I've visited this location several times with several vehicles. I'll be honest, my first visit didn't go well as an absolutely clueless driver ahead of me ended up jamming carwash and prompting the employees to have to intervene to get everyone through. Because of the delay, without even asking, I was given a gift card for several free washes as an apology. I decided to take them up on it and I've continued to go back ever since. Service has always been good and the wash itself is great. It's also nice to support local when another carwash in the area owned by a national corporation feels the need to hire 10+ people to wave signs all around the area. I'll continue to support clear drop with all my vehicles and their pricing is also superior and represents good value, especially their monthly unlimited plans. read more

I'm thinking about canceling my membership, every time I come it never seems to scan my car to proceed , a person always comes up and asks if I have a membership they say yeah and almost every single time they ask to see my card or charge as if I'm lying WTF. It automatically deducts from my card every month never late or miss a payment it's so annoying to have to prove I have a membership when it should automatically know that I do. I never got a sticker or anything. Matter of fact when I first signed up it was also an issues. Some of the people there are really nice and some are really rude. One blk guy and one wht guy rudley direct you in without even looking to make sure I'm aligned. Also the vacuum on the far right end the tip keeps falling off. read more

I signed up for their monthly membership about 3 months ago. I'm one of those weirdos that washes their car almost every day (weather permitting). My 2¢.... Things I like: 1) Excellent value with monthly plans 2) Free vacuums 3) Family plans with the 3rd vehicle 4) Staff pre-scrubs grill & windshield prior to entering wash tunnel 5) Fast & efficient Areas for Improvement: 1) Just one- pass out dash wipes to members read more

Great Customer service and a great experience. Young lady named Nivea went above and beyond out of her way to help me accommodate my car wash for my pick up truck. I completely forgot I had tools in my cargo bedside and she helped clean up and was very polite. I will definitely be returning with confidence for my car wash needs. read more

With the numerous car washes in Manteca, this is my go to! Fairly quick no matter how busy they are! The service is always great and they take care of you! I started using their app which makes the experience so much easier and seamless. You also get a $5 credit when you first sign up on the app! Will I be back? Absolutely! read more

I decided to take my car in for a wash. The first staff member I encountered was quite helpful, but the second one was surprisingly rude. As I approached the car wash, he began making snarky comments and directing me haphazardly with my tire. My tire initially climbed over the edge but then slipped into the groove. Given that I have low-profile tires, this resulted in a ding and scratch on my rim. I've never had such an issue at any other car wash, and I've visited several in the area that have always maintained a professional standard. I left feeling insulted and frustrated over the damage, and I won't be returning. read more

My husband and I have been customers for over 5 years now, and lately we have not been happy with how some of the younger generation have been treating us as customers. We have never experienced such low level of customer service, with team members disappearing in and out of what appears to be an office door as well as disrespectfulness of our vehicles. Specifically, a very tall, young blonde big boy has been mine and my husband's main concern. We have witnessed him scrubs cars while on his phone. After scrubbing he throws his brushes and other equipment then disappears. It seems as if he is very unhappy with his job and lacks interest in caring for other people's property. This has not been just a one time occurrence it has been going on for a few months now. Clear Drop has been the best car wash in town and the wash itself is #1, however, I may have to stop being a customer. Especially if they don't make some changes to their staff or address people's concerns as it appears I am not the only one who feels this way after viewing other yelp reviews. read more

I've been going here since it opened and at first, customer service was a wreck. I don't know if it was because of the pressure of the first week, but it was a wreck. Forward to now and Customer Service is better, a total 180 degrees. All the employees are very eager to help. They come to you, make us laugh, and they explain the difference you get on the menu and how you can set up unlimited monthly washes. Fabulous Customer Service. The reason why I am giving 4 stars is because it seems like it doesn't dry my car very well. My windshield is still wet as is my back window. It doesn't dry my mirrors that well. I thought maybe it was because I have an SUV (Honda mid-size) but when my daughter came home annoyed asking dad to dry her windows I knew it wasn't just my car. She has a Coupe. She has water on her mirrors and windshield and back windows as well. Summary: Customer service is great, makes amazing pastries, but their dryer does annoy us as my husband is always drying my vehicles windows and now my daughters lol. Other than that, it is a good place to go. I believe their pricing to be very fair. read more

Fast and very convent. The staff is very friendly. They have a self vacuuming section you can use after your car wash

