DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Took my iPad here to get fixed after my screen got a tiny crack in it. (1st payment) When I went to pick it up I noticed the new screen they put on it was SUPER puffy. When I mentioned it to them they claimed my battery was swelling. Mind you it was a brand new iPad no more than 3 months old from Target. I told them I would pay for a new battery (2nd payment) & when I arrived a few days later to pick it up there was debris in the screen. When I mentioned it to them they got super defensive & told me they would have to charge me again to clean it (3rd payment) even though they're the ones that did it to begin with. I told them forget it. When I got home the charging port didn't work. I ended up taking it to iRepair Hanford which I would highly recommend. i had gotten my screen replaced on my iPhone 14 plus today that was messed up colorful purple blue yellow green screen but worked PERFECTLY fine didn't overheat on calls let me still do everything a phone would although we had a few complications with two other screens the guy was very helpful but once I finally received my phone back and paid I left got home and within a few hours my phone is now getting hot and overheating extremely bad when it has not ever gotten that hot EVER before. I can't even be on a call for more then 2mins with out my phone getting hot!! air is now lagging on little things that it wasnt before either! STAY AWAY!!! I took my daughters iPad here to fix the cracked screen. After about four hours the worker called and said she needed more time. She then called back and said after fixing the screen it wouldn't hold a charge so she recommended a new battery. We approved the new battery and after replacing it the ipad wouldn't turn on at all she claimed. She gave me two options. Pick it up with the fixes and pay for it or replace it back with the cracked screen and old battery and pay nothing. But either way we would pick up a non working iPad when a working iPad was dropped off. Picked it up and it was in ten times worse condition than when I dropped it off. Although our screen was not able to get fixed due to a problem outside of their experience, customer service was 100% Very nice and friendly, we were attended as soon as we walked in. One of workers explained what could be the cause of the problem and gave us advice on what to do, and for the inconvenience gave us a free screen because although the screen did not work, he still managed to put it together and apologized. My ps4 was overheating and wanted the thermal paste replaced (1st gen ps4). The guy on the phone seemed knowledgeable and said "yeah, we can do that." when I got there it was different guy who was quite the opposite. I told him specifically I wanted the thermal paste replaced. one hour later I got a call that it was fixed. okay? That was fast? 4 hours of use in a span of two weeks the console began to overheat again. The service man started making car references and then said it probably needed a software update. WTF?!? I left my console there again because of warranty but after a week I never heard from them. I went back to get my console and a different guy was there he said he knew nothing. But looked at notes and said they were waiting on thermal paste. THEY NEVER HAD THERMAL PASTE! An electronic repair shop that DOESNT HAVE THERMAL PASTE?!? I basically paid $45 for them to blow a can of air into it. Which sucks because I planned on giving the console to my nephew. read more

This place is great! Ive used them a few times but this last experience really made me recommend it to everyone. The guy who runs it is always super friendly and works quickly. I came in asking about putting a screen protector on my kindle and even though they don't do they he gave a lot of good advice on doing it. I even took my friend to get his screen fixed and the guy not only offered to help but said if we could wait a few days he would have back ups incase something went wrong. DON'T COME HERE I came in to have the back glass of an iphone 11 replaced and he claimed it'd take somewhere near an hour we came back an hour later and told us it'd be another hour but that everything was okay. When he walked out from the back to give us our phone he said it turned off and he couldn't get it to turn back on, he then went to the back for 20 minutes and came back out saying he fixed it as soon as we got out of the store the phone kept turning off and on and the cellular connection wasn't working. We figured we'd figure it out at home we tried everything and couldn't fix it the next day we went to confront him about it and he says "You're screwed that's not my problem you can go to apple to get it fixed" we are now out 200 for the repair and still have to get a new phone as he did not want to give us a refund on it. I wanted to give this company a fair shake, but it has been nothing but an absolute nightmare. I broke my PS4 Pro in efforts to clean it out and reapply thermal compound, and in the process I pulled off the power supply pins from the motherboard. I own my mistakes. I saw this was the nearest "console" repair shop to me and with my work schedule I decided to try them. The first rep I spoke with took my information down and a brief description of the issue. This was on a Monday (7/27/20), and I was told it would be 3 business days before I found out if it was repairable. Come Thursday (7/30/20), I still hear nothing. So I call the shop to see what's going on and I speak with another rep, Shane. He tells me he had no idea why there was a PS4 sitting there and he had tried to get in contact with the original rep, but said the other rep spends more time in dealing with other matters than the matters of the shop; however, in a little more negative tone suggesting that him and the other rep do not see eye to eye. This should have been my first clue that I look elsewhere. I am then told that my console will make it to the repair shop by the weekend and I should hear something back soon. The following Tuesday (8/4/20) I get a call from the repair technician in regards to what the issue with the unit is. I explain to the tech what the issue is and he starts suggesting I need a new power supply. No, I just need a cable replaced. But what do I know, I'm just the idiot who broke his console. Fast forward to Friday (8/7/20), I decide to do a courtesy call as we head into the weekend. I speak with Shane again who states that the tech will most likely not be able to conduct repairs as it is not something he is capable of doing and then states, "I am screwed and will need to buy another PS4". In what line of business is it cool to tell a customer they are "screwed"? Today, Saturday (8/8/20) I get a call that my unit will not be repairable and that I can pick it up. I was told that the HDMI cable was not repairable, but I didn't bring it in for that problem, it was the power supply cable. I go to pick it up my unit and am charged $42 for "diagnostic" fees. As I get home, I inspect the work on the unit. I see no new solder on the power supply cable or on the actual PCB where the connector was ripped from. So, what did I pay 42$ for? To be told they couldn't fix it? At least I have a 25% discount for my next repair with them... read more

My iPhone wasn't charging properly and I believed it was due to lint being in the charging port. Took my phone here. The guy took a couple of hours to fix it. He left the case on. I didn't think much of it until a week later I noticed a crack on the screen. Went back and they tried to tell me that I must have dropped the phone. I did not drop my phone!! I believe he left the case on so I wouldn't notice the crack. They told me that would fix the crack for $50.00. Lesson learned. I will always remove the case and inspect my phone when I pick it up. read more

If you are planning on visiting this place for ANY electronic need I advise you go somewhere else. Me and my husband brought in my iPhone for a new glass screen. It had a tiny crack in the corner and had been there for 2.5 years. The phone worked perfectly fine with no issues until I took it here. About 30 minutes into my phone being "worked on" the man told me that no screens work on my phone so I requested he just put the old one back on and he said he could no problem. However after we got the phone back we discovered the screen no longer worked. The phone was completely black, it was on because it made sounds but the screen was completely broken. Not only did he break it but he Denys any fault and said "oh well you know electronics work some days and not others". I called a place in Visalia to see if this could be fixed and they advised me that if I took my phone in, In working condition, then they can not fix it because Cell fix broke it! And it's not fixable. I wanted to turn this phone in for a $700 credit for my new iphone but thanks to Cell Fix AT&T can't take a broken phone. I will never take another device here and will always recommend anyone to stay far away! read more
