When these owners took over, I bought a book of car wash tickets (as I have always done) and when I went to use one of them, they told me they didn't honor them anymore. Mind you, I just purchased the book of tickets like 2 weeks prior to trying to use one of the tickets. This is my usual go to when I want my car cleaned on the inside. I'm here today waiting for my car to be done. When I went to pay, I wanted 10.00 cash back for a tip. They charged me a 1.00 for getting cash back. I was shocked as I've never been charged that before when getting cash back for a tip. Made me a little irritated!! I already spent 40.00 for the car wash, plus the ten dollar tip. I also filled up my gas tank here. Guess I need to find somewhere else to go now. Grrrrr!! Super irritated!! Any suggestions? Probably the worst car wash I've been too. Spent 43 dollars on a full detailed car wash. 3 dollars for my Ford Explorer which I guess they consider oversized. Lol. After the pressure wash area my car was sitting in the sun for over 35 mins without being touched. Once I talked to the people about my car they finally started working it. The outcome was horrible. Water spots everywhere, cup holder still had some dirt, windows were streaked. I mean everything that can go wrong with a crap car wash went wrong. If I could give zero stars I would, this is by far the worst customer service I have ever received in my life! On 9/27/20 I paid 35 dollars for a car wash and interior wipe down and vacuuming of my car (prior to this visit I had gotten the same thing and they did a decent job) I waited for about 45 minutes and had my toddler with me so when they were done I was ready to go home after such a long wait. The driver and front passenger seats looked clean enough but noticed the cup holders/radio weren't wiped down, not a big deal I can do it myself. When I get home and start moving things in the back seat I noticed the back seat was untouched, not wiped or vacuumed at all. I called them back and the lady says to either be there by 5 pm that day or 5 pm the following day, I told her I'd by there at 5 tomorrow. When I arrive at 430 the car wash is closed? I asked the guy working and he says they closed at 4 and to come back. I came back this morning (10/1) politely explained to the woman at the cash register what happened and she says she needs to ask her husband "the manager" if they can do anything. We walk outside and the man is washing a car; walks over, looks at my receipt and asks to see my car. I explained that I would just like my car vacuumed again and he says he can't do it because I should've came the next day with a huge attitude. I explained that I did and they were closed, I live 30 mins away, he then said something to the effect that I have kids and they probably made the mess after I left and his workers always do a good job and I'd have to pay again?! Um no, I want my car redone because I already paid for it I'm not paying again, he proceeds to raise his voice at me and say there's nothing he can do and walks away. When I get home I called to get the name of the person I spoke with and guess who answers the phone? I asked for a manager and said what happened earlier today and he says this is the same person you spoke with earlier, there's nothing we can do ( once again raising his voice, and talking over me) and that I'm too smart for my own good and he doesn't care if I report him to the owner, I tried calling again and he hung up in my face. I will be coming by everyday until I get a full refund and speak with the owner and will be reporting this business to the BBB, again this is the WORST customer service experience I've ever had, you're supposed to treat customers with respect and provide the services they pay for, do not come here you should spend your money elsewhere! read more

Convinient and fast , cant ask for more for the price. If you prefer interior cleaning without hassle, this is the only place i think in Manteca that offer that service, most carwash services here are drive thru and exterior wash only, you will have to do your own interior which i dont have the time and energy. Also you have an option to select fragrance for interior. My only concern is the stick they use when they brush, if i have a brand new car which i dont, i woulnt risk it because you can hear the stick hits when youre inside. Over all still great read more

