I really love coming here because the employees are so helpful! They have an upbeat positive attitude and it makes shopping here a true pleasure. I usually come here for oral care, prescriptions and photos. Whenever I purchase my oral care I use the app coupons on the Walgreens app and I can nevveeerrr get those right. There is an employee named Amanda and she is honestly such an angel! She always helps me and is very patient with me. When I purchase my photos same great service occurs but there is an older gentleman with longer gray hair that makes sure they're printed while I wait. Honestly great staff overall

Short on staff and working slowly, long line, and don't have good customer service at all.

This place really stinks when it comes to customer service in the Pharmacy department. No matter what time you come in store or drive thru you have to wait! They need to do something about this it's absolutely ridiculous. And most of the people working in the Pharmacy department don't even know what they are doing.

Should be ZERO stars! I do NOT recommend getting any hair…read moreservices done at Shalom Beauty Supply, especially from Grace. My 12-year-old daughter wanted a silk press and paid for it with her own birthday money. Being new to the area, I didn't know any salons that specialize in biracial hair, but I noticed the beauty supply store had a salon in the back. I decided to give it a try. Grace, the stylist, said she could do my daughter's hair the following day at 1 pm for $85. When we arrived, she didn't wash my daughter's hair, but instead started blow-drying it with no care, roughly tugging on her head. When she grabbed the hot comb, I asked if she used heat protectant. Grace responded condescendingly in a thick Nigerian accent, saying, "I'm trying to see how her hair will do. I know how to do my job." At this point, I should've left, but I stayed. She applied icFantasia Hair Polisher Heat Protectant, a product easily found at Walmart, and then started flat-ironing my daughter's hair, stopping multiple times to help customers who walked into the beauty supply store. The entire process was rushed, and it was the quickest silk press I've ever seen--I'm sure she used a high heat setting. After flat-ironing, Grace "trimmed" my daughter's hair in a choppy and uneven way, causing significant damage. The next day, my daughter's aunt was horrified by how her hair looked. We decided to return to talk with Grace, but we were told she was on vacation until Tuesday. A gentleman named Martins was surprised at how poorly my daughter's hair turned out and even commented that it looked uneven. He gave us some hair oil, but we weren't satisfied. When my sister-in-law called to speak with Grace on Tuesday, Grace was rude and hung up. I then called to explain the damage done to my daughter's hair, and Grace was equally rude, claiming I wasn't telling the truth. She said she'd be there until 4 pm, so my daughter and I came in. We were met with more rudeness and berating from Grace. She refused to acknowledge the damage and didn't offer any resolution. When I mentioned that Martins also agreed the work wasn't professional, Grace called someone on the phone and said, "Where's Martins? The people are here." I asked for a refund so we could take my daughter elsewhere for a deep conditioning treatment to repair the damage. Grace and the woman on the phone both yelled at me, saying they wouldn't give any money back because the money was for "her time and product." This was a terrible experience. Grace used cheap products from Walmart and Dollar Tree, and the whole ordeal was unprofessional and frustrating. I would highly discourage anyone from getting services at this beauty supply store, and I won't be returning for anything, including the overpriced, low-quality products they sell.

Honestly had a bad experience here when I thought it was going really well.. I went in looking for…read moreblack hair dye, I asked one of the workers and she said she was a hairstylist and she pointed me in the direction of the ion hair dye. I was explaining to her that I box dyed my hair for the first time the week prior so I was looking for something a little bit darker and more permanent. She showed me a really good product, and I was confident in what she was telling me, but when I got home and started to apply the product on my hair, I noticed that there was nothing to mix the hair dye with. So thinking that she didn't tell me anything I thought that maybe it had been able to use but I didn't know you are supposed to buy activator for the hair dye so I quickly washed it off after only applying it for five minutes. I was very upset because I wasted a $10 bottle for nothing. Not until I did some research I found out that it can damage your hair if you put only the dye it's self on your hair. I was super upset, went back the next day and she was there, I asked for a slight discount for another bottle because I pretty much had to waste it. The manager denied me any discount due to their worker not informing me. i've never permanently dyed my hair before, and when I told her that she forgot to tell me her response was "oh it just slipped my mind". What if that were to really mess up my hair? I would have been a mess. Really disappointed. If you go here make sure that you have everything you need and maybe even get a second option from another worker there...

I booked her summer glow facial and my skin thanked me after it was over! I came out glowing and my skin felt like it was able to breath again! She customized a home routine to repair my skin barrier and i can't wait until my next appointment so we can start my skincare journey and start to feel confident to show off my bare face again !
