I take my Prius here semi regularly for the most affordable deep clean in the area. The car wash itself is high quality & so are the FREE vacuums. I've been to a couple of their locations but I specifically like this one because of their team. The manager is super friendly and recognizes his regulars. I recommend this location specifically because the vacuums are better here imo. read more

Our car was damaged during the process of getting washed. The metal valve stem on the tire was snapped off. The tire was damaged because my wife didn't notice immediately that it wa flat and drove a little ways. We filed a claim with Mister promptly. After I paid to replace the Tire and sensor, costing $701, Mister said they had no responsibility for this. Beware of this Car Wash, they don't stand behind their washing process. read more

Wash your car here at your own risk! I made a claim right away and I got a generic response. That they looked at my photos of the scratches and said that their brushes would not have caused that damage but when I first talked to the manager on site she said that someone ahead of me might have had something dirty on their car which caused the scratches to my vehicle. I read another review from the same car wash company in Tracy and they gave the same response to that client when they filed a claim making them not responsible to any damages to your vehicle. I asked to be sent to their corporate office and got a voicemail from a Kyle Hoffman but when I tried returning his call I was told they had no management in the office by that name. I canceled my membership with Mister car wash. You will never get my business again. The convenience of driving through their car wash is nice but not at the expense of scratching my vehicle like this especially when their customers service is horrible and they will just give you the run around. read more

I am glad I have canceled my unlimited wash... I had gave them many chances... car never comes out clean. This last trip I am tired of there new scanners. I own a jaguar which the tags will not scan on my windshield no matter what you try... usually 50% of all the other cars I see have same issue. This time there is nobody out to manual scan.. I honk and honk and nobody... finally somebody comes out... I proceed into the wash and right off the bat one of the first spining scrubbers are not working just hanging there and all the other are just sad and worn out.. wonder how many cars these are scratching the shit out of. Thanks for buying prime shine that took care of there equipment and fuck a good car wash... Hopefully everybody will stop wasting there time and money here and they will go away and we can get s better car wash to take over... I've been coming here since it first opened back when it was called Prime Shine Car Wash. I must say I've never ever had any issues. Im enrolled in 2 unlimited car washes for my cars. I bring my commuter in for a wash at least every other day. Both are wrapped in film that protects the original paint, and never had any issues. If the car wash is scratching your paint or anything like that, let me know. We can wrap your car in any color, and don't have to worry about any car wash scratching your paint. Our Mister Car Wash here in Patterson is sub standard. If they would slow down the track the system would have a better chance for a good car wash. Better rinse would help. All the neighboring Mister car washes do a much better job. I get my car washed in Turlock, Tracy, or Modesto when I get a chance. The wash is better in those towns. read more

Seriously best Mister car wash ever the staff is always friendly. The vacuums at this location are amazing the have the best suction ever. I've been to other locations that need the same system this location has. There's two different vacuum hoses one for the cracks and crevices and one for the seats and floors. They even have a air blower thats bye the vacuums that gets all the water out of the crevices of the outside of your car like mirrors gas tank lid trunk etccan even use it on the inside to blow out vents etc..... my car is always cleaned very well I do stop and park and dry the parts inside of the door jams and trunk cause I like my car . But the outside is almost completely dry from there blowers so not alot of elbow grease needed there. read more

The pass two times we have gone to Misters car wash on Lathrop road was really, really bad. Not sure what happened before when we would go my car came out really nice, but we did notice one of the times they didn't bother spraying the car down in the front and the back and the second time they did but not with much effort when they did spray. Used this car wash a couple of times. I did the one in Modesto and got the unlimited washes, which I found out these are associated also. I've been to better rated places that actually scratched the hell out of my truck, haven't had that problem yet. I have an older black truck that has hundreds of little scratches, half of those were my fault so I gave up running the magnifying glass over my truck. I would maybe suggest that if you have a new showroom vehicle, maybe take it to a detailing shop where they will wipe it with a diaper. I had checked their website to see if they were open and only said they closed the self vacuum stations. Nothing else. I don't understand why they are only open for monthly customers. I brought my vehicle in there and it did clean it but it also left a giant scratch down the side with an indention and they tried to tell me that it was there before I took it to the car wash. It's an immaculate Mercedes Benz or at least it was now it's got damage on the passenger side and they're trying to convince me that it's not and they have never called me back to fix this so I'm going to reach out to my insurance company and possibly involve a lawyer read more

Went in for a car wash on June 4th. Attendant had me drive my car into the driveline of the wash. It popped my hubcap off. The attendant tried to put it on. Said she had it on. Drove out of the wash and my hub was missing. Had the attendant do a report, district manager was supposed to call me back and take care of it. No call, have sent several more emails. I visited the Manteca , Ca location off Lathrop road this Sunday. This was a terrible experience .Myself and 5 others customers got off our cars to discuss this situation Among each other. First let me say I been visiting this location since day one. Myself and others are upset due to we could not get a car wash unless we signed up for the VIP membership with ongoing monthly payment of 19.99 per month which comes out of your bank account . Would not let me pay cash.So basically you sign up for a monthly membership. I usually pay cash for my washes. During a time like this during a Covid 19 epidemic, you are having customers pay for a monthly membership at a time like this. This is price gauging to your loyal customers who only wash there cars once a month. Not everybody can afford this. We will contact City of Manteca and the city council. There will be a formal complaint filed. We appreciate your two car washes you have in Manteca. But you understand the timing of this membership campaign is unacceptable at this time and not acceptable. Hopefully you reconsider your decision. I can tell you this.
