I came in right at closing time, 9:00 PM, to pick up prescriptions for my adult autistic child, and Rhoda was so kind and helpful even though they were closing. Her manager even came over to say hello and was just as friendly. It seems like these days social media is full of stories about customers and employees clashing, so when you get genuinely great service, it deserves to be recognized. Rhoda, thank you for your wonderful attitude and for taking care of us right up until closing. This is exactly why I keep coming back to this Walgreens specifically instead of others. Nat is one of nicest & most helpful employees of any retail store I've been in, period. He's the definition of what customer service should be. Every single time I go to this location and Nat is working, he's happy to see you, knows everything about what the store has, knows about photo department, anything really. I've been to this location several times when I'm in the area. I've honestly have not had a problem shopping here at least 10 times in the past 5 months. The shelves always seem stocked, the "on sale / promotional" items are usually tagged. There's always a clerk at the register in case you dont want to deal with the self check station. Store seems well organized and it's pretty easy to find what you're looking for. There's also plenty of room between the isles so even when it's busy, it doesnt seem that crowded. Outside of the store, the area and parking lot seem safe. Only problem I see is that they're closed by 10pm. Which sucks if you're planning on going on a last minute alcohol run. Where I'm from, there's a CVS that's open 24 hours that's about 2 miles from where I live & I'm usually hitting it up around midnight or 1am for 1 last beer run.

I've always had good customer service at Mountain House Safeway, so nothing negative to say about them. I was helped by David today. Very nice young man and he even wished me a happy birthday since my birthday is this month. I found out his is this month also. He understood that I wanted to start filling my prescriptions here and advised me on what to tell the other Safeway pharmacy. He was very helpful.

Before turning off his light he had an issue with a transaction 2 custo.ers befire me and had to leave to get a manager or shift supervisor for help. After he came back then he turned off his light but didn't say anything to those standing in line. While he went to get help more people gad lined up behind me since there were only 2 registers open. After another couple of minutes he came and told me that he was closed. I told him I was in line before he turned off his lane light. He didn't seem to care and walked back to his register. Of he had looked up to see who was the last person in line before turning off his lane light, that would have been better customer service care. Luckily this is not my go to box store. I inly come to target if I have other errands at the mall. Primarily due to their lack of merchandise variety in the grocery department and poor cashier customer service qnd long lines at the registers. I use Tracy Care pharmacy for my kids and for the few prescriptions I can't get by mail order. My…read moremail order, OptumRx, is the worst at giving me correct information but I use them for the discounted price on prescriptions since some are very expensive. This past month they messed up big time and admitted to it. I was told something was converted and requested it be mailed out. 3 weeks later I checked back because I didn't get it. The rep. was not only wrong about my benefits but my Rx also didn't get mailed out. Once I spoke to them I realized I had 3 days left. Normally (it happens so often!) when that when happens they over night it out to me. But they couldn't because it was time for another prior authorization. An Optum supervisor had to get it processed with my doctor. Once approved I had 1 day left. I asked the pharmacist at Tracy Care pharmacy if he could fill it and he it had to be ordered. And it's Friday. I called back for status and he went ahead and paid to have it delivered tomorrow, on a Saturday! I'm beyond grateful. He's always going the extra mile for me or one of my kids' medications. And all the employees are always so nice!

All of the staff greet us with a smile and a willingness to help us with whatever we need. Every time I call, whoever answers is pleasant and considerate of my needs. On occasion I will ask to speak to the pharmacist and if he is not on the other phone line, he immediately comes on and talks to me. He doesn't rush me but takes whatever time I need to deal with whatever I am asking. If he's on the other line, he calls me back within 10 minutes. The pharmacy always keeps track of when our medicine is due for refill and if the medicine needs the doctor's ok, he contacts the doctor's office. That is such a wonderful service to offer because in this busy life, sometimes it's easy to forget until we're out. I would highly recommend Tracy Care Pharmacy to anyone who wants personal service with a smile.