A car wash is a car wash is a car wash. They're all alike right? Not really, especially when I think of Clear Drop Car Wash, where its employees pretreat your car and scrub it before entering the tunnel. Maybe the dead bugs and dirt come off easier? That's what makes Clear Drop different. And their monthly subscription is reasonably priced. read more

I frequent this car wash and have always been pleased with how my car turns out. I went through on Tuesday, to get the ash from the fires off my car. When I arrived at my office less than a mile away I went to dry my car fully with a microfiber towel, it still had ash stuck to the paint. I was unable to go back immediately due to a meeting. I called and spoke with a very pleasant and helpful employee named Daniel. I cheerfully told me to bring it back and they would wash it again for free. Unfortunately, I could not get back until the next day. When I arrived the next day, several employees took their time to make sure to scrub all the ash off my car before running it through the car wash again. This was such a great experience at a car wash I already use; I am sorry it has taken me so long to write a review. read more

I've not been going through the car wash regularly, even since I moved to Manteca. I was about to have window tint installed, so I wanted to have the car washed to make things look better when the tint was finished. The entrance is on Yosemite Avenue, and you need to drive toward the back of the business, around the bakery. I expected a person at the back to take my money, but there is an automated machine before you reach the back. The $12.00 wash was shown to be $3.00 off, at $9.00. I also had a Yelp check-in coupon for a Free Tire Polish or some such service. Once you pay, you drive around the back and a person will greet you. That person asked if "we" could remove my bike rack. (I had left my bike at home.) I replied that they could remove it, if they had the tools for it. Then, he said that he would "walk behind" the car to make certain that it wasn't tangled in the mechanism. Actually, there was no problem with the mechanism and it did a reasonable job. For the price, it did fine. read more

Clear Drop Car Wash - It's like a wetnap for your dashboard that they give you - Car Wash Near Me - Manteca, California

Stopped here today for the first time. I live by now Mister Car Wash on Lathrop so that had always been my go to. Well now that Prime Shine is now Mister car wash their prices have jumped up significantly which I was not happy to see. With that being said due to this pandemic Mister is closed and my car needed a wash BAD. I was doing a target pick up today and decided to try this place out. I was pleasantly surprised with their pricing. I did the $12 wash which is their highest wash minus the tire shine. $13 for the same wash including tire shine so only $1 more.. not bad. When trying to purchase my wash at the kiosk the kiosk froze so the gentleman ran my card inside. I didn't catch his name but he was very nice. I was again surprised that the front bumper.. windshield.. sides of my car.. read bumper and rear windshield were all scrubbed quickly by an actual person before heading into the car wash tunnel. Compared to Mister car wash's half assed bubble spray and into the tunnel you go. Absolutely no effort from their employees at Mister. Upon exiting the tunnel the dryers actually did a great job and my car only had a few streaks of water still as expected. My car looked great for a quick drive through wash though! I will definitely be driving the extra 10 mins from here on out just to have my car washed here again. read more

Clear Drop Car Wash - Their soaps are so pretty! LOL. - Car Wash Near Me - Manteca, California

It cleans my car amazingly plus free vacuums it's one of the best car washes I've been to

I will not waste my money here again. Just got my car washed and I'm completely dissatisfied. I paid extra for the tires and they came out gross and smeared with dirt. That's not a cleaning in my eyes. I didn't pay money for my car to get "kinda clean." I will stick to the best car wash in town, Quicki Kleen. They don't charge much more and they detail beautifully. Don't waste your money here. I would give 0 stars if I could. read more

The go to for my daily commuter that sees 140miles a day. I like this wash way more than the one on Airport and any other in Stockton for a express wash. Check in and get a discount on the highest tier wash! Only thing was, I wished they had someone to touch up some wet spots and had more vacuum stalls. Sometimes you have to wait a bit after the wash to vacuum your car. read more

This car wash is fantastic. Cleans our very dusty cars the the first time. Vacuums work great two. The workers are nice and if you have any kind of issue they take care of you and help you out. They care about their customers. Adam is great too. This car wash location is always clean and safe. Great value for the money too. read more

The drop in star because paying car wash customers have to wait for vacuum from non-paying customers to free up the stall. What's double annoying is...while vacuuming, non-paying customers washing their car at the next stall splashing soap and water onto you paid car washed car. Otherwise the car wash does a good job. read more

