Terrible service. I talked over the phone with an employee to ask them about holding an item for me. We negotiated down a price and then a day later I headed up to Fowler to pay for my item. When I got there I found the employee selling the item I had put on hold for less than I was going to have to pay for it. He tried to give me the same discount as the guy he sold it to ($10) and send me to their Bakersfield store which is 2 hours from Fowler! I paid more in gas getting to Fowler than $10 and I sure as hell would've had to pay more in gas driving to Bakersfield. Do not go here! read more

On May 13th 2025, approximately 11:40 AM I went into the store for service to purchase a a new phone and I was standing up for approximately five minutes. There was another customer in there and I turned to him and asked him had he been served and he says yes so I waited a couple more minutes and I said hello and the guy yelled I'll be with you and I waited a couple more minutes. The gentleman never came out and I heard other voices there so it was just more than him, so I felt they felt that my business was not needed at their store. This is very rude and very unprofessional. The least they can do after waiting for five minutes is acknowledge you as a customer. This was not done. I will share this experience with my family, my friends and let them know. This is not the store to come to for service they don't acknowledge you as a customer or appreciate you as a customer. I just wanted to share with you this experience may be by posting this review they'll step up and appreciate the customers who come out of their way to come to their store and let people know you have other choices. I took in my phone because the screen was shattered. Ironically enough the phone worked better with the shattered screen than it does after allowing CellNow to work on it. Since the repair, the phone randomly shuts off up to a dozen times a day. The only way to turn the phone back on is to wait for it to reboot itself. I have to use voice to text now due to the screen not being in line with the buttons that I am attempting to press. The phone will rapidly scroll through apps when no one is touching is the screen. The screen will freeze and I cannot press any buttons until I turn the screen on and off. After taking the phone back in, we were told that it's fine and there's nothing they can do. Avoid this store at all costs. They charged us over $200 and left with me with a nearly inoperable phone. read more

Brought my daughters phone in to fix the screen. The home button worked when I gave it to them but not when I got it back. He basically said it was really rare but it was probably coincidental that it happened when they changed the screen and it was not their fault. So now the warranty on the phone is cancelled . They could try a software update to see if that fixes it but it will take an hour and there closing so... he says not today. I don't ever write reviews but I feel I need. On Friday July 20th a requested a few quotes for my cracked screen and charging port. That morning my iPhone 7 decided to stop charging. Cellnow gave me the lowest price and told me they'd be able to fix it for me. The other places stated the same however if I go after I got off work, which was 5pm, it would take longer. I decided to go to Cellnow. When I arrived, a male associate asked what I was there for. I explained that I had yelp for a screen replacement and charging port earlier on the day and Petrika said I could bring it in after 5pm. The male associate said Petrika just stepped out but he didn't tell him anything. He then told me that he's unable to do the charging port that I'd have to go back the next day (Saturday) for it. He advised me that they open at 10 and that I could go in that time. My phone was at 14% but I thought one night without a phone would be ok so I agreed to going the next morning for the charging. He told me to give him 15 minutes, which turned out to be an hour. An hour later he got the screen fixed however broke my home button. The home button stopped working so a home button had to be added to the screen for backup. I was advised that it'll be fixed the next morning when I take it in for the charging. Petrika was back by now and I confirmed the time to being 10am. My phone was at 1% by the time they finished fixing the screen. The next morning I arrived at 10am only to find another owner present, telling me no one said anything to him. I cannot recall his name but he tried reaching the techs who were there the night before, when I went in. He was unable to get a hold of anyone. He told me it takes 2 days to order the charging port so I'd have to go back on Monday. I asked if that was the case then why was I told to come Saturday 10am when business is open. I told him they even broke my home button. He said I can take my charging port elsewhere and go back to them so they. Could fix my home button. No thank you. At this time I didn't want to deal with them anymore. I told him I wasted an hour the day before when they told me it was 15 mins. I was told issues would be fixed on Friday when I went in also, that was the reason why I hide them. I asked for a discount for taking longer than the promised time, for wasting my time to go early in the morning and now telling me to return on Monday and for breaking my home screen. He said they only thing he could offer me was a screen protector. No, I do not need a screen protector. I left and went to Cell Pros. Within 2 hrs, my phone was up and running. The customer service there was a lot more professional and they delivered vs Cellnow. Cellnow seems new and not experienced. After getting my phone to work, I checked and did get a message from Cellnow that is why I'm giving them a 2 stars. Petrika messaged me after I had left to go back after 4pm on Saturday for the charging port. The message was useless because when I left Cellnow on Friday night, they were aware that my battery life was about to die so I wouldn't have been able to receive that message. read more
