This store is awesome, great quality items and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended for any electronic needs.

I just found my go to computer guy. After a run around at a big box store I was referred to U-tec. I'm so happy. The other was a big hassle every time, and sometimes there were technicians and sometimes not. You never knew. Sometimes they had my computer for a week and I had to call to see if it was ready or go there when no one answered the phone. I am so happy to have personal service. Louis is great. Thanks so much for killing the virus and setting me up properly. I'll be back for a tune up as needed :D read more

The service I requested was to replace my phone battery. George did an excellent job explaining what was going on with my phone. It's old but still workable thanks to George. The value of paying was reasonable too. Thank you again George. Have a great New Year and a prosperous one too. Janet read more

Verizon referred me to Utec, for a cracked screen, instead of the factory approved repair, located down the street. What a joke. They "repaired" my screen with a non compatible part. It caused loss of functions, along with severe battery drain. While promising to make my phone function properly, they never bothered to find the proper part. They refused to refund one cent when I finally took my phone to a genuine repair center. Screen repair total...$650... Verizon should have known better and U-tec should have been honest about their "idea" of how they would fix my phone. read more

Excellent customer service that matches the quality work done on my laptop. They even went the extra mile and assisted me with retrieving a few passwords i couldn't remember. I was very concerned with my computer losing all my files and documents, but the guys at U-Tec assured me they would still be there once the repair was done. Top notch service read more

Highly recommend UTech. They repaired my computer tower with a reasonable cost. Also took a tablet there with e mail not being retrieved and the tech resolved the problem without having to leave it there. Many thanks! This will be my go to computer repair shop from now on. read more

I brought my folk's iPad to U-Tec, because Apple refused to attempt to repair it. Replacing it didn't solve my problem as the real issue was the 6,000 pics and videos stored there that had never been backed up anywhere else. The folks at U-Tec couldn't have been nicer. They gave me a quote up front. They communicated with me via text as the repair progressed. Everything went as smooth as they said it would. The iPad is now fixed. My folks think I'm a hero. To too it all off, David gave me a follow-up call to ensure everything went well and that the iPad was performing as expected. Six stars read more

Very good service. Bought a iPhone 8 for 250 and they were also able to repair my iPhone 11 max pro. Thanks guys.

Omgosh, so fast and efficient. Got my phone fixed in under 30 min and right before closing!!!! Definitely recommend them and the price was great and well worth it read more

So I have an Iphone 7+ . They repaired my screen on a thursday and over the weekend the screen started to pop out and it cracked because it popped out without me touching it. The employee on the phone then implied I was lying to him and says its not covered under warranty because its cracked. But its cracked because this company has garbage employees that dont know how to fix phones. I strongly implore anyone to find a better company that knows what theyre doing to get their phones fixed. I will never go back to this place and have a strong hatred for them because of this and hope their business fails. read more

The staff at U-tech is great. Some of the friendliest people. The work I asked to have done was done very efficiently and in a timely manner

Super fast service, really friendly and informative! Will be back to fix more stuff! Came back with mic issues, these guys took care of it in less than two hours. Professional and friendly! read more

Great service! I came because my husband had a good experience. George found a couple of issues that were affecting my phone screen sensitivity. All fixed in record time and out the door! read more

I Took in a iPad 5th gen to get charging port fixed was told I'd get in update by the next day, got no call so I called them the following day, they told me they would give me an update again waited a few days again no phone call, one week later I call them and was told the repair was unsuccessful, I took in a iPad that would charge slow and came back with one that will not charge at all, and was not assembled correctly. The lack of communication to the consumer is not great. read more

U-tec Blackstone - Screen not put back together properly. - Mobile Phone Repair Near Me - Fresno, California

Didn't even get to use their services. Messaged asking about Apple Watch series 4 repair. Was quoted $350 plus tax. Which is more than the Apple store, which is $299. For reference a kit can be purchased for $50 and it takes about 25 minutes to complete. I'm all about paying people for their work, but this is way over priced. If you're more expensive than Apple, that's saying something. read more

After the apple store booted me out to a "third party" repair store, I found this place that gladly checked out my phone and repaired my battery at a decent price. George and Roman were very helpful and very knowledgeable about my I phone. They are an honest company as well. I recommend this place to everyone who needs an honest phone or electronic repair. Trustworthy and accurate work! I'm very happy they fixed my phone! I will definitely be back if I need to get any repair done in the future. read more

I had my iPhone X repaired both in the back and front and they did a good job! I highly recommend, I think they fix other devices that aren't iPhones as well. read more

My iPhone X automatically updated & then glitched out & kept telling me I needed to connect my phone to iTunes & restore it. I attended that several times, then went to the apple store, with no luck because they had no available appointments for a whole week! I took my phone to U-tech & they fixed it within an hour or so. & it didn't cost me an arm & a leg. I'm the type to take my devices to the places I purchase them from & would have never thought to take it here but I'm glad I did. 5 stars all the way! read more

I have went to U-Tec Blackstone 3 times and got 4 devices fix there. First time I went it was George he is super nice and helpful. But the last two times I went it's not him it's some other guy. I had a IPhone 8plus fix for the front screen and on their FB page says $80 but I was charge $85. A month later I went to go get my IPhone 6s Plus front screen fix and was charged $65 and yet on their FB page says $60. I told the guy I was quoted $60 and not $65. I just said whatever and paid it though. I will not be a returning customer. I will go somewhere else. If the store advertise a price don't believe it. Either they are trying to cheat me by $5 of their price went up. But I double check the price and the price have not gone up. read more