Clear Drop Car Wash - Car Wash Near Me - Manteca, California

Updated Review: I had come thru before, and written a review about my car getting stuck in the wash. I was scared and hesitant to return however after email exchange with Kevin (Manager) I did return to give Clear Drop another try. I admit, my 1st visit back was successful and I was happy with my wash. The 2nd code I was sent I gave to my Roomate and he also was pleased. Today I returned again, and I'm back to square one. I used the yelp code to receive $3 off the highest level wash. The cars were packed in like sardines, and what's interesting is that although I paid for the higher wash, as I'm sure many did, they don't do anything different to each car entering. So, I paid essentially for nothing extra. I went though, my SUV made it without getting stuck...BUT my car was still filthy and I had to wait so long to use the vacuum area I had dried water spots before I even got to park. I took photos after of areas that look like they weren't washed at all. Huge waste of money overall. read more

busy but good flow of cars being washed. Express wash $8.00 worth every dollar. My favorite car wash.

Friendly workers, clean facility, good location. Haven't had any issues with damage or anything, we trust their quality! Great place

This sounds so dumb but I drove my fiancé's truck through the car wash, my car is a mustang, so needless to say I needed a little help and the guy that was there was so nice and helpful and the truck looks great. read more

Awesome car wash way better than the chain in town. They brush the vehicle before it goes in and give you dash wipes!

First time here about a week ago... staff was young but very friendly and helpful. Got a coupon for checking in and I can use it again which is very cool. My car (brand new 2018 cruz) was very clean after the wash Went to dry off all the little water spots and got to vacuum for free. I would recommend that they clean up the vacuum parking area because it was a little to dirty for my liking, I got gunk and dirt all over my white Nikes But definitely will come back for another car wash read more

I washed my BMW today around noon. They didn't brush the front of my SUV and it had a lot of water spots. I went around to go through again and the attendant couldn't get the cars lined up on the automatic conveyor and he had a Range Rover stuck in the middle of the wash equipment. read more

This place is great! I AM RECOMMENDING THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE! Adam the manager is a great guy! I live in the country and have a lot of dirt on my car. I went through the wash once and it wasn't up to their standards so Adam came around and stopped me at the end and told me that the back of my car was still dirty and that he wanted me to go through again. That is amazing and I couldn't have asked for any better service. I appreciate this place because of their understanding that sometimes a dirty car needs a little more attention. Thank you to your amazing team! You get did an amazing job today. read more

I've been a customer here for years with a monthly membership with 2 vehicles and came out every week. Recently I sold my truck & wife's car and purchase 2 new ones. On one accession I took my new car to the wash, after the wash I dried it myself at the vacuum station like always and didn't notice anything unusual; well it rained that evening so the next morning I had some time and headed back to the car wash this time while I was drying it I noticed scratches all over the trunk and side of my car (that was clearly not there the day before). The supervisor onsite took a incident report and said he would turn it in to the manager. A few days later I received a call from the manager his response was - it's impossible that happened there because they never have claims and that I was being untruthful, I tried explaining my side of the incident but he was not hearing it, needless to say they did not take any responsibility and I stopped my monthly subscription. Be careful where you choose to bring you vehicle because it could be costly. read more

Was in town for a funeral and needed to clean my truck. It did the job without scratching the paint.

We are always pleased with this car wash and the customer service. Also, our family had a great time back in October going through the Drive Thru ‍‍Haunted Car Wash! This place is awesome, quickly in and out. Staff is friendly and they usually have a discount code on Yelp, and it's nice that they scrub down the front of the car before driving in, so you get a good wash. read more

Best car wash in town. You can always reuse the check-in code to get the premium wash! It may seem a little peculiar that the car wash is connected to a mom and pop bakery/restaurant, which is really good for brunch by the way, but it's awesome! They have two lanes to check your car in. There's usually an attendant that helps you with your selection and they also hand you some wipes for the interior of the car, a major PLUS+++! As you enter the car wash, they scrub out the hard stuff to wash and the fun begins! I, for one, enjoy car washes and this one is just like a show with all the colors and lights! They have super drying air blowers that almost get all the wet spots off. When the signals gives you the go, you are then off to the vacuums! I like that they have little clips to hang your car mats to make sure you can clean the underside and the mats super well. Overall, it's always a great experience at this car wash. I'll keep coming back for the fun and cleanliness! read more

I used to go to Prime Shine, but no longer! The prices here are cheaper, better quality wash, free powerful vacuums, and a machine that cleans your mats!!! I stopped by to go to the cafe, but it was closed. I happened to meet Hercules, the car wash owner. He treated me like I was his first customer ever! I have never had that level of customer service ever! He sent my car through the car wash twice because he wanted me happy with his business. He showed me the free vacuums and the mat cleaner.