AVOID THIS CAR WASH I just moved to Manteca from Modesto. I normally take my car for a full service wash monthly in modesto but I wanted to try something local and I decided to go here. I am a big time review reader but for some reason I just didn't even look at the reviews before coming here as I waited in my car I pulled up yelp to read their reviews and I regretted being there. From start to finish the way they do a wash here is by far different. There was quite a line so after my car was washed you pull up to where they are supposed to clean your car in and out and I sat in my car waiting for at least an hour in a half until someone pulled my car in nobody dried my car from the outside the sun did once they were cleaning the inside of my car it took another 30'minutes. When my car was done the guy asked me what scent I wanted I told him the new car smell he sprayed my car I tipped the guy and drove off big mistake as I drove off that smell he sprayed smelled like mildew! I parked my car at food for less to check my car and sure enough I see that my third row wasn't vacuumed the inside Of my car was barley wiped down I paid for my mats to be clean and they were still dirty my windows weren't wiped down properly I was so pissed off I did call and the owner asked when I could go back but I was not about to wait another hour or two for them to get to me plus they left my car dirty still how do I trust them again I told the owner I'm letting him know I won't be going back and they did a terrible job and will never go back their again. My seats are leather and they sprayed something that I am still unable to remove there is spots on my seats and side of doors that they sprayed and I tried everything to get it off and nothing works the corner of my seat also has a burned spot on my driver seat that was never there I have OCD I know my car from the inside and out and that burnt spot was not there I don't smoke. This was a bad experience, we tried giving this place another try after going here in the past. They leave your car after coming through the car wash without drying it causing water spots. They do a bad job wiping down the rims and inside. They don't vacuum in all areas...only in spots they can see. They don't take the trouble to listen to customers concerns. The owner tried to come at us like he was going to fight. Said to just sit down and let them do their job but we should be able to say something if we are paying $$$$ for services. I had my car washed today at Quicki Kleen Car wash today Sun 2/13/22 and paid $33. When I stopped to pick up an item at Ace Hdwr, I noticed only 2 tires had been dressed and 2 hadn't. The floor mats were just tossed in the front and the back, the floors were not vacuumed well at some windows were not wiped well. I gave the attendant a $5 tip ( stupid me ) and he didn't say thanks and acted like he could care less. I will never go back to this place and would rather drive a dirty car around. read more

They took my car in for a wash brought it back out and left it sitting for a cool min.while it was sitting the water dry up on the vehicle and left water marks on a brand new car. The owner comes out mr. and his missy, trynna tell me to leave while them doing a f'd up job on my car. I asked one of the employees how they often change they're products and materials, they're towels are being re-washed which it can contaminate the paint cause of using a different chemicals when they do there laundry. Seeing as this is the only place in town that I could find where I didn't have to vacuum the car myself it was great. However, a little pricy, $24 for outside and inside #2 wash. Had a really great experience with the young man doing the actual car wash but the interior cleaning was very disappointing. I got the full works and it looked like there was no cleaning done at all. There was dirt and pieces of trash still around the car it only looked like they cleaned the top of the dash board. Eh decent. I got a #3 & for $21. This included wash, vacuum, tires, inside wipe down, & smelly good stuff. I would say they could have done the inside a bit better since I had to come home and wipe down my middle console. When I got home the outside hasn't been completely dry & I had to wipe off the water marks that had now dried on my car which is black so totally visible water spots. There were even dirty marks on the outside still that didn't get enough scrubbing. If I came back I would get the cheapest wash since that's basically what they gave me for an inflated price. Do not go here Brought my brand new truck here to get hand washed paid $38 for the service and when it was ready after an hour I WAs inspecting it and noticed scratches on passenger side doors. I immediately went to tell employees what happened and no one said nothing after 30 minutes in the drying bay I finally filled out incident report and my insurance. I was told owner was outta town and that she would call me to get problem straightened out well two weeks later my insurance says they refuse to give them there insurance info and that they're not liable for any damages even though I clearly happened at there place of business. You can see they were drying it and scratched it up by jewelry or peeble in cloth either way I will never know how it happened but it happened and now they refuse to be civil or take care of there long paying customer. This can happen to you it happened to me now I have to pay my deductible on brand new truck before I even paid my first payment just sad that a business can do something like this and not take care of there customer read more

I got the $35 No. 4, also, and the car looked like it was detailed. I live in Humboldt and my 2004 Honda hadn't been cleaned inside for about a year. I would not recommend quickie car wash, I paid $28 to get my truck washed it said hand wash, they skipped that and drove it right through the car wash then dried it sprayed my tires with whatever they use, and they did vacuum, the $28 price was supposed to include wiping down the inside and they never did that it was totally dusty still, and they were supposed to shine up all the dressing on the outside they never did that it looked horrible, I was in and out of there in like 10 minutes which it should've took a lot longer read more
