    A Remarkable Experience at Visalia Ford! Our journey with Visalia Ford started in late 2022 when we custom-ordered a 2023 Platinum F450. Like many, we encountered delays due to supply chain issues. By the end of 2023, our order was converted to a 2024 build, and after nearly two years of waiting, we honestly thought our dream truck might not happen. Enter Donat (Donny) Landry. When he returned to Visalia Ford in April 2024, he immediately picked up where things had left off. Donny worked tirelessly, following up with Ford and providing updates that kept our hopes alive. Against all odds, we were thrilled to get the long-awaited news in late November 2024: our truck was finally scheduled for production, shipped, and on its way! Today was the big day, and Donny went above and beyond to make it unforgettable. The moment he saw the truck arrive on the transport truck, he coordinated with the team to get it prepped and perfect. After a thorough hand wash, we spent a few hours going over every detail. The truck looked absolutely stunning, and we're looking forward to bringing it back this week for its first Auto Butler protection. Special thanks to Steve Martel, who worked his magic to secure us the lowest interest rate, and Perla Lopez, who made the paperwork process seamless and stress-free. The entire team at Visalia Ford was an absolute pleasure to work with--professional, attentive, and genuinely excited to help us bring our F450 home. After such a long wait, driving our beautiful new F450 home feels like the start of an incredible adventure. Thank you, Visalia Ford, for making our dream truck a reality!

    I had came in with a trade and looking for a new vehicle, had a few quotes and hours of research on a vehicle that would fit my needs, I found one within my budget and did have discounts, My sales Person was Alexander,highly recommend him as he was much help. I recommend coming here if your looking for a new or used vehicle. Just go in with a monthly price you want to pay and a set rate they will work with you for a long time returning customer. Sales 5 Stars Coffee 3 stars almost as bad a MRE coffee.

But I've now called Visalia Honda Service three times over the past three months trying to get my 2013 Odyssey, with all major service at your dealership since new, scheduled for service. The first time I was told by a service representative that there's a policy against scheduling repair appointments for vehicles more than 10 years old. I asked her to confirm that with her manager, because I found it hard to believe. She came back and said she had confirmed it--no repairs on vehicles older than 10 years. The second time, I was calling just for an oil change and tire rotation, thinking perhaps maintenance might fall under a different category than repairs. I was told: no service at all on vehicles over 10 years old. I called a third time, hoping to speak directly with the service manager for clarification. I was told she was out and that my information would be passed along so she could call me back. That was nearly three days ago now, and I haven't heard anything. I appreciate your response to my Yelp review and your effort to clarify the policy. But at this point, it seems clear that your service team is either misinformed or applying their own policy. I hope you're able to address this internally, because it's been a frustrating experience trying to get a straight answer--let alone any service.
