I went the other day to get a car wash for my girlfriend's car and the lady was very nice when she asked us which one we wanted. She was detailed and summarized the exterior wash options. Went through the wash and they pressure washed the car before it went down the track. They spent a good 5 minutes on the front due to all the bugs. I wish it would have been more clear when to let go of the brakes since there was no lights indicating if the car was good to go and we didn't want to hit the workers. The machines were pretty fast in cleaning the car. Afterwards, a man and a lady wiped down the car. The guy was beyond amazing. He wiped everything down very well and scrubbed hard. He even did a great job on the rims. He was in all black clothing and a cap. read more

Be careful when going here. I just left with so many small chips all through the windshield and a bigger chip on the passenger side window. All of them are white and still had the loose glass on them from how fresh they were. But apparently they were already there and I just couldn't see it because the car was dirty. Even though I constantly clean my windshield. read more

Our battery charger was misplaced while washing and no one can find it. Don't want to believe it was stolen, but will not be going back.

Terrible service, asked for whatever package included cleaning the tires and rims, had to go through twice, paid twice! and the job still didn't get done. After the gentleman at the end "cleaned the rims" I got out and checked myself and still found a lot of dirt and mud in the rim. Will not be returning here again. read more

Disappointed that the self serve vacuums are not open during the same hours as the car wash.

Worse car wash in Visalia. These people don't care about anything.Had to take my car to another car wash to get clean.Dont think there drive thru is up to standards. And there people? Don't care . Came home had white chucks all over car. read more

You guys need to charge more than $8 for a basic car wash. They sprayed the bugs and did extra pressure washing on the front. Plus the guy on the other side wiped down the car really fast. I usually have to do that myself. I have to pay $10 at Mister Car Wash in Porterville and they do NOTHING except take your card and guide you to start. read more

I just got back from getting my car washed, paid for the full service inside and out and I came home furious! They did the absolute worse job I have ever gotten on my car!! I will absolutely never go back and recommend that no one take their car there! I had scratches on my car which looked like the hose had done it from the vacuum, plus the rims were absolutely filthy, the windows were spotty and had streaks, they sprayed the inside and left puddles of spray cleaner all over.. I am so mad right now!!! Please don't give this business your service, save your money and your car!!! read more

Can't beat the price! Friendly staff and careful attention details! Always my go to car wash stop

I do t mind paying $30 for a full service wash. But I do mind waiting almost 40 minutes for them to do the inside. They need some sort of numbering system so the cars are done in order. One guy was jacking around and walking so slow I'm surprised he gets anywhere. He ignored my car and started working on 2 passenger vans. read more

I give this place a 1 cause I have too. Sunday my husband took my sons car to be washed it's a convertible Mustang one of the mirrors broke off. My husband let staff know of situation. He was told since Sunday to come in Monday to speak with manager. Well took car in Monday management instructed to come back when owner is in Tuesday. Complete run around staff pointed out a sign not reliable for damages. It should say we wash the cars carelessly and are not responsible for damages or customers service. Very disappointed. read more

I better understand why they insisted we stay in the car. You can't even tell we went through a car wash. What's a greater shame is that they hand wiped down the car twice which means they are a company whose employees see their mistakes and are okay with passing by it. Do not waste your time or money. read more

This used to be a great car wash (customer for 2 years), however that's just not the case anymore. I've been here waiting for 1 hour and 15 mins and they just now started vacuuming my car. This is a simple drive through car wash (Mediocre at best) that offers "detailing" which is a basic vacuum, dash rag cleaning and maybe some shine on your tires. Guy next to me said he's been here about 20 mins before me and still hasn't got his car back yet. Super super slow and honestly, not the best bang for your buck. Go to the one off of Stonebroke and Caldwelll or the Velero at Shannon Village Market, same wash (or better) and even if they don't "detail" your car, you could probably do it better and faster. Sad, this place used to be my go to. read more

I get it there's many oversized vehicles, I was charged $10 for my medium size SUV. First time i was charged. I asked why well you SUV looks big. I asked for a definition she said like a Truck. Well did not have the time to discuss. Car wash place should define what's oversized. So the public don't feel cheated. read more

