I went to AT&T to try to get help. She had no clue. Directed me to go to U-Tec down from it!! Best thing ever!! Greeted by Kimmie. She was great. Confident in getting it fixed. Apparently, very messed up. She was supposed it didn't break down sooner with the big pixel dot showing. Told I could take a sear inside and it would be about 30 minutes. Sat down. Safe, clean, cool and comfortable. A lot of cute cases to view to buy. Before you know it, I was called, it was fixed and working!! Thankful!! Paid for it, told I could contact if any issues, but shouldn't be and wished. Good day!! Relieved!! Cell looks brand new!! Great service and GREAT phone repair!! Highly recommended!! I asked the tech if he could swap the batteries out. He was willing to do that but found that the battery had failed but was under his warranty. He replaced the new battery into my working phone and didn't charge me for the labor. That is what I call service. He was super fast too.
