I was very surprised by this business because I was greeted by a very professional staff that gave me excellent customer service. I don't say this lightly because in today's business world it is extremely rare to get personal service anywhere and this store was impressive. I'm old school and it's important to me to be provided positive customer service and support. You will not be disappointed to take your business here! I highly recommend you contact them for all your electronics needs. Thanks Bianca you were Awesome! read more

My interaction with CellNow was frustrating and unnecessarily time-consuming. The exchange began through Facebook Marketplace Messenger when a representative from their San Mateo location expressed interest in assisting me with my device. I explained that I had an open-box Google Pixel 11 Pro that had been purchased approximately one week earlier and had never been activated. Rather than selling it outright, I was interested in trading it toward an older model. I was initially offered $480 for a device with an MSRP of approximately $1,100, which was already disappointing. When I clarified that I was primarily interested in a trade rather than a direct sale, I was directed to the company's website. After spending additional time answering questions through their online chat and waiting more than 10 minutes between some responses, another representative ultimately told me that they do not buy new phones. The most frustrating part was the inconsistency between representatives and locations. CellNow initially engaged me about acquiring my device, only for another representative to later state that the company does not purchase devices like mine. Had this policy been communicated clearly from the beginning, the entire exchange could have been avoided. Overall, the experience was disappointing because of the extremely low offer, inconsistent information between representatives, and the amount of time wasted trying to determine whether CellNow was actually interested in the type of transaction they initially discussed with me. read more

A piece of my phone charger got stuck in the charging Port of my iPhone. I took it to the store and Marco immediately checked in with me and assessed my phone. Within a few minutes, Ian, his team were able to extract the piece out of my charging port. He even gave me an additional charger as a courtesy. Overall, they were friendly, fast, efficient, and patient with explaining how they did things. I would highly recommend anyone to go to their place if they have any type of repair issues! read more

Came in a received amazing service from Marco, Fernando and Ivan. Got a great phone and they are very knowledgeable and super friendly... would highly recommend. Great prices and great service, you can't go wrong read more

Cellnow - Great place! - Mobile Phones Near Me - Clovis, California

Terrible service. I talked over the phone with an employee to ask them about holding an item for me. We negotiated down a price and then a day later I headed up to Fowler to pay for my item. When I got there I found the employee selling the item I had put on hold for less than I was going to have to pay for it. He tried to give me the same discount as the guy he sold it to ($10) and send me to their Bakersfield store which is 2 hours from Fowler! I paid more in gas getting to Fowler than $10 and I sure as hell would've had to pay more in gas driving to Bakersfield. Do not go here! read more

I went into the store (with my screen working fine) because my phone was having issues charging and would die at high precents. Somehow left with my screen not displaying anything and getting told there's nothing they can do to fix it. I would upload a screenshot but my phone screen's still not working... read more

The team member at the front was very polite, helpful, and provided above and beyond information for my meta quest I bought. Very personable with a good sense of humor, reasonable prices, and offers a decent warranty at 60 days read more

Wow just wow I have an older iPad. I dropped it and cracked big time. We don't use much but our grandson Loves the learning games ! We needed it to help the drive from Fresno to Monterey. I brought it in and explained my situation. He told me they were short staffed but would make it works and make it work they did! I picked it up way earlier than expected and it was perfect! read more

On May 13th 2025, approximately 11:40 AM I went into the store for service to purchase a a new phone and I was standing up for approximately five minutes. There was another customer in there and I turned to him and asked him had he been served and he says yes so I waited a couple more minutes and I said hello and the guy yelled I'll be with you and I waited a couple more minutes. The gentleman never came out and I heard other voices there so it was just more than him, so I felt they felt that my business was not needed at their store. This is very rude and very unprofessional. The least they can do after waiting for five minutes is acknowledge you as a customer. This was not done. I will share this experience with my family, my friends and let them know. This is not the store to come to for service they don't acknowledge you as a customer or appreciate you as a customer. I just wanted to share with you this experience may be by posting this review they'll step up and appreciate the customers who come out of their way to come to their store and let people know you have other choices. You just don't have to put up with this kind of service from them. read more

very pleasant and fast service! Brian is amazing awesome Come see him and he can hook you up

Shady business with even shadier practices, they record and sell phone numbers from people that come for simple repairs and subject them to spam and data breach's. They have also sell reviews for a "$5 Starbucks gift card" so they can artificially boost the stores outlook on google to lure more people in. Most phones they buy are stolen and as such they do careful work to sell them out to a Chinese buyer called K.T Corporation as quick as possible. As an ex employee that worked there for almost 2 years i highly recommend you go elsewhere with your money and save yourself the security read more

Great, friendly service. Found this location, spoke with someone, and had a new phone within a couple hours. read more

Brought in two brand new phones for screen protectors. They had the right size to fit our phones which made me happy since other companies didn't. The employees were courteous and professional. They greeted us as we came in the door and answered all of our questions. The phone screens were installed in a matter of minutes and at a good price. I would highly recommend this local business, they treat customers well and do an awesome job! Thanks! read more