I've come here for years, and normally get great service but recently it was terrible. Their business hours are listed as open until 6pm, and I even called to double check if that was accurate and the employee told me yes, it was. However after getting off work and driving to Visalia I learned it was not accurate and as a handicap person it's really hard to drive let alone be able to clean the inside of my car (the soul reason I come here in the first place) but the employee said they couldn't help me and to come back another day. Don't get me wrong, the employee was nice and polite and I appreciated that but maybe all employees should be aware of their full hours so they don't give out inaccurate information to customers. read more

It's a solid drive through car wash. They will also dry your car off for you at the end of it. You have 2 receipts. 1 is for the car wash and the other is a code you'll have to input at the vacuum. The vacuum is timed for 10 minutes. The guy didn't initially tell me that and I threw the receipt away. Luckily a nice lady gave me her vacuum receipt and told me how to use it. This place can get crazy busy though. read more

I went this early afternoon to get my car washed. I did the deluxe exterior wash that was for $17. After getting home, I saw these watermarks on my car as pictured below. Not only that, but I left my side mirrors in which are automatic. The young man who was drying my car at the end of the wash, pulled my mirror out. Which he didn't know I'll give him that, but should've asked with hand gestures. Most likely won't be going back to the car wash. read more

I'm very disappointed with this car wash I called to get help being in wheelchair bound and wanted to fill up my tank with gas plus wanting a car wash. The lady who answer my call told me she wasn't able to help me I asked for her supervisor and no one was available. She didn't even try to ask someone to help me. I understood she couldn't leave the registers but she could have ask one of the other workers. Very disappointed!! I drove here from Hanford. read more

I'm tired of getting there at 330- actually 325 and being told that there is only exterior car was when you close @5 or 6. that comes with the job to get customers arriving late. tobad I paid for the year, but I will not renew my membership read more

Definitely my last resort for a car wash. Overpriced, the workers seem like they dont want to be here. First impressions are important and the girl who I paid was rude. There's no lights to tell you to move forward so you just need to look on your own. They dont dry it properly and there are 2 vacuums working out of about 20 spots. Only 2 are hooked up. You don't get an air freshener, no trash bag, no trash cans where you vacuum so you cant really clean there. read more

On a 30 day washing agreement we had rain for five days. I asked what there policy was about being close for those days and if i get a credit for that they said no. If it rains for15 days out of 30 for example you do not get credit for one day. That's there policy. They do not care about the customers. Can't wait to red crown opens back up. I asked the lady that takes my money why your ours are wrong on the internet. She gave me some bs about having no control over that. As a business owner, Google constant emails me asking me to update my hours. Especially since covid. Overall I usually get good service though. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible Don't bother getting a car wash at Cypress car wash (Flyers gas station) at corner of Akers / Cypress. I paid $21 for a "full service" car wash. They added $1 for an oversized vehicle. I didn't think it would be a big deal to have the attendant unscrew my antenna, but I guess it now violates some policy. I drove through the car wash and got MAYBE enough soap to wash a baby's butt. The pre-wash should have been my first clue it was gonna be a bad wash. The attendant sprayed only one side of my car before the rollers pulled me forward. I exited the car wash and pulled forward to station #2. The attendant cleaned the water from my truck remember there was NO soap so basically he dried my truck. The windows were only half cleaned, and I had to ask for a rag to finish cleaning the grill, hood, and lights. What a waste of $21 dollars....I will never go back. read more

This place is a joke. Came in for a hand car wash. Left without one. Attendant at tunnel had dropped something into the track and entire tunnel was shut down. I said "that that shouldn't be an issue for me because I'm here for a hand wash." She said she had no idea when I could get a hand wash. What? All the guys waiting for cars to come out of the tunnel wash that is now not working should be able to wash a car by hand. Attendant just laughed. I asked if there was a manager on site and was told that they didn't know if one was on site or not. Crappy, uncaring customer service. read more

Very poor. I just wanted an interior detail. The price went up from when i called ($70) to when i arrived ($80) 20 minutes later. The worst is the quality of the service, very very bad. there is still garbage and debris under the seats. The service was quoted as full service. To include shampoo interior. The center cubby and trunk were untouched. And the floor mats are disgusting. And it honestly wasn't that big of a job on a small car. This service and quality is BAD BAD BAD. read more

