My car is still at this company trying to get repaired! I have been there TWO different times and they still haven't gotten lt right. So they are trying to get the orange peel out of the paint and they also had to replace the tint in my window! Now you would think that they would have called and asked what my % is for my tint but the took it upon themselves to do limo tint and it was wrong, then asked if I wanted it changed?? Wtf!!!!! You can clearly see it isn't limo!! I'm running 20-50 it's just crazy!! And my car is so dull it's nuts! How much clear coating are they going to take off before it's down to the paint. Then if something does accidentally scuff my car it will go through the paint!! I don't think soo people!!! There is a depth machine that tells you how deep the paint is and you better hope it's close as the other side! I just want my care to be shiny without orange peel and back to new again!! Oh and they tried to the guy Tony there said well you can see orange peel on the back truck from were I had it repainted from a dent repair on the other side! WHAT!!!no dude they never SPRAYED MY TRUNK!!then he said OH!!! The other side is so beautiful from COACH MASTERS is Redding Ca I should have transported it!! My insurance also found out that they were over billed for the extra hours after they told us it was done the first time!! No their regional manager is getting involved and they are investigating that!! read more

Save yourself from headaches and wasted time. I had to bring my truck back multiple times for them to NEVER get it right. From panels not being aligned, panel not repaired/painted correctly, bumper not aligned, missing bolts on undercarriage struts to the bumper, plastic bumper trim repaired rather than replaced so it wasnt uniform with the other side, hood popped open while driving cause they didnt adjust the latch, headlight not aligned with hood and side panel, broke connection to headlamp, ruined my tint on front passenger window the last time i brought the truck back. Looks like some type of chemical got splattered on it but im not even gonna bother bringing it back. Each time they said "your truck is done" and made excuses as to why it wasnt when i had to bring it back. They really dont care cause all they do is put in another bill to the insurance every time you go back. Its not money out of their pocket, its more money they make. Heres the kicker. Few months later im driving down the road and notice my hood is crooked and rubbing together with a side panel in a corner on one side. I get home and pop the hood (F250 (Heavy Hood), right after the hood pops up it violently slams shut like a guillotine. Death Trap! Luckily my neck or arms wernt in there. Well turns out they left some bolts loose AND they broke the metal clips that hold one of the hood shocks together to the ball joint. With only one hood shock working the hood will do that. So i purchased new hood shocks and installed them and tightened the loose bolts. The hood is still not aligned properly as they didnt install the side panel correctly that the hood bolts to. Paint is damaged from it. Not worth my time bringing it back for a 5th or 6th time, cant remember the count. Not sure how they get positive reviews. Google reviews are NOT to be trusted. Googles negative reviews are filtered and ghosted. If youre signed into your google account it will appear as if your review is there but if you sign out and look it will not be there. Doing that shows that they are genuine about the Guest Experience and will do what it takes to make it right. Definitely appreciated the time to fully communicate the misinformation that I was given during my initial visit. Further, he spoke about how my feedback can help him coach his team to make them better. Absolutely the worst experience ever with an Auto body shop! I will say that the young lady who works up front was extremely polite and hard working. Maybe the General manager (Glen) should take the time to learn from her. Caliber collision had my car for almost a month and still handed over poor quality of work. When I first went to pick up my car I pointed out everything that was still wrong and needed to be fixed. The gentleman helping me at that time was super polite and said they would make things right. He acknowledged my concerns and admitted the work could be better but again assured me they would make it right. I go to pick up my car two days later when they tell me it's all done and ready to be picked up. Surprisingly, I see that nothing has been done. NOTHING!!! Glen, the general manager there came out to discuss the work done. I expressed my concerns about the work done and pointed out areas that needed to be fixed. Poor customer service would be an understatement at this point. He wouldn't acknowledge the poor work quality and kept repeating that it meet industry standard. His rebuttal was "you could buy a brand new car and not everything is going to be perfect and align properly." He definitely was not trying to make things right and said he wouldn't do any additional repairs because it meet standard. I told him I disagreed and that it was absolutely not quality work. Glen admitted that they let my car sit there the last two days and didn't even attempt to repair my concerns because he felt it was good enough. This was extremely disappointing and beyond upsetting at this point. How could a general manager allow such shitty work to come out of his body shop and leave his customer extremely dissatisfied. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt in the beginning thinking maybe he didn't give it a close enough look. It quickly became apparent he just didn't care. Now, $4,500 later I have to take my vehicle to another auto body shop to fix the poorly done work Caliber Collision did. All photos have been submitted to my insurance company and they acknowledged their disappointment with the work done. They also said they would be reassessing listing them as a preferred auto body shop because of this. Do yourself a favor and take your car somewhere else. I wish I would have! read more

