I was an attempted return customer, I had purchased a pickup…read morefrom them at their farmersville location. Very smooth process. Very friendly. Recently I put an inquiry for a Mazda Miata they had on the lot at the Lindsay location. Put in a credit app. Texted with Edgar Rosales after sending him my most recent earning statement never replied after running my credit. Did not say anything if I was clear, if I needed a co-signer. I was curious on the rate their bank would offer as I already had one from Navy Federal Credit Union and I was ready to purchase. No reply.. 3rd try. I stopped at the Lindsay location to look at a Volkswagen sports wagon. Mechanical issues -leaking oil pan -alternator windings failing Moderate engine blow by -car calling for an oil change -and what really tops the cake is the car is sitting on the lot, dirty, with food crumbs scattered all over. When mentioned to the saleswoman (who stayed texting on her phone) she stated. Oh yea the owner had been driving it for a while. Vehicle is way overpriced Asked what kind of deal they could make being the vehicle has moderate issues. She took my name and number. Stated she would speak with her manager and give me a call later than day. This was 2 days ago with no response. Again.. I am already set and ready to purchase. Very very terrible customer service. If your military 100% steer clear of this place. They don't know what an LES is clearly.

The sales person was patient and thorough, information was as easy to get, the price was clear, and…read morethe process straight forward. I wanted to buy a latex model used car with all the current safety options. Thomas, the sales person, listened carefully when I discussed what I was looking for. We talked about the vehicles I thought would best meet my needs. He brought up more than a dozen cars the company had in inventory in the region . He provided complete information on each including repair history. Thomas patiently answered my many questions as we narrowed down the alternatives . I never felt pressured. I settled on one I wanted to test drive. The sales person arranged to have that car brought to Visalia at no cost to me. He allowed me to test drive the car and demonstrated how each knob, button, and switch operated. I was skeptical about the car buying process employed by this dealership. I first went to traditional dealerships without much luck. That experience led me to explore the CarMax option. Friends also had a good experience with Car Max.

You: Right, And you did, you did reiterate to the general manager that I did use your guys' vendor once already that they did a bad job on it. And then I also went and did the 2 quotes that we had talked about. And that wasn't my idea, if you remember, right? That was your idea. So I did go out on my own to go get those 2 quotes Participant: I said, if you wanted to do that, and I said that I was going to talk to my team about other possible vendors You: Right. Participant: I spoke with the technicians, which I did, and if we had a different vendor, we would use our vendor 1st You: We did use your vendor You: And no, that is not what you said entirely Participant: That was my commitment You: You told me (gets cut off) Participant: Okay, sir, well, that's what we stand on. I have nothing else to say. I did it inform my location general manager and that's where we stand. You're more than welcome to come in Monday, I just wanted to make sure that I communicated that with you, You: Okay. You: can you tell me what the general manager's name is for the location?