I took in my phone because the screen was shattered. Ironically enough the phone worked better with the shattered screen than it does after allowing CellNow to work on it. Since the repair, the phone randomly shuts off up to a dozen times a day. The only way to turn the phone back on is to wait for it to reboot itself. I have to use voice to text now due to the screen not being in line with the buttons that I am attempting to press. The phone will rapidly scroll through apps when no one is touching is the screen. The screen will freeze and I cannot press any buttons until I turn the screen on and off. After taking the phone back in, we were told that it's fine and there's nothing they can do. Avoid this store at all costs. They charged us over $200 and left with me with a nearly inoperable phone. read more

Brought my daughters phone in to fix the screen. The home button worked when I gave it to them but not when I got it back. He basically said it was really rare but it was probably coincidental that it happened when they changed the screen and it was not their fault. So now the warranty on the phone is cancelled . They could try a software update to see if that fixes it but it will take an hour and there closing so... he says not today. Then still wanted to charge me full price for a broken phone smh what good does a new screen on a broken phone do me?? waiting for my cracked screen back... I've wasted enough time here. read more

I bought a battery. It was a bad and died battery. I try to get a new one and they told me it was gonna be the same. I will never go back to that piece of shit store. You will get ripped off. If I could give this company no stars I would. I would not buy here If I were you. Purchased a phone for $280 that we were told was unlocked for all carriers. It never worked properly. Took it back several times and was told they could not fix it and to go to Verizon. Spent 5-1/2 hours at Verizon come to find out it was not unlocked and could not be. Had to purchase a more expensive phone. Cell now would not take it back at all just wanted to now offer to give me another phone which they would not do the multiple times I was there before. Very bad business practices. We won't shop there again read more

Sebastian and his team were able to fix my Samsung galaxy 7, saves me hundreds of dollars in buying a new cell and provided service with a quick and reasonable turn around time! Their prices are reasonable and they guarantee their work if anything goes astray! I will definitely be a confident returning customer! I almost forgot to mention... I also had an iPhone 7 that I took in and they tried to see if it was fixable and they were honest that it was unfixable. Thanks guys! read more

Thank you cellnow great customer services got my phone done in the 20mins. I will recommend them to anybody.

Super unprofessional. I mean you can find out for yourself or take my word for it. They are rude and them tell you after the fact, what's wrong with their product or that they don't have the laptop you wanted anymore. So they just have scrap electronics and try to sell them at retail price. Try eBay, you will find stuff for cheaper. And don't have to deal with class less scammers. Good luck saying in biz with that kinda biz practices. read more

I don't ever write reviews but I feel I need. On Friday July 20th a requested a few quotes for my cracked screen and charging port. That morning my iPhone 7 decided to stop charging. Cellnow gave me the lowest price and told me they'd be able to fix it for me. The other places stated the same however if I go after I got off work, which was 5pm, it would take longer. I decided to go to Cellnow. When I arrived, a male associate asked what I was there for. I explained that I had yelp for a screen replacement and charging port earlier on the day and Petrika said I could bring it in after 5pm. The male associate said Petrika just stepped out but he didn't tell him anything. He then told me that he's unable to do the charging port that I'd have to go back the next day (Saturday) for it. He advised me that they open at 10 and that I could go in that time. My phone was at 14% but I thought one night without a phone would be ok so I agreed to going the next morning for the charging. He told me to give him 15 minutes, which turned out to be an hour. An hour later he got the screen fixed however broke my home button. The home button stopped working so a home button had to be added to the screen for backup. I was advised that it'll be fixed the next morning when I take it in for the charging. Petrika was back by now and I confirmed the time to being 10am. My phone was at 1% by the time they finished fixing the screen. The next morning I arrived at 10am only to find another owner present, telling me no one said anything to him. I cannot recall his name but he tried reaching the techs who were there the night before, when I went in. He was unable to get a hold of anyone. He told me it takes 2 days to order the charging port so I'd have to go back on Monday. I asked if that was the case then why was I told to come Saturday 10am when business is open. I told him they even broke my home button. He said I can take my charging port elsewhere and go back to them so they. Could fix my home button. No thank you. At this time I didn't want to deal with them anymore. I told him I wasted an hour the day before when they told me it was 15 mins. I was told issues would be fixed on Friday when I went in also, that was the reason why I hide them. I asked for a discount for taking longer than the promised time, for wasting my time to go early in the morning and now telling me to return on Monday and for breaking my home screen. He said they only thing he could offer me was a screen protector. No, I do not need a screen protector. I left and went to Cell Pros. Within 2 hrs, my phone was up and running. The customer service there was a lot more professional and they delivered vs Cellnow. Cellnow seems new and not experienced. After getting my phone to work, I checked and did get a message from Cellnow that is why I'm giving them a 2 stars. Petrika messaged me after I had left to go back after 4pm on Saturday for the charging port. The message was useless because when I left Cellnow on Friday night, they were aware that my battery life was about to die so I wouldn't have been able to receive that message. read more
