A touchless car wash. TOUCHLESS! Need I say more?…read more I was in the need for a car wash, but didn't have the time to do it myself. With a brand new vehicle I am extra careful where I go and automatic car washes could potentially have brushes that scratch your paint. Everyone knows this. A family member told me there is a touchless car wash in Ceres and so I came to check it out. They provide three different wash options: Better, Best, and Good. As of July 2024, the prices of each are $10, $13, and $16, respectively. They not only provide single washes but also limitless monthly programs! That is available for $23, $33, and $40, respectively. Per my family, the prices have only gone up by one $1 in two years, which is pretty amazing since we are in an inflation. I always go for the Best single wash. This service includes a complimentary free towel, car freshener, and dash wipe! Before the service, the worker also pre-soaks and scrubs your vehicle to get the grime off. The wash is very clean and thorough. You just drive up to the middle of the wash and let the machine do its work by going around multiple times. At the end is a slow blowdry. Not only the wash but this place has vacuum stations too! I highly recommend this spot for a touchless wash.

Windows had streaking , also dash still had dust by a bit around vents , not sure if they skip them because some cars vents can get briddle . All in all a good value if you don't tip , which I always do but not here wasn't quality enough to . But was fast and decent priced , might give it another chance if needed .

I would strongly recommend taking your vehicle somewhere else…read more I brought my brand-new Tesla to Modesto Hand Car Wash this morning to have the inside and outside cleaned. When I got my car back, there was a large scratch across the center console that was not there before the wash. I immediately brought the damage to their attention. Instead of showing concern, trying to figure out what happened, or taking any responsibility, I was basically told that they were not responsible for it. What bothered me just as much as the damage was how the situation was handled afterward. Accidents can happen, but how a business responds when a customer reports damage says a lot. I expected at least some level of professionalism and accountability. Instead, I left feeling completely dismissed. If you are trusting a business with an expensive or newer vehicle, I would seriously think twice before bringing it here. Based on my experience, if something is damaged while your vehicle is in their care, you may be left dealing with it yourself. I definitely won't be returning and would highly recommend going somewhere else.

When I entered the line, a gentleman came out and let me know my options, I went with the $55 option which included exterior and interior cleaning. There's an option for tipping on their credit card terminal but I brought cash for a tip. The car wash is connected to Villa's restaurant, so I was able to grab a beer while I waited for my car to get finished up. The food looked solid too, so if you are looking to get your car wash and in need of a meal, you can do both here. The reason for the 3-star review is because the remnants of the bird droppings was still visible and not entirely clean. The interior was done well except they ended up turning a bunch of knobs and put the car into 4-wheel drive (it was 2-wheel) and my car wouldn't turn when I attempted to make a u-turn on my way home. I get that things get wiped down clean and in a fast-ish way, but definitely a reminder to check to make sure all things are good before driving off. Also, my usb cord went missing (my guess it probably got vacuumed up) so needed to spend a little money to order a new one. While the car wash was good in general and did what it needed to do, there's definitely room for improvement. All that being said, I think it's good value and would probably get my car washed here again.
