Awesome job, customer service and surprised me with the price. Highly recommended. Fixed my iPhone 14 Pro Max screen. After calling around and getting prices at $210 - $260. Even the prices that are $160 and all the way to $125 is that the people that repaired the phone for those prices, will not give you a straight answer to: "is it LCD or OLED? " Their replies for $130, $140, to even $160 is that it's "premium" beware LCD screens will use up more battery and the colors on your screen will be off. My phone was losing battery when it was charging or even not used, (all apps closed) When the repair was done. I asked the owner why did billed me for such a good price, and even threw in a free tempered glass screen protector? He responded back honestly. Because business is slow and I rather make something rather than nothing. RESPECT!! Yes we are aware that the LCD screens for iPhone 14 Pro Max is $50 on Amazon prime and people are trying to take advantage of people making a crazy profit. You know how honest a business is when they own up to their mistakes... this business is not. I took my iPhone 6 to their store the past two times my screen needed repair. Sept 2019 I went to gwireless to have my phone screen repaired. They replaced my screen and sent me on my way. About two days later, my device stopped responding to touch. I took it back to G wireless to see if the screen they had installed was defective. Eddie took it apart, and began to research the issue. He then brought back out my device and proceeded to show me that regardless of the screen he uses(using 4 alternates as an example) that the screen is non responsive. That most likely it's a 'touch disease' issue that affects iPhones and that its out of his hands. I believed him and went off on my way. He had my money for the screen repair service, and I had a broken phone. I thennnn took my device to the repair shop in river park (u tec). They agreed to look into it if I paid their standard diagnostic fee. Fort y doll ars later, they tell me the motherboard has been damaged beyond repair. Using a magnifier, they zoomed into the spot on my motherboard where a screw hole was. That a long screw got put into the place that belonged to a short screw. That because of this, the long screw went through my motherboard. And That it was the result of the repair shop who repaired my screen. They told me to contact the other repair shop to atleast ask for my money back for the screen repair. Soooo I contacted Gwireless and told them about the results. That my phone was non repairable, and I'd like to at least have my monies back. I even offered he take back the screen. Eddie was so quick to say NO! That it must have been done by any one else, not him. Again, I wasn't expecting a no. And especially so quickly!! I said that they could take back my screen since it is of no use on a totaled phone. He was adamant, "No No no". Eddie didn't seem to care. He wanted to tell me it wasn't his fault or his stores problem. If youre looking for an honest cell business, I wouldn't suggest this place. awful service. other then the curly haired employee whom gave me the tracking number for the orginal screen as one else offered, just kept giving me the run around for nearly two weeks. owner has no customer service skills. i had to go in there daily to check on my repair. screen came in and it wasnt correct, had to order another and when they called me said it was ready it was cracked . had to order another which some how came over night unlike the second one. when i got my phone back there where chipped pieces off the backing where they tryed to remove it . very unhappy . will never return. read more

They were very friendly and gave us great service BUT they failed to tell my boyfriend that it was an actual SIM card issue. Don't come here. They were cocky and rude when I arrived. Took my phone and charged me 69$ for a screen which I agreed to. They said if I paid cash they wouldn't charge me taxes but if I paid with card they would add taxes. I left my phone and they said they'd call in 30min-1 hour when pickup was ready. They never called so I came back to see what was going on..there was a sticky note on the wall that said they decided to close early and to come back tomorrow. No call. No warning. Nothing. So I went in November roughly to get my laptop screen fixed because it the touchscreen wouldn't work but all in all it still functions and nothing else was wrong . I called like 4 times in 2 weeks to make sure they knew what they were going to be doing everytime they assured me they could fix it no problem. So I pay them and wait for the call that the screen and been ship and that they have it so I could take in my lap top. So I hand over my laptop told it would be done in 24 hrs at most . okay so I'm waiting 2 days have gone by I call them and im told that nothings wrong just a few more days and I can have it . 2 weeks go by and I call again and they tell me that couldn't fix it and that they don't know how to do it . mad I go to pick my lap top up and it has no screen the part that holds the screen is bent and broken in one area and the 5 key is missing . so I went in for just some cosmetic damage and left with a missing screen a broken key and a bent and broken screen frame. I was a customer of G wireless in the beginning they fixed my crack screen. It did not last long had to have it done again. Than around Thanksgiving my granddaughter was traumatized Suffering from PTSD & has ADHD was going to a hospital that helps with that. Music is what comforts her. So knowing about G wireless they sold me an I pod which if I would have known for about 100.00 more could have gotten a new one. The next day it did not work. I called them they said they would make it right. Now they have backed out of there word. I just got off the phone with the owner which said he could not give me my money back. Could not fix the broken I pod. Wanted to trade me for a phone. I don't need a phone or my granddaughter for her dad got her one for Christmas. Now he cut me off said he has only a phone I didn't go in for a phone. He robbed me of my money.
