7/17/26 GREAT experience!! About ready to have a meltdown! My iPhone wouldn't let me enter or type in my passcode correctly to do so!! Couldn't do ANYTHING!! I went to AT&T to try to get help. She had no clue. Directed me to go to U-Tec down from it!! Best thing ever!! Greeted by Kimmie. She was great. Confident in getting it fixed. Apparently, very messed up. She was supposed it didn't break down sooner with the big pixel dot showing. Told I could take a sear inside and it would be about 30 minutes. Sat down. Safe, clean, cool and comfortable. A lot of cute cases to view to buy. Before you know it, I was called, it was fixed and working!! Thankful!! Paid for it, told I could contact if any issues, but shouldn't be and wished. Good day!! Relieved!! Cell looks brand new!! Great service and GREAT phone repair!! Highly recommended!! Thank you so much U-tec!!! They deserve every star!! read more

The technician was unbelievably knowledgeable changed my iPhone X battery in 30 minutes gave him another iPhone XR and that took me about 3035 minutes unfortunately I had gone to another repair place and their prices were $20 higher just for the Battery and a 2 1/2 three hour wait for the repair so I have to say that I really recommend U-tec for all your cell phone repair read more

Booted up my laptop Sunday afternoon to prep for Monday and was met with the blue screen of death. In a panic I called various computer repair companies and no one was interested in even just taking a quick look to see what the issue was. However, U-tec not only took my laptop in but they also fixed the issue which ended up being incredibly minor. Wow, thanks so much for the fix and great customer service. Will be getting all my mobile/computer needs from here from now on. Thank you so much! read more

I feel like I stepped back in time! I broke one lens on my iPhone and took it to U-Tec for repair. They were friendly and polite and took time to explain what they would need to do and how long it would take. The price for the repair was fair. I highly recommend using U-Tec when you have a phone or computer problem. It is so nice to walk in a store where customers are treated like they are number one. read more

We had two Xbox's broken, took them in and both were fixed in no time. The staff was amazing, I appreciate the hospitality too, everyone was very friendly and helpful! We have two happy sons! Thank you again! We will highly recommend! read more

I thought my camera glass had shattered on my iPhone. They had me come over, and looked at it and told me it was a camera protector that had shattered. A bit embarrassing to me, for sure. It would have been reasonable for them to charge me a diagnosis fee since I did take up their time, but they told me no charge and asked me to just think of them next time I needed something - and I definitely will. read more

Great customer service and soldering job from David. He explained in detail what he would need to do and quoted a fair price Quick turn around and went about and above, will be back read more

I was having issues logging onto my laptop to the point it wouldn't allow me to reset. I was afraid of losing all my data/files. After reading positive reviews at U- tech, I decided to give them a try. I have to say that I am very pleased the work David and Kimmy have done. They are superstars in my book. I dropped off my laptop at lunch time and picked up my laptop after work. They were able to resolve my issue on the same day. U-tech have a forever customer. I highly recommend them. My phone was looking pretty bad since I cracked it and it was bleeding lol I found Utec by searching online. I was given an affordable quote over the phone. David helped me- he told he they accept walk ins. Very friendly service. I was able to repair my phone and even get a screen protector for 100 bucks. Glad I came to them. I was able to get some food and a cocktail across the way while I waited for my phone. read more

We came in to inquire about graphics cards to start building my first PC and left with sooo much great insight and new knowledge! Sutton was able to answer all of our questions and provide really good advice to help us figure out what to look for! O've used U-tec several times before and have always been satisfied with their computer assistance/repair. In this instance, I brought in an outdated tablet I plan on donating, to have my info deleted. I was given a 4 hr time frame for that day it would be ready. It was happily finished within 45 minutes. I highly recommend U-tech for all your computer/cell phone needs. read more

Thank you, Peter! I had a mysteriously non-working Microsoft Surface Pro and had no idea why. Peter took a look, did a hard reset the right way, and suddenly it was updating and working. He had other great suggestions and was very quick and polite. Made my day! Thank you! read more

We have used these guys to service our apple products, and they do a very good job. Friendly and reliable.

I give this business double the stars allowed. Any time I called, David and Sutton were friendly and able to answer my questions!! Came in to business on January 31st 2023. Needed my new phone set up. Alana was not only helpful and helped with EVERYTHING I needed, she did it with a smile on her face, never lost patience, and took extra time to make sure she answered every question. She SOOOOO blessed me!!. Made sure we received business cards from her so others will be steered to their wonderful business!! Thank all y'all!! read more

My teenage daughter broke the screen on her phone. She called them herself and they were super professional with her and explained everything in great detail. She even walked in on her own and they were very respectful and professional with her. I will definitely be coming back if any of us need any type of phone or tablet repair. I just wished I known about them before I paid way more to get my own phone fixed! read more

I took my phone in because the charging port was wonky. Great service and it was fixed in well under an hour.

