My husband and I decided to try this place, I had two broken lenses and a cracked screen. We're new to this area recently moved . Although my husband has a friend that has a cell phone repair shop his prices are ridiculous at $90 a lense. This place prices are nothing compared to my husband's friend shop! This is our new place where we will be bringing our devices when we need any kind of repairs their prices are great reasonable, and the staff is very professional and friendly. I also got a case for my phone at no charge Thank you cell pros. read more

This is best place in Fresno for a excellent job at a very fair price . I been customer for about 4-5 years and have bought every phone I ever owned from here . I had even butchered an iPhone 6 Way back before I knew better and Was astonished when they were able to repair . I have broken my iPhone X about 4-5 times and each time came back working like brand new. Customer service is also helpful and very respectful . Another important thing is they can be trusted and always finished when or before they.say it will be read more

5+ stars! I worked directly with a nice lady named Veronica each time I've needed service. I've gotten 5 phones unlocked through her at this company. If you are planning on getting your phones unlocked, make sure you have the following information ready: phone IMEI, original phone company, and if the phone was blacklisted. It'll make things go much smoother. What I can tell you is that each IMEI completes unlocking at its own pace. I've had 1 device that took roughly 2 weeks to complete while another device took 3 days. You gotta be patient. The only thing is parking can be horrific and the area can be sketchy. Other than that, I recommend all my friends and family to this location! Thank you, Veronica, for also keeping me posted by calling and texting me to let me know she's been checking on the status. read more

When I received the phone call from them to discuss the service I needed the caller had an accent and spoke so fast I was unable toe to understand him. My computer was supposed to be ready to pick up within 4-5 hours. No phone call to let me know that it would not be ready until the following day. When I picked up the computer they tried to charge $30 more than the agreed price. The 2 stars are for Veronica who was very helpful and professional. read more

Best service ever! I reached out over yelp to get a quote and received a fast response. James answered all my questions. My dad was able to go in and get his phone fixed in under 15 minutes! And the price was so good!!! I was quoted $50 By another phone repair shop and Cell Pros quoted me 10! My muffled iPhone speaker is fixed! Thank you ! read more

Sold my gold iPhone6 today. I have to be honest I was a little nervous about it at first mostly because I had attempted to sell my phone as a trade in for credit at Amazon but that company screwed me! They stole the box and shipped it back to me stating that it was broken and not working which was utter bullshit because it is a perfectly working phone. So, my husband and I decided to try Cell Pros. I was pleasantly surprised! I was worried I would get screwed again. The worth of my phone had just been reduced by $40 because some asshole at Amazon stole my shit. But Antony Ayodele was amazing! He is a true professional and manages his stores with quality customer service. He worked with us and we got the cash for the actual worth of my phone. I was so happy that the nightmare was over. Thank you Antony! I am a huge fan of Cell Pros! I will be spreading the word and tell everyone if they need their devices repaired or traded in for cash this is the place to go! read more

DO NOT COME HERE! My gf made a 1 star review here years ago because she brought in her iPhone 6 to get the screen replaced. One of the technicians messed up and the home button was damaged and couldn't be replaced. She got mad talked to the manager. They only gave her a $10 discount! Smh. Then she gave a negative review and they spammed my phone with spam ad text messages about their store. She called the better business bureau and they finally stopped. Now this shit is going on again. Well you guys better have fun dealing with BBB again and the FTC read more

They don't open on time...It says 10am-6pm. They're still closed and it was 10:20. Theres no one to contact except the business line that says "It opens 10-6 Mondays-Saturdays". Very disappointed, I was hoping to get a phone fixed today. Had me waiting 20 minutes. Who ever opens up doesn't deserve the job. Thank for wasting my time. read more

I bought a Groupon to fix my daughter's cracked screen on her iPhone 6s Plus for $60. That was a bargain! The whole process was easy and customer service was quick and efficient. We made an appointment online and went in the morning of. We were greeted and helped right away. They had us out of there within a half hour with a brand new screen. Easy, peasy! If you are considering going here to get your cell phone repaired, I would highly recommend you check out Groupon first! It will save you at least $20! Great service and awesome prices for repairs! Came here with a problem of trying to get a sim card off an international phone to a US one. The staff were extremely knowledgable and helpful. They were able to figure out my problem very fast and set me up with a surprisingly affordable solution; I didn't feel any upselling of the kind on their part. All in all a very knowledgable and courteous team...I highly recommend going to this store before anywhere else. read more

Okay, so here's the deal. My Hubs and I both have Samsung Note 4's - for one thing, I LOVE THIS PHONE. And that is really kinda putting it mildly. I'm passionate about my Note4. This is fact. Plus....it just recently got paid off (which speaks volumes for the way cell companies work, doesn't it?). Up to this point, all I've had to do is replace the battery. Great, right?? Until 3 weeks ago....the OS decided to take a dump on me. Nothing. Nada. Blank screen. Just died. Completely. Hub's Note 4 still running okay...even though we got them what seems like ages ago. So, due to my loathing for all things that are currently out, I wanted to do what I could to revive my Note4. Hubs and I had gone to CellPro's on Peach/KingsCanyon (cuz we are SUNNYSIDE and East Side is highly underrated) in the past, in order to have the OS re-flashed on his phone due to persistent issues and they were AWESOME. And such a great deal. So, I thought I'd try them again. Antony was so awesome, working tirelessly, trying to re-flash my poor Note4(bigtime sad-face) but it was not meant to be. He worked on it for 2.5 weeks and tried everything under the sun and it was just not having it. BUT...Antony WAS able to capture all of my contact information and upload it to my Google account - THANKFULLY! That was a bacon-saver! So after paying my last respects to my beloved Note4, I've reverted back to using my Samsung Siii only because I'm still loathing everything currently out on the market - and if you say "hey, you should go with an iphone - I will probably punch you in the face....so let's not do that. I don't wanna go to jail. THAT being said...CellPro's did offer me some $$ off a new phone for trading in my poor, dead Note4 (they could use for parts) if I was ready for that...and I'm not. YET. But...when I am...I'll go to these guys. So thank you, Antony, Baruc, Rudy and Yolanda, for being so GREAT to work with and for providing quality customer service. You guys will be my go-to when I've got cell issues...your help is most appreciated! YOU ALL ROCK! The pro's at CellPro's are my cell heroes! read more

I had been looking to purchase a new phone for a while because I did not want to renew my contract with my provider. Cell Pros had a huge selection of phones and their prices were reasonable. They were professional and friendly and transferred all of my info over for me. I especially like that they do the transfer in the front of the store instead of taking phones to the back to do it (hey, you never know). They also had a great selection of cases and screen protectors. This is a reputable business with honest employees. It's worth the drive for sure. read more

Baruc Gachuz made my trip across town worth it. I live on the other side of town but they had the best price for an iPhone screen repair, compared to other shops, so I went to go check them out. He helped me out as soon as I walked through the door and 20 minutes later I walked out with a brand new screen & 3 month warranty. That is especially important to me because I know that previous shops I have gone to do not offer warranty so a week later the screen starts to lift up & I can't even take it in so I really appreciate that they do have warranty. They also have a convenient reward system set up on a tablet which is great if you always find yourself in a cell phone repair store. Thank you Baruc & Cell Pros! read more
