The reason I was looking to get a detail in the first place is that someone threw up in my car earlier this week. I did my best to clean it on my own but it was not enough, and this was the place who could get me in the soonest. Not only does my car NOT smell like vomit anymore, it in fact smells like nothing at all. It's that kind of clean. Ready to smell however I want with my own air fresheners. I love that. What really drove me to write this review though was the perfect evidence of a thorough job. There is a small opening in my center console where there should be a cover but it has went missing somewhere along the way. Anyways, when I first bought this car a year ago I dropped a cashew down into it and could never get it out. I would have never thought to check and see if it was still there, but while I was admiring this excellent work I noticed it was GONE. I have no idea how this man removed said cashew but I am going to chalk it up to magic. On top of it all, I crammed my bicycle into my car for alternate transportation during this service, and without me asking he helped me get it out and then back into my car. Really just quality human kindness there. I can not remember his name for some reason but it looks like it might be a one man gig, you'll know it was me if you read this. Thanks again!!!

On the day…read moreof my scheduled appointment, I got a text 45 minutes before the agreed time saying he was taking the day off to be with family. We rescheduled for Tuesday evening, but on Tuesday he texted me wanting to come earlier than agreed which I couldn't accommodate so we pushed it to Wednesday. Then, the same thing happened again: another text asking if he could come early, despite us already confirming a time. After all the back and forth, I finally asked for my deposit back because this was becoming extremely unprofessional. I had made accommodations since Saturday to have my trailer parked and ready, and this constant rescheduling wasted my time. It's disappointing because I was hoping to find someone reliable that I could call on regularly for both my trailer and cars. I'll definitely be looking for another company that values professionalism and appreciates my business.

I made an appointment to drop off my vehicle at 2:15pm, I actually arrived at 1:50pm and waited. The guy arrived at around 2:10pm and 2 mustangs pulled up shortly after. At around 2:20pm I decided to check what the process for the wash was, I was informed that it would take around an hour and a half as he had 2 mustangs to clean before he would begin on my camaro. I left my keys and walked around for 2 hours to come back and see my car hadn't been touched. I debated on waiting even more until I realized other cars were getting cleaned before mine, given these cars weren't their at 2:15pm. I asked for my keys and left, yes he apologized and offered to give me a discount if I brought it back another day, issue is I live in patterson and don't usually travel to Stockton.