Where do I begin. I was told it would be a 3 week job however it turned into 9 weeks. Okay no big deal if they communicated (which they didn't), I wouldn't have missed work 3 diff times to go pick up a car that wasn't ready. 9 weeks of Rental fees are racking up. I get the car back, stains on the ceiling (they had to have left sun roof open when it rained), broken door panel (which they just stuffed the panel door piece on the door without saying anything) and 4 days after I get it back I end up with a dead car. They tow it cause all the sudden the hood latch is broken as well and I can't even open the hood. Takes a day and half for that to be fixed. I remind 3 different people that work there about the stains and broken panel. They find out the cables to battery weren't tightened when they had finished working on the car previously. They also find the cable to the hood latch needed to be replaced. They drop the car back off to me covered in dirt, water stains are still there, broken panel to the door still not fixed and now I have error warning lights on my dash. And all the work they did previously, looks like trash. Idk what they did to get to the latch, but they left gaps, chipped up the paint and didn't put it back together right. I've pretty much have had it with this place, I will be letting the insurance deal with it. I'm sure they like to know where the $6K they put on this car went as well since the total cost was $9K but looks like a $2K job was done. (Also that business better not comment to contact their regional manager via email cause that never gets answered and I talked to regional manager joe on a previous occasionit was a very pointless conversation) Update 8/17/2022 I have had my car, but the bumper keeps popping out of place. I've had to take the car back a few times now for that issue, I've alshad to take it back because they replaced the wrong hood latch to where my auto start wouldn't work. I've had it back for about a month since they fixed the hood latch, I noticed the day after I got it back the bumper was popping out AGAIN!! And then my front right passenger turn signal went out. So I thought ya this is just an old light bulb. I'll replace it when I get a chance. Mind you I'm very busy they are only open weekdays. So I don't have time to be taking my vehicle back every week for them to fix my bumper. Anyways today I got off early and decided my blinker needs to be replaced. I immediately see a screw hanging from the bottom. Not screwed in. When I go to get the bulb a cord is hanging there to the side that looks like it suppose to be plugged into something. Then I realized that cord plugs into the bulb to provide power thus why my blinker was out. Good bulb, bad auto repair. Ugh!!!!!! Update : 08/15/2023 bumper is popping out of its clips on both sides of the vehicle. read more

I got rear ended in my F150 and the guys at Caliber Collision made the whole situation painless. I took it in for an inspection and they were able to see things that I did not. The damage was worse than I had expected. Needless to say, I almost forget that I had an accident when I look at my rear bumper and tail gate. The paint job that they completed looks flawless and it looks like the original paint. They also worked entirely with my insurance company so I didn't have to worry about anything. Another thing that impressed me was the customer service and communication. I was updated on the status often and the completed date was within the time frame that I was given. Very good experience. Wow !! Free and fast help. Today Friday around 2 PM, I stop by without appointment to have an estimation for repairing a right side mirror of my 2010 Prius . It became loose from its shell and also could not be controlled to a desired position. I went to the shop thru the back street. It was quite busy but it happened that one of a repair man walked pass by. He told me that he would ask for an estimator whom came right away. He tried but unsuccessful. My Ford Expedition sunroof broke. I did not realize what magnitude of planning and labor it takes 2 change out a sunroof. I was concerned if I did not bring my vehicle for the repairs to a very reputable shop, that the job would not get done perfectly and cleanly. I am so happy that I took my vehicle to Caliber Collision. They were referred to me by several friends and had nothing but great things to say about Caliber Collision. The staff was super nice and easy to work with. I felt very comfortable. The two gentlemen who worked on my vehicle, Wes and Nick, did such a fantastic job! This specific shop is stacked with Talent, a great staff, and a ridiculously quick turnaround on repairs. Last thing I'll say is that, when I received the vehicle it had gotten detailed by their shop detail there. This is by far the best experience I've had from a body repair shop! I've had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with a few others in the past. Not all of them were horrible experiences. But! Most were!!! I was greeted and treated with the most amazing service as soon as I walked in. The office staff were very friendly and fun. Trenton and Nicole I believe are their names. They made me feel at home. It really is because of the way those two took care of me that I left my car for the repairs. My insurance company told me I can go anywhere I chose. Caliber Collision is the place to go! Unfortunately, I have been to a couple of different shops in town. Caliber was by far my favorite. Very friendly staff, quick service, and an outstanding product when all is said and done. I took my vehicle in on a Monday and just based on prior experiences I figured it would be at least two weeks before the car would be completed. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call from Glen (Shop Manager) letting me know the car would be ready by end of business on Friday. Glen was great about calling and giving updates throughout the process. When I picked up my vehicle, it looked just like the day I drove it off the lot.
