I explained that I had an open-box Google Pixel 11 Pro that had been purchased approximately one week earlier and had never been activated. Rather than selling it outright, I was interested in trading it toward an older model. I was initially offered $480 for a device with an MSRP of approximately $1,100, which was already disappointing. When I clarified that I was primarily interested in a trade rather than a direct sale, I was directed to the company's website. After spending additional time answering questions through their online chat and waiting more than 10 minutes between some responses, another representative ultimately told me that they do not buy new phones. The most frustrating part was the inconsistency between representatives and locations. CellNow initially engaged me about acquiring my device, only for another representative to later state that the company does not purchase devices like mine. Had this policy been communicated clearly from the beginning, the entire exchange could have been avoided. Overall, the experience was disappointing because of the extremely low offer, inconsistent information between representatives, and the amount of time wasted trying to determine whether CellNow was actually interested in the type of transaction they initially discussed with me.

I went to AT&T to try to get help. She had no clue. Directed me to go to U-Tec down from it!! Best thing ever!! Greeted by Kimmie. She was great. Confident in getting it fixed. Apparently, very messed up. She was supposed it didn't break down sooner with the big pixel dot showing. Told I could take a sear inside and it would be about 30 minutes. Sat down. Safe, clean, cool and comfortable. A lot of cute cases to view to buy. Before you know it, I was called, it was fixed and working!! Thankful!! Paid for it, told I could contact if any issues, but shouldn't be and wished. Good day!! Relieved!! Cell looks brand new!! Great service and GREAT phone repair!! Highly recommended!! Even the prices that are $160 and all the way to $125 is that the people that repaired the phone for those prices, will not give you a straight answer to: "is it LCD or OLED? " Their replies for $130, $140, to even $160 is that it's "premium" beware LCD screens will use up more battery and the colors on your screen will be off. My phone was losing battery when it was charging or even not used, (all apps closed) When the repair was done. I asked the owner why did billed me for such a good price, and even threw in a free tempered glass screen protector? He responded back honestly. Because business is slow and I rather make something rather than nothing. RESPECT!! Yes we are aware that the LCD screens for iPhone 14 Pro Max is $50 on Amazon prime and people are trying to take advantage of people making a crazy profit.
