Good quality all phone case and glass screen protector. Phone/table repair fast and and great service !!!

Fast and affordable! Great customer service! When my boyfriend dropped his phone and the screen shattered, we were horrified because we didn't have insurance on it and figured we would have to get a whole new phone. I called around to dozens of places, some charging double what they do here and quoted time to repair anywhere from 2 hours to overnight! Don't even ask about customer service because I even got hung up on when I asked directions. From there very moment of calling here, I knew it was the place to go, when we arrived to the store the lady was very nice and gave an excellent price of around $100 and quoted us an hour to fix it! It was perfect and just like new upon pickup, they also had a huge selection of cases and even do custom cases with rhinestones, bows, hello kitties and cute things like that! Weeks later his phone is as if nothing ever happened to it, and now MY PHONE screen is cracked, but I'm not worried because I know where to go and am headed there as I write this! read more

I have mixed feelings about this place. While they do have great customer service, and a good selection of cases and screen protectors, their prices are outrageous. The same protector that I purchased for $35 for my Note 9 can be bought on Amazon for a pack of 3 for less than $15. I was in a hurry to get some protection on this expensive phone so I reluctantly bought it. They are great at putting on protectors and reattached mine when it came off, so points there but I just cant get over how much they mark up everthing! read more

My experience here was a pleasant one. I originally came in to see if they could fix the port on my Iphone 4, and as soon as i stepped into the shop i was greeted and asked if i could be helped. I showed them the problem and they recommended that part to be replaced (it couldn't properly connect and charge). I agreed to the fix and was told to come back in an hour. Before leaving i asked if they had something that could protect the port (i work outdoors so dirt tends to get in and on the phone) and the employee said she would look into it. I came back in exactly one hour and the part was fixed. The employee also pulled out a few cases that protected the port from dirt, and i selected one. She also asked if i needed another screen cover (the one i put on the phone was incredibly beaten up) so i agreed to that as well. The care and attention to detail she exhibited when she cleaned my phone and placed the screen cover on right in front of me was impressive. That being said i knew that same care was put into replacing my port. She also put the phone into the new case and asked if i needed anything else. I will gladly give them repeat business. I randomly stumbled into this business in hopes of a phone repair, and i couldnt have asked for a better experience read more

I came here to purchase a new case and screen saver for my smart phone. Wow!! They have a very large selection of products to choose from. I mean thousands of covers and cases!! Too many to choose from. I spent a half an hour looking at all the selections. I found what i was looking for and the CSR even installed my purchase for me. Great service and a great price. I will defiantly come to this store again!!! read more

Brought in my broken screen/phone and they fixed it in just 20 min. Also showed me that the last people who fixed it used cheap materials. This time around it feels completely new. read more

I took my blackberry z10 to them to fix the cracked screen. The cost for repair was $108 which is $10 less than the next lowest price. The repair took 4 days as they were ordering the part for it. I was surprised that they replaced not just my screen but the body of the phone. I got my BB back like it was new. I was upset that at&t wanted $200 for a new unit (no repair) and I was paying $10 a month for a whole year + for insurance. So glad I did this and cancelled my insurance on the phone afterward (I know, I know, should've never get it in the first place). BTW I'll definitely recommend this place to people and do business with them again. read more
