I had my iPhone screen fixed here about a month ago and the screen is horrible there's dark spots all over and it's not responsive half the time and the home button just feels weird now. Just wanted to share my experience with this business so you don't waste your money, and ruin your stuff. I took my iPhone 13 pro max to this shop for them to fix my charging port. The owner called me that it was ready when I picked the phone up he had said that he nipped the side of my screen so there was lines showing on my screen. He said it was going to take a couple weeks so he can look on eBay because the screen itself is expensive. And I was fine with that when and I put my phone to sleep the button didn't work I told him and he got one of his used phone and swapped the button that he broke. When I took the phone home, the speakers didn't work and my phone restarted every two minutes. He said to bring it by and try to fix it. When I came to pick it up, he wasn't there. He had one of his workers tell me that he couldn't fix it. So I called him on his workers phone and he said to bring it to a store in Visalia because he cannot fix it. I told him that that's fine but is he going to cover the cost because my phones working perfectly fine when I brought it to him and he did all the damages. He said that he did not have the funds to cover the cost. so he basically F my $1300 phone up and expected me to pay for it. Honestly had issues with my phone not working once I got in there sadly nothing was acting up, I'm sure my phone tried to show me as a liar you know I am not great with technology glad these guys was here locally and open I ended up figuring out what to do as well as I also got a phone charger for when I'm hicking if friends phones die from too many selfies an music playing so happy they had helped me out! Honestly listen to the other bad review as well do not go here. Save your self time and go else where. The first time I went I took in a phone (not mine), they said they would have the parts by Friday. Great, right, well no Friday Rolls around and no phone call and its getting late. I call and I get informed well we won't have the part until Tuesday, ok then. Tuesday comes around and again no phone call nothing, until I call and get told something along the lines of not knowing what happened and the part should be there Thursday. Thursday rolls around and no call once again and mind you I had left a $100 deposit. Well, I call and the part has not arrived, yet and I inform them that they have kept leading me on for a week and I would like my deposit back if they still haven't received anything yet by end of day. They said they don't do deposit but they would check. Finally I get a call about 3 o'clockish they have the part so I go in they get it fixed. Any who one day later my own phone that had a cracked screen but I called first to make sure they had the part. They did so I took in my phone and they fixed it. Well I was so happy to have my phone fixed I didn't pay attention to see if there were issues, which was my mistake. And also when you Sign in and drop off your phone read what you sign. About 6 days later I finally paid attention to my phone, and I had the screen black out a couple times and also I could see the interior light through my camera hole in the front at night time (I hadn't opened the selfie camera at night till then), and in the day its not noticeable if you are not paying attention. Well when I had initially picked up up they said if you are having issues make sure you bring it back within thirty days. So I was like ok I'll take it back and when I did the girl there checked it out and told me the phone allegedly has a scratch a very non noticeable scratch that I hadn't even seen it. She said because of the "scratch" they could not do anything. I still asked her to check out the camera in case it was missplaced or something. She did and the camera is where its supposed to be but the screen is defective and there's too much space between the camera and the screen. They offered me a discount for a new screen to replace it with. THEIR SCREEN was DEFECTIVE (which has nothing to do with a scratch that it allegedly has) and they wanted to charge me again for it. this place is horrible save yourself money and the hassle of dealing with them. I wonder how many other people they have ripped off like this. $140 dollars down the drain. read more

We had a terrible experience with IRepair. We were told to be cautious when replacing the screen on a 3 week old iPhone X so we asked the technician some questions - first of all "Do you use authentic Apple replacement screens?" The response was, "Yes, the screen we use is exactly the same as the one that comes on it." The next question was, " Do you have problems with this repair?" To that, the response was "Apple has streamlined the screen to make it a very simple repair. We don't have problems." Lastly, "How long will it take?" The response, "About an hour and a half." When 4 hours later I had no call, I phoned in to hear "We've experienced a problem and the phone won't turn on. We can send it out for service and it will be about a week." I said I was not comfortable with that and he said he'd talk to the owner and get back to me (he didn't.) Called the next day and was told I should have it in 24-48 hours. They said to make it right, they wouldn't charge me for the repair, only the screen. I had given them $100 to order the screen. Again, after 48 hours no call. Called the 3rd day (Saturday) and spoke with the owner who said give me by the end of the day Monday. I said I'd like to pick up the phone and take it to an Apple store. He said "Well it's not here and it's in pieces." I said I am not comfortable with replacing inner parts on what was a brand new phone with a minor cosmetic issue and I feel like it should either be repaired by a registered Apple store or replaced. He said "Look I have other customers." By the end of the day Monday, phone not ready - no call - I had to call them. Finally Tuesday afternoon phone is ready, I go to pick it up and ask if the screen was actually an Apple screen and the technician says it's basically the same screen but you can't buy actual Apple repair parts. What?! I wouldn't have given him the phone in the first place if he'd been honest to begin with! As I was walking out the technician said there was a balance due for the repair. Ugh! GO TO THE APPLE STORE TO REPAIR YOUR PHONE! THIS PLACE USES KNOCK OFF PARTS! THEY DONT CALL YOU WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL! read more

If it wasn't for the heat, I would have gone someplace else. On my first visit, I didn't have any cash on hand and he wouldn't accept the check so I had to wait to get some cash. I wish I would have taken my friends' suggestion and go to the mall, but it's been too hot to ride my bike to the mall. On my second visit, it was a different guy and he seemed much nicer. I asked if there were any tax and he just told me there was a $20 deposit (I knew the cost was $100). I filled out the form, gave him the $20 and left my iPad there. Several days later it was ready. I returned and they added to the cost. His father was nice and offered me water because it was hot. When I came home, I noticed the screen wasn't glued in properly.
