My experience at this spot was fantastic. The wash itself was great and left my car looking perfect with absolutely no issues. What really stands out about Surf Thru is their consistency...the bathroom here was extremely clean, which matches the high standards I am used to seeing in South Orange County. I am so happy to see that they strictly enforce their cleanliness policy across different regions. Even though the facility was pretty busy when I went, everything moved smoothly. Went through the wash and they pressure washed the car before it went down the track. They spent a good 5 minutes on the front due to all the bugs. The machines were pretty fast in cleaning the car. Afterwards, a man and a lady wiped down the car. The guy was beyond amazing. He wiped everything down very well and scrubbed hard. He even did a great job on the rims. He was in all black clothing and a cap.

I am in town visiting family and went to get my car cleaned when half way through I head a loud snap on the back window. This location has gone through a few changes over the last couple of years. I was hoping that this latest incarnation would feature touchless/brushless washing; unfortunately, it does not. There are no car washes in the area that feature touchless washing. I was pleased after my first visit that I opted for a monthly membership. The membership options vary in price from $20 to $40 and allow you unlimited visits each month. A bar scanner is placed on the inside of the windshield, which allows you through the gates, bypassing the entrance staff. I selected the $40 "Extreme" membership; however, I have not been receiving all the services promised. I think it is because the staff has no idea what you have paid for once you have passed through the gates. I will give it one more wash before deciding whether to keep this membership, or not.