Repaired a quest 2 controller. Works great now. Saved me some money from buying a new one.

Took a phone in and told me it will take 4 hours! I was okay leaving my phone for 4 hours. They close at 7pm. It was getting close to 7pm. They never called me saying they need more time! I called u-Tec to see if my phone was ready. They told me they had other phone they where working on! And they need it till tomorrow! Okay that's fine but why would you say 4 hours!?!?? Also A PHONE!! I need my phone for my WORK!! How in the world I am going to leave my phone!! This business does bad business!! I give this business 0 stars!! read more

U tech is the best! I asked for a iphone 7 color swap, not only could they do it, but they did it on short notice and in less than 4 hours while everyone else around town was telling me it would take days! They went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of so I wanted to make sure I left a solid review to show there business was a pleasure and deff will be coming back! I'm updating this review: Come to find out I started having battery problems because the lack there of care when installing the phone back properly, they left some sort of oil residue and I was missing multiple screws and other parts. I went to a Iphone store on Herndon and black stone where Ivan helped me, way more professional establishment read more

I came in to get a price for a new camera install on my phone. The price was great at $60 for the new camera install but here is the kicker- if they break the screen while replacing it will cost me $200 extra (Ouch) but they will give me 50% off the camera install if the LCD does break and that is only a savings of $30. Recap- best case scenario $60 or worst case $230. I did watch the videos on how to replace the camera and the repair is not the easiest I must say. With the price being up in the air until the job is completed I will just wait and get a new phone thru my carrier. If I do decide to get the camera replaced I will come here to get it done. The staff were friendly and the store is nicely setup in the River park Shopping center. read more

U-tec River Park - Mobile Phone Repair Near Me - Fresno, California

Uh, amazing. From beginning to end. They've got so MANY skilled techs too. If one can't, then another one can. They even have a dude that does motherboard micro repairs. Like no one DOES THATT here in town. Or for atleast 200 miles apparently. And they're hours go late. Sooo my story: I found these guys by word of mouth. Upon leaving the Apple store, frustrated, and in despair, I came across a cell repair kiosk in the mall. After they were unable to fix my iphone, which was not responding to touch, they said that U Tec, in river park has THE guys. That they can fix ANYTHINGGGG! But apparently my phone had been so damaged by the store before who applied long screw damage to my motherboard during a screen replacement (grrrr) However, my second iPhone 6s, which had basically been just a paperweight for the past year because it would not charge, just needed a new charger chip soldered onto the motherboard. Were they able to do the job? Heck yes. And just like that, I was back in business. read more

Can improve on communication and customer service. I was going to rate this experience as a 1* but had good experiences 2x prior to this one, so I was going to rate with 3* for poor communication. Was going to lower to 2* for poor service & communication again today, but raised to 3* as they called back with a better accounting and expectation of services. My husband dropped his iPhone, cracking the whole backside. He dropped it off yesterday morning to be worked on. I understand we're not the only customers and was so surprised when they said it would be done after 5pm and I would receive a call. No call, no voicemail--so I took the initiative to call an hour before they closed at 7pm just in case my phone declined them as a "spam risk". I was calling for an update and they advised it was still in diagnostics, so I asked them to clarify if that meant they hadn't started working on it yet since that morning? They apologized and advised it was actually in progress, or something like that--vague. The company also advised they were very busy--which I understand with the holidays and COVID. My husband and I are fortunate to still be working full time during COVID, have an immunocompromised family member at home and live on the other side of town--so we're busy as well. The company didn't communicate they needed more time so I operated based off the same-day deadline we were advised. As you can guess, it wasn't ready. They said it'd be ready in the morning, so my husband can drive by again before work like before and pick it up--the technician even said he'd personally see to it. My husband drove over that morning (note: u-tech is in complete opposite direction from his job from our home)... and it wasn't ready. We even tried calling when they opened to make sure it was ready to avoid him driving over there unnecessarily... but we were sent directly to voicemail. They called back after my husband had started at work and gave what sounded to be a more realistic update, plus a discount. Honestly, I prefer upfront service over a discount for inconvenience. Don't make promises you don't have the time, staff or energy to keep it...and if you can't do something like you originally said you could, communicate it. As a customer, I would appreciate it. read more
