My go to was the Clovis/Herndon store but they have since closed. I wanted a battery replacement so I created a project thru Yelp and called around as well. Most stores were wanting $75-100; so I basically thought that was the ongoing rate. Cellfix wanted $75 for battery and labor. I ended purchasing the battery on my own and called back; got a rate of $50 from Cellfix for just labor. I didn't have the right tools and didn't want to break anything so I went them. So when I walked in and heard Ivan's voice saying he'll be right with me from the back room, I was ecstatic! He is the one that was able to turn my son's Nintendo switch 1 back on. He is very good at what he does. I came to him a bunch of times for my son's switch. He's really informative and knows how to fix the problems that we may bring him. This time we came in with my sons switch 2 cus we had to link number 1 and 2 together for reasons idk why but he was able to assist us with that. Problem solved per usual. I highly recommend coming here for any of your phone/gaming fixing needs!! And they also sell phone cases and they even have a new snack machine put up for people that's going to be waiting there to which he said will be cheaper then the stores next door lol. It was empty when I was there but that was cus they just got that machine in. Prices for the fixing I also find to be a lot cheaper than most places I've called to before. read more

Good guys but their products are trash went through them twice. first time I cracked my screen and got it fixed less than a few months my screen locked and couldn't open it and he had to replace my screen and second time a green line appeared in the middle of my screen and screen freezes and always locks having to wait 15mins to unlock it again and facial recognition is always messing up. read more

Went to get my front screen fixed and received it back with the back screen spider web cracked. The lady states that due to the extremely small crack on the back corner, it caused the spider web break. When I dropped the phone of she kept saying it RARELY happens. Do not recommend getting screen replacements here. After 3 weeks, my screen went blank. I did not know the screen was the issue until I got in at the Apple Store. I was told 3rd party screens can cause that issue and that I needed it to be replaced, again. Went back to the store to see what can be done since I had now spend $140 for initial replacement and $300 at Apple Store. Was told I needed to have come back to them prior to going to Apple Store for them to replace it again under the 3 month warranty. I had a black screen, I was not aware that the actual screen was the issue and not some kind of software problem. Not worth it in my opinion to risk the 3rd party screen (for iPhones at least). Better off just going to the Apple Store from the get-go. read more

First time Yelp review. Saw that these guys had high reviews for Fresno and reasonable prices, decided to come in to get my Essential Phone PH-1 screen replaced. Brought in my own screen replacement from Ali express and a thermoplastic screen protector. Guy I talked to was generally nice, he said they could do the replacement for $50. He would even apply the phone screen for me for free, even though they don't ordinarily do 3rd party screen applications. Fast forward a few hours, guy calls me back says screen is damaged he can order a replacement it's gonna cost $100 total. Fair enough, probably a manufacturers defect, figured it's worth the extra $50. Says the phone should be ready Saturday. Fast forward to Saturday no update, I give them a call and apparently the shipping is delayed it won't arrive till Tuesday. No problem, I thank them and wait till Tuesday. Again no update on Tuesday. Again, I call them, now the shipping is delayed toll Wednesday. I guess they were too busy to update me on my phone (which is understandable to an extent). I get the phone call that the phone is ready on Wednesday. I go to pick it up, a colleague of the guy I spoke to a week before greets me and brings the phone out. Not only is there a speck under the screen protector, there is at least 7-8 air bubbles on the screen as well. Of course, he doesn't mention anything, I'm the one who points out the defect. Response was "We offered it as a free service, it's not our responsibility". Are you kidding me? Offering something as a "free" service does not give you the right to do not a bad but sloppy job at best. I tried to be diplomatic and asked if they could knock off $10, which was met with absolute hostility. After I mentioned I would leave a poor review, I was told "We will respond to the review and make you look not so smart". There was a half baked analogy with Walmart thrown in there as well. Not only have you done a sloppy job now, but you are also insulting a customer who has brought business to you, instead of at the very least apologizing for an error which "I" had to actually point out. In the future, I would suggest that you don't accept a task which you are going to muck up (badly), then blame the customer for without any effort to apologize. Not only is it unprofessional, it just highlights how little class you really have in the first place. I am eagerly awaiting your response. read more

I took it to the iPhone store in Seattle and they said it was a defective screen. Paid 329.00 to have it replaced. When I went back to cell fix they would not honor their work.
