Excellent job! My iPhone X had the green line of death and eventually the screen stopped working entirely so I was forced to use my watch. After searching up and down the valley I got no better quote than the one given to me by George at this location, worth a drive all the way up from Madera. Extremely friendly and welcoming I was assured fixing this problem would be a piece of cake. Little did I know! While most places take upwards of two hours for a simple screen change my phone was ready in about 30 minutes! Brand new screen, green line gone, no errors when touching, it was basically the same as when I got it. Was extremely satisfied especially with the timing as I was not trying to hang in Fresno aLL day, also as opposed to most places who act like mechanic shops and ALWAYS find something else wrong with the phone to charge you extra for, I told George my problem and he took Care of it without trying work me for extra, very honest and you don't get that with a lot of repair shops. They even threw in a snazzy little case that showed off the color of my phone as opposed to hiding it. I want to personally thank Katie for her commitment in extracting data off of a Macintosh computer hard drive that other technicians said it was impossible to do. She was able to retrieve all my aunt's work on our family history going back to 1607, totally priceless information, that had been corrupted in a drive crash. U-tec helped fix my laptop and let me just say the experience I had there was incredible. Staff was super helpful and nice. If you're looking for a place to get any electronics fixed for a low price, I would recommend coming here. As soon as I got there they checked out my laptop and diagnosed it. They told me what was wrong with it and how they're going to go about the problem. Then they went into fixing it and it took less than a hour. I would 10/10 recommend this place. After looking everywhere for a place that could fix my motherboard problem I found U-Tex! Everywhere I went they couldn't do it because they didn't have the equipment or they didn't have the experience in microsoldering. These guys were so nice! I took my son's laptop in to get the screen repaired and they were honest, helpful and gave me all of my options for repair. They tried every avenue to try to help me.
