I'm going to give 3 stars to this business only because everyone was so nice. I contacted them because of their reviews and they got my car in the same day within hours. So for $275.00+(tip) they missed the tires, rims, streaked windows, my steering wheel, engine and sticky dashboard. I was given excuses for the tires, (someone else got upset that their tires were done), the dashboard (tried EVERYTHING in their shop to no avail) then to prove the dash was soft one young man put a nail dent in it, and the manifold couldn't be done because it could crack. (Water on hot manifold). Now that last part I could comprehend, but I'm sure mine was not the ONLY Camry they have detailed and I should have been told up front, yet initially I was informed it would be done. Quite disappointed in the service. Wish like the dickens this was a different review but alas it is not!!! I was hoping to add some comments before this got out of hand. I do believe that talking to the owner would be the best way to solve the issues as the reply does not appear to have come from the owner. I would like to add that everything I asked of the two young men who were there was accomplished without mishap and pleasantly. read more

My Jeep was taken in for a detail. I had a sticker on the back window which was taken off. Oops!!! Did I say to remove it??? NO!!! The front of the car still had dirt and bugs on it. That was never touched!! I open my hatch and the dirtiest part of my car was still just as filthy. What?!?! "Detail" to me means to go above and beyond to thoroughly clean the whole car. This young man that worked on my car needs a lesson on what the word Detail means. Totally disappointed... the price for what we got was messed up!' read more

This mobile detailing does not do any "mobile" detailing...When I called to arrange an appointment, they stated they do not do any mobile service and could make an appointment to come into their shop. Update 4/28/2021 I guess the owner thinks arguing and complaining about reviews, while responding like a child will help somehow. You have mobile the title of your business and you don't do mobil detailing... read more

I enjoyed JP and Art taking care of business and my car. Great work and a refreshed Daddy car. They treated my needs with the same service they'd provide a much fancier ride. Thanks folks. I'll be back read more

My car looks brand new! My car was a disaster from two little ones and dogs. Caked in food everywhere and dog hair embedded, I thought it was impossible to ever look good again. Art and his employee really went beyond my expectations and was able to make the inside of my car look brand new. Not only does my car look amazing, the customer service was exceptional, AND it ended up being a great reasonable price that was completely worth every penny. I highly recommend getting your car detailed by these guys! read more

If you are looking for great customer service, someone that goes above and beyond, is reliable and on-time, someone that pays attention to detail and will work with your schedule. LOOK NO FURTHER. I Highly recommend you contact Art at Excalibur Mobile Detail 802-4392 He did an Awesome job on my MKC it looks fantastic inside and out. I wanted my car to keep that gloss shine and Art recommended the Flight Shield Sapphire V1 Protection and I was skeptical, but I wanted to have my paint protected from scratches and the bug pits. I decided to give it a try and I was Amazed with the outcome the shine looks so deep I wanted to reach into the paint and swirl it around. It really is amazing how different the Shine and Finish feels after this Sapphire Protection is applied It is backed with a warranty and well worth it. read more

As a person who travels the country in my vehicle it's always a challenge to find a good & respectful detailer. Art and JD were a perfect fit, they're both very personal people and respectful. You can tell they took their time on my truck inside and out. My truck looked absolutely beautiful and I am way more than just satisfied with it. Finding someone who cares about your vehicle like you do is rare and these guys CARE!! I will be returning and I HIGHLY recommend Exacliber Detailing! read more

The paint on my X5 needed protection. Art put a 7-year coating on. The car is not only protected but looks shiny and new.

I recently purchased a 2017 Ford Focus RS. I've been talking to art since I planned to buy the car. I purchased the car brand new and wanted to have the paint sealed. I decided to go with the flight shield sapphire v1 and let me tell you, I am impressed. Art has gone above and beyond with his customer service and his work. I trusted his work enough for me to drive out of Fresno and have him perform the work that was needed. I will recommend him to everyone in the car community. Thank you Art for an exceptional job. Well done! read more

Excellent service, on time, courteous and great attention to detail. My cars always come out immaculate. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Ron Mollis, Attorney at Mollis & Mollis read more

This review is way overdue. Last year we bought a salesman's pickup truck from a local grain and milling company and it was caked with grain dust in almost every conceivable crevasse - both in the cabin, and under the hood. About 10 years old, the beast was driven without any particular sense of pride. It couldn't be parked in the front of the house in that condition. I got a quote from Art, and decided that the pricing was fair. He showed up when scheduled, along with a helper (who at the time looked a little unskilled). They tackled the rig with enthusiasm - and a van filled with manner of cleaning weaponry. They spent just over two and a half hours. At the end, they were sweating like pigs and our truck looked like a prince. I'm very happy with the experience and the value, and you can bet that we'll call Art on our next critical cleaning job. read more

I'm in the process of going to court over there ceramic coating. These guys absolutely ruined a brand new $70000 truck. charged me $1800 looked good for one day. Could never get ahold of Art again he gave me the run around for months. It's going to cost me over $5000 to have real professional fix there screw up. These guys are just not experienced enough to ceramic coat a vehicl. If you can ever reach them they might be good for a quick wash on a basic vehicle but can't be trusted with higher end cars. This has been a huge waste of my time money and now the court. read more

I Would highly recommend Excalibur's services. They did an excellent job cleaning my car and getting all the stains out of my seats. They went above and beyond and even buffed out some scratches that were on the side of my car. read more

If you need detail work this is the place to go! My boyfriends 75lbs dog decided to jump up on my car and the whole hood was scratched up terribly. I was devastated as I had just gotten the car about a month before. I called Excalibur and set up an appointment. When I saw the job he did I was AMAZED! I almost cried it was so wonderful. GREAT WORK, if you need your car to look good call Excalibur. read more

Owner here is very unprofessional. And they do not do any detailing at all. They will wash part of your car at best. Charged my sister $325 for a comical job, my 10year old could have done a better job. I wish I could give no stars. I understand that things go wrong and people make mistakes and there is a way to rectify a situation but being defensive , rude and brushing it off is not professional. Do not go to this business. read more

These guys do an awesome job! Called them at close of business the day before. They set an appointment between 12-1pm. Showed up to my house just after 1. Quoted the job would take 2.5-3 hours. They got done as scheduled. I had some road tar, coffee spills, and really sticky junk stuck to my windshield and they took care of it no problem. My car looks as good as new! It's a local business not a chain, they really make sure you're taken care of. read more
