The employee must have been new because he kept having to ask for help. Finally another employee by the name of Trae showed up and took over and everything went smoothly and I was happy with my service. The other employee could not figure out anything. He needs serious training or needs to be in another line of work.

We were greeted as soon as we pulled up and only waited behind another services vehicle for only a few minutes and then were guided in for our turn. The staff were very friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. Our mechanics name was Chris, and he made sure everything in the car was in good standing. Which is grateful appreciated since we want to make sure our daughter's car is safe to drive and good to go. We were in and out in about 10 minutes, and it was a full service experience for sure! They even offer military discounts! Will bring her car, and ours back from here on out!

The eh: there were some really bad stains in my upholstery, wasn't expecting any miracle work. It does look a lot better. However, there were complete areas that were missed: under the rear window, headrests, front of console, etc. There was also some just splashing from the cleaning that wasn't wiped up. I opted out of the trunk and exterior cleaning. Took 1.5 hours and was $250. The price was standard for the area, not really a bargain or overcharge. It was over the estimated price. The bad: there are two small burn marks in one of the seats that were not there before. I wouldn't have been too upset if they had said anything but failed to mention it. Again, was not expecting my car to look perfect, it's over a decade old. They put in a lot of work, but there were some areas for improvement.
