Fast and affordable! Great customer service! When my boyfriend dropped his phone and the screen shattered, we were horrified because we didn't have insurance on it and figured we would have to get a whole new phone. I called around to dozens of places, some charging double what they do here and quoted time to repair anywhere from 2 hours to overnight! Don't even ask about customer service because I even got hung up on when I asked directions. From there very moment of calling here, I knew it was the place to go, when we arrived to the store the lady was very nice and gave an excellent price of around $100 and quoted us an hour to fix it! It was perfect and just like new upon pickup, they also had a huge selection of cases and even do custom cases with rhinestones, bows, hello kitties and cute things like that! Weeks later his phone is as if nothing ever happened to it, and now MY PHONE screen is cracked, but I'm not worried because I know where to go and am headed there as I write this! read more

I have mixed feelings about this place. While they do have great customer service, and a good selection of cases and screen protectors, their prices are outrageous. The same protector that I purchased for $35 for my Note 9 can be bought on Amazon for a pack of 3 for less than $15. I was in a hurry to get some protection on this expensive phone so I reluctantly bought it. They are great at putting on protectors and reattached mine when it came off, so points there but I just cant get over how much they mark up everthing! read more

My experience here was a pleasant one. I originally came in to see if they could fix the port on my Iphone 4, and as soon as i stepped into the shop i was greeted and asked if i could be helped. I showed them the problem and they recommended that part to be replaced (it couldn't properly connect and charge). I agreed to the fix and was told to come back in an hour. Before leaving i asked if they had something that could protect the port (i work outdoors so dirt tends to get in and on the phone) and the employee said she would look into it. I came back in exactly one hour and the part was fixed. The employee also pulled out a few cases that protected the port from dirt, and i selected one. She also asked if i needed another screen cover (the one i put on the phone was incredibly beaten up) so i agreed to that as well. The care and attention to detail she exhibited when she cleaned my phone and placed the screen cover on right in front of me was impressive. That being said i knew that same care was put into replacing my port. She also put the phone into the new case and asked if i needed anything else. I will gladly give them repeat business. Very disappointed in their service. Had my screen replaced for 95.00 and 6 weeks later screen broke twice inside my pocket. The pressure from my keys on the screen caused it to rupture inside my pockets. Never had this happen with any of my phones before and had a protector around it. Though their may be a difference in quality of glass replacement but they informed there was not. The difference is that the screens are compressed with an adhesive around the edge which makes them more durable than their replacement. Unfortunately they didn't mention this when I was first inquiring about the service. So I ask if they could help a brotha out, they could not ! Ting Ting communications were not honest in their service with me and were unwilling to have any integrity of their work. I cannot recommend ,thumbs down.... read more

Terrible i went in to get my keyboard on my motorola razr fixed and there was nothing wrong with the screen when i brought it in. after they so called "repaired it" the screen came up nothing but white.. will never go there again terrible accessories as well read more

I took my blackberry z10 to them to fix the cracked screen. The cost for repair was $108 which is $10 less than the next lowest price. The repair took 4 days as they were ordering the part for it. I was surprised that they replaced not just my screen but the body of the phone. I got my BB back like it was new. I was upset that at&t wanted $200 for a new unit (no repair) and I was paying $10 a month for a whole year + for insurance. So glad I did this and cancelled my insurance on the phone afterward (I know, I know, should've never get it in the first place). BTW I'll definitely recommend this place to people and do business with them again. read more
