Would never recommend. Took an iPad in for a cracked screen. When we got it back, there were black lines through the entire screen and the touch did not work. When we called them, they stated they left the protective screen on and installed it that way. We brought it back and they supposedly "fixed it again" there are black dots on each corner. The speaker no longer works for voice text or FaceTime. I called them to ask them if they stand behind this and they said they already fixed our problem. I am never one to leave bad reviews let alone bad ones on businesses but I would never trust or take any device there. read more

I've used this company a few times and gotten great service at other places, I walked into this establishment wanting to get a new screen protector, I was told if I come in with a receipt for my previous screen protector I would get $5 off my next one. I provided it and I get told "this is a different store, we don't franchise" and now that I'm looking at the website, it says in fact you do franchise. Then I try to get my air pods cleaned or at least get a price on how much it would be and I get told "I'm too busy" which just led to me driving here for nothing. Do better on your customer service and guide people, I expected better from this company read more

These two guys were super professional. Very kind. Quick service. They didn't have what I needed originally, but they were able to provide me a temporary screen protector. They ordered my specific screen protector, said it would be ready by "Monday or Tuesday" I went in on Tuesday and it was ready. I visited the Fix in Visalia as my phone screen shattered and I needed it fixed that day. During my transaction I was asked for my phone number for any future repair needs, which I entered on the iPad. That night, the employee who repaired my phone messaged me with my private phone number asking to meet up. He asked if I had a boyfriend or girlfriend and to meet me. This experience made me extremely uncomfortable. I did NOT give me phone number to this man on a personal basis and I am shocked this employee was able to access my phone number in the data base later that night. Beyond this, my phone screen replacement broke the next day from me setting it on the counter. I'm very disappointed in all aspects of this company and would strongly recommend going elsewhere. read more

Friendly owner but when I went to return my iPhone because the Vibration motor didn't work and front camera after he replaced my screen. Both of which worked before the screen repair. When I got there the employee called him and basically told him to do the store inventory before fixing my phone. So I felt like they didn't give a shit. I wasn't a 1st priority because I wasn't paying. I picked up the phone 3-4 hrs later and it still wasn't ready. They fixed the front camera and couldn't fix the motor. Months ago I left my PS4 to get fixed it need a HDMI replacement. I was in no rush but 1 month later he hadn't done nothing because his employee that fixes them wasn't available. Like I said he was a friendly owner and promised to get it done. So I left it. Another month later and it was still sitting on his shelf so I just picked it up. I took a spare Note 10 in for a screen replacement on 12/24/2021 and paid full price your service. With that service I was guaranteed a six month warranty on any material and installation defects.  I turned the phone on for the first time today on 1/23/2022 to issue it to an employee and discovered the pink line on the right edge of the screen. I took the phone back to the store and informed the associate.   After your associate explained to me how hard it is for them to not damage the connection cable while doing the screen replacement, and failed convince me that it was such a minor issue that I should be able to live with, I simply asked for the screen to be replaced to like-new quality,  which is what I paid for.   At this point,  you refused to guarantee your work due to "phone damage" without even seeing the device.  As you can see from the attached photos, there is not a scratch or any damage to this device.  I would like for you to honor your word and your warranty.  Tomorrow I will move forward with filing claims with the BBB, FTC, State Attorney General, Dept. of Consumer Affairs, and the Tulare County DA. read more

If this is the fix inside the Visalia mall, this is one the worst place I've ever experienced. This place is so disorganized. Took my son's Apple Watch to get the screen fix and we were told if we left it overnight he would have it ready by the next morning. Didn't get us no paper trail or proof that it was going to be there with him. Little did we know it ended up taking over two weeks to get his watch back. The employee kept giving us the run around then got confused and said he need the pin to get into the watch. It wasn't even OUR WATCH that he needed the pin for. Then we decided to go in to settle this matter and all of a sudden it was in the mailbox and he had to go pick it up. Waited over thirty minutes for him to pick it up and then he finally came back and started to put it together. Which I waited for because I knew if I left he would've came up with some elaborate story about something else happening to the watch and we would have to wait longer. As I walked out he whisper to his coworker and point towards me as if he just told him something about me and that was when I had it with this place. Very unprofessional and disorganized. Not truthful about how long things would take to fix and instead tells customers it would be ready soon and it ends up not being ready. It was not between my son, you and my husband. The individual you are speaking of was my brother. The watch is my 15 year old son, so it is between you and i because I paid for it, not either one of them. The fact that there was no communication made to me in regards to my sons belongings is where you went wrong. You had no right to speak to anyone other than myself in regards to the watch. You couldn't even give my husband the name of the person who the watch was under, which was me. The fact that you can speak to anyone so freely that called about my sons watch, blows my mind and just shows how careless and unorganized you are. read more