Do not go here. I found them online, enticed by thier coupons listed so prominently on thier site, and decided on which one I wanted. I am told "that's from our old site, we have a new one now and our cheapest wash is twice that coupon. Is that the one you want?" Thier coupons have no expiration date and there is not other site listed. I turned around and left. Not willing to let them scam me into paying for thier services. Go to Surf N Shine, a random gas station, buy a bucket and hose... Anything but here. This place is worse than a joke. read more

They are 0 for 2. First time I came in they wouldn't honor my coupon. The one I got from their website. They said they were hacked and the hacker posted old coupons hmmm... This time no one indicated that it would take 2 1/2 hours to have my carpet cleaned. After waiting in the heat, I got home to realize that everything was soaking wet and not really clean. It looked dirty and still smelled like the food that had spilled on it. I don't think they actually used any cleaner, just a lot of water. Also the car had water spots and the windows weren't clean. read more

Please boycott this facility. Their coupons on their website are not honored. I had an $11.99 coupon printed off the website and they said "we don't accept the online coupons anymore". I told the little man that they should update the website and take the old stuff off. He offered me the deal for $17.99, but no. It's not the money. They advertise falsely and that should be fatal to any business of any kind. You will regret going here with one of their BS coupons. Any company that does not honor what they have posted on their website should not be in business. Losers. Liars. CLOSE THIS DISHONEST PLACE DOWN! Do not patronize. UPDATE: I called their phone number, but it's for the gas station next door. The female who answered said there was no car wash manager there and would not give me a new phone number. Then she hung up on me. BOYCOTT THIS FACILITY ALONG WITH THE GAS STATION (Flyers?). What a load of lying going on. BAD BUSINESS. read more

If anyone has driven on the 99 highway for an extended amount of time, you would know that your front bumper becomes a graveyard for insects and the like. Enter Cypress car wash in Visalia who do a fantastic job cleaning not only the front, but the entire exterior and interior of your car--all at such an affordable price too! On Sundays and Wednesdays, they provide a special where it's only $10.99! Other day's it's $15.99. After you drive your car through the carwash, you step out and an employee will carefully dry your car leaving your ride shiny and spotless. They'll also vacuum the inside too. My only complaint is that not all employees are consistent in their work ethic. Some are better and more willing to go the extra mile for you ie. Clean your rims, vacuum the trunk, blow air into the cracks to rid of water. ---- Conclusion: Thumbs up! Whenever I'm in Visalia, you'll find me here on Sunday afternoons. I'm that much of a fan and you should be too! Remember to tip! Extra Notes: -Accepts credit card -Very kind employees -Professional company -Waiting area needs to have more tables and seats under the shade -Restroom could be cleaner read more

Not pleased. Stopped in before going to Valvoline. Honestly, only reason they got 1 star was for the older gentlemen with glasses who dries the cars. He busted his butt to try my car and he was the only one that looked like he was getting paid to work. The girl who takes the money and all that didn't guide my car Until he very end and my tires and rims were hating life because of it. She finally cared enough to correct it, little late. Only 3 vacuums and no one monitors the time being used so I just left. I will continue to stick with surf and red for my car washes. No thanks to coming back. I hate writing bad reviews but I just would hate to see anyone waste their time and money. read more

Brought my car today to have an interior detail because someone vomited in the backseat. Came at 9am when they opened. Said it would take 2 hours. Did not hear from them, so I stopped by at 1pm and made sure they had my number. Still did not hear from them so I came back at 3pm. They said it was finished and as I drove away, I noticed that the vomit was still in the same location! Drove my car back at 3:40pm and Kayla, who was here when I dropped it off, helped fix the problem. Daisy, who initially cleaned it, was standing there laughing while Kayla cleaned what she didn't. That was unprofessional and not appreciated. I don't understand why work is not being double checked, especially for the larger jobs (i.e. interior/exterior details). I used to come here and cannot remember why I stopped coming here. I'm very disappointed and I will not bring my vehicle back. Kayla prides herself in her work and I wished that the other employees would do the same. When I got home and checked my carpeted floor mats, the one that was near the vomit STILL had vomit. I refuse to return a 2nd time for something that should have been cleaned in the first place. read more

Waited 45 minutes for them to even think of looking at my car. The worst part is a car pulled in behind me and they finished that one. To top it off another pulled in behind me and they started working on it. Red carpet is not much better. Just moved from Reno. Hutch car wash there did over 1000 cars per day. Never waited more than 15 minutes. Someone could make a killing if they just provided decent service. read more
