I went through the automatic wash and purchased the "touch-less" well touch less has never been more true. If I could give this a negative number I would. My car looks just the same as it did when I took it in, even the same bird crap on top of my car is there. I have a small car so it should have been more clean or at least I assumed it would be. As I sat there and watched the soap get sprayed on, watched and listened to the pressure of the water, I assumed it would have cleaned something. I've attached pictures of your review. I spent $10 only because I wanted the bird poop off and its current rating. If I could get a refund that would be great! Super disappointed and the worst $10 I've ever spent especially when everything is so expensive right now. There is nothing that "Sparkles" about this. **UPDATE. Got a response from the owner, see below. Just to clarify, yes I'm aware that there was poop on my car. It was on the top, which is the one I was concerned about. I wasn't as concerned about dead bugs that she so graciously pointed out. I also had no interest in scrubbing my car in one of the other bays before going through, which weren't even open anyway. It's raining here, I wasn't looking for a wash job like Vintage which I usually go to and now o see for good reason where I would spend $40 for good wash. As the owner, you should understand that this is what Yelp is about, to share an experience and rate it. I took my Golden Retriever there today and it was a very easy experience! The only things I'd say is a bummer, is that the dryer is only cold air. Really cold. So, it barely did any drying, which stinks because it's a soaking wet dog, but I do love the area and the size of the tub was good! Half the time the pet wash machine won't take any form of payment and won't work. Several different people tried today with cash, coin, and card and it wouldn't work. When it DOES work, the water takes forever to heat up and barely any soap comes out. This doesn't really give a shyt about maintaining anything not offering value, and the other location is even worse when it comes to cost. I've had to call and complain so many times for the last nine years and this one takes the cake so I was in Bay number two from the left and the dumbass thing in the pre-soap and soap mode was cycling on and off, stealing my money in time and then in the rent mode, it would work at almost full strength. I use the pet wash a lot. Took my large German Shepard mix for a bath, water was warm, dryer worked just fine. The card reader was a little difficult but I got it to work. Really easy to change options on the knobs for whatever step you're on. Has a chain to keep your dog in tub and a great dispenser if you want to pay two dollars to get one. Took my 32' motorhome there to wash. The stairs on both sides are helpful, but if there was any way to have hoses and brushes on both sides it would make washing a larĝe motorhome easier. Had to manuver the wash hose and brush over the roof of the rv to wash the passenger side and the drivers side. Not easy on a 90 degree day. Otherwise my RV got clean. Love this place. $5 gets the dog clean enough. Can wash the motor home for less than $10. $20 to dump the motor home black tank is a little steep, but it's handy. The machines often have trouble taking my credit card, which is frustrating, and the reason for only 4 stars. read more

We took our foster pup for a wash. The tub is ok but was not clean. The area itself is gated which is so nice. There's a place to put your lead to lock the pup in as well. Today one bay was not functioning properly and the employee who was on site went completely out of his way to help me and make things right . Went for the pet wash station. It was a good gated section with good room for big dog. Soap dispenser option seemed to not work or not dispense enough. I moved out of the area a little more than a year ago yet I still had been making the trek out to Modesto because there isn't a drive-thru touchless car wash in Livermore or surrounding area. Prior to my attempt yesterday to get my car washed (complete failure because of a huge line), I realized my car wasn't as clean as the other times I utilized this. Maybe the equipment at this location is aging thus the diminished quality or my car is older and it's harder to get the dirt off. This is a huge disappointment for me in any case as I spend a good amount of gas to get out there. Not sure if it's worth driving out to Modesto anymore unfortunately. Took both my Corgis,they have a lot of fur so I usually get them groomed vs. doing at home, but I wanted to give this place a try...Ok the logistics, wash area is gated, large shelf space & hooks for hanging leashes ,towels,etc. The wash has a lot of options for soaps & cleaners, wipes, towels. Also there's convenient ramp to load your pet in and out the wash basin.Pro tips: * keep your quarters close so you don't have to leave your pet, * bring a towel, * Water needs almost 1 min to get warm if your 1st in the morning. Also it may help to note the soap was mild enough to not irritate my dogs skin, I only used the soap and have not used any of the other soaps/ conditioners etc. I will bring my pets here again. read more

I used the pet wash and I was disappointed, it had not been cleaned. The drain was full of hair and the wash table was not cleaned, full of dirt and sand. Need to change the spray nasal, hard to use when washing and the water was cool not warm. The blower was blowing cold for the first 10 minutes, put in $3 more and it warmed up a little more. Change to nozzle on the hose and they will dry better. Spent $8 in total and my dog was still wet, at least I brought a towel. read more
