When it came out, the rear windshield wiper was hanging straight down and the weather stripping on the back gate was pulled loose. I asked for a manager. Duncan came out to take a look. We've owned this vehicle since new and keep it garaged and well-maintained. His response? "There's nothing I can do." He told me he'd fill out an incident report, but that it would go nowhere and that they weren't at fault. Then he said, "I just work here," as if that excused him from taking any responsibility. Duncan is not just an employee. He's the grandson of the man who founded 5 Minute Car Wash. His father helps run it too. This is a family business, and their response to damaging a loyal customer's car was to shrug it off and show zero accountability. I paid for the repairs out of pocket and I won't be coming back. If you value your vehicle and expect even basic customer service, take it somewhere else. They don't care about your car, and they certainly don't care about you.
