I am concerned about the use of the brushes against the car. The kids keep banging those brush on the body and it chips the car. They are not gentle. Sometimes listening to music in their headset and being rough on the body of the car. read more

If I could give a zero I would. We just got stuck in the car wash for more than 5 minutes. When I approached a young man who said his name was Mateo he got very aggressive with me when I ask a simple question of why we were stuck in the middle of the wash. Then a blonde haired young man came over and was more aggressive and acted like he was in charge. I simply asked for the name of the manager and left. I joined their membership program on 08/18/25, and less than two weeks later (today, 08/26/25) I had one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a local business. Their Google listing shows they open at 7:45am, so I arrived around 8:30am on a Tuesday expecting to get a wash. There were some cones out, but nothing indicating they were closed. I cautiously pulled forward, bumping one of the cones, and the owner came out. Instead of politely explaining the situation, he was extremely rude and disrespectful. I tried asking if they were open, but he never gave me a straight answer, just shook his head and told me to back my car out. When I tried again to ask about their hours, he completely ignored me, rolled his eyes, and continued talking loudly on speaker phone in another language. I wasn't even upset about the cone -- accidents happen -- what upset me was being treated with such poor customer service, especially by the owner himself. This is not how a business in Ripon should operate. They advertise hours they don't honor, and they treat paying members with zero respect. Do not waste your money on a membership here. Recently got a membership here. Overall the staff is very friendly and does a good job of pre-washing the car. I have a full size truck with a small lift, and it goes through just fine other than the tight turning radius in the entrance. The wish itself if pretty good, but the drying is not as good as several of the other wishes. The vacuums work good. The only bummer is that the sun screens over the vacuums are not very big so you are in the sub for most of that time. It's not that big of a deal, but on 100+ days it is super hot (nothing Reefs can do about that). My other wash in Manteca (which got bought by the duck) has great vacuums, compressed air and shade for comparison. Overall they are the best in Ripon. read more

If there was one thing Ripon lacked, it was a quick car wash business. It's nice to see a few more of these open up in Ripon. This is the first time I have heard of Reef's. It is pretty much the same experience as visiting Misters or Prime shine. They offer a bunch of bays to vacuum your vehicle and then an automated wash/air dry car wash. It gets the job done, but it lacks the fine details of a human detailing the vehicle. They offer several different price packages that I added in the photos. All in all, not a bad place to keep up clean appearances. read more

Went there today and they did a nice job overall. As you enter they had people on both sides of car that scrubbed the front with soft brushes and also went over front windshield and the back of the car. Their vacuums also had plenty of suction. read more

Reefs car wash was definitely not designed for trucks. I'd recommend avoiding if you care about your vehicle. At the very least, avoid the tire shine. All 4 of my chrome rims sustained damage. Safe to say, that was my first and last visit. read more

I was recommended this location by a local business for a car wash. I want to say the young gentleman at the window was super friendly and helpful and offered two dash cleaners and explained to me for the vacuums, which worked great. That was it! Upon entering the car wash, there was a car in front of me and two attendants. They barely put any pray water on the vehicle and then continued to brush the car (in front of me) with a brush that was barely wet. Sitting in my car with the window part way opened, I could hear it scraping the paint with the dust and dirt. I thought there is no way they are really doing that. As I was instructed on entering, the guy sprayed a little foam water and grabbed his brush which thankfully was wet and dipped his once morning the water but the girl on the right side was washing with an almost dry brush and all I could think is crap, this dirt is being smeared into my paint and will scratch it. She then dipped it in the water once and went toward the side of the car. And again I could hear it scrapping the car. Once I went through the wash, I went to the vacuum and looked at the car. It was just as dirty as when I came in, and can see marks from the dry brush being used. I do not recommend this place at all until they can get enough water to use on a car and not damage the paint. You cannot wash a car with a half way wet brush! It needs water. I thought about going back through but honestly, I do not want to even bother with them after I seen their scan code to leave a review. read more

This is the absolute best car wash ever! They didn't try and sell me a year's worth of car washes. Normally $22 today was free. My car looks great! When it came to the final rinse, I was impressed there was no soap residue. Then drying the car was amazing. The blowers (or whatever they are called) left not 1 visible drop of water. I exited then and took advantage of the free vacuums and they actually worked! It's like a miracle worker in a vacuum. I suggest trying Reefs in Ripon. The workers are cheery and helpful even when it's 102 degrees outside. It's really worth it!. My car is actually shiney. read more

Today is Mother's Day and my husband heard that Reefs was offering a free car wash to promote the business so we took our little Subaru Impreza. And it's true, it's actually free. Claire was the girl outside introducing us to the business. She was very sweet and inviting. We loved it! It was so fun going through the car wash because the foam is multicolored so it was similar to that of a groovy psychedelic light show! Lol! The lighting and, such was a fun experience for us.
