. read more

Had blown out a tire earlier this week and I had come in to get it replaced. Disappointed. I brought my car in to see why I had a check engine light showing Misfire. The guy said he couldn't find anything wrong. He essentially said that eventually the light will go away.
