I don't know where that came from, and I found it very ridiculous that he treated the next woman in line who was quite frankly and litetally... dressed in a cheetah shirt with hair & makeup like a... politely... whereas he treated me, who is dressed in a turtleneck zip-up sweater, a hat, and a mask with such contempt and disrespect. He is South Asian with a beard, the woman in a cheetah shirt is white, and I am a Southeast Asian woman in appearance. I wonder what sort of biases might have influenced that very unpleasant interaction. I felt upset enough to ask him this question as I left the store: "Do you know what the name Christian means and what Christians stand for? Why are you so rude and disrespectful?" as the name for the pick-up order was "Christian" (although, I have no idea if they are true Christians or not). I will avoid this store. I hope he gets some feedback from his manager. Maybe he will take a minute or two to reflect.

Even a few hours later when I called them back, they had done more research for me trying to help me even though they didn't know me and didn't even have a phone number for me. Every once in a while you are lucky enough to find people that really care about their customers and Andy and Rhonda are those special people that tried so hard to help me. They genuinely cared when they didn't have to. I'm super impressed and only wish this store was closer to Pleasanton so I could visit frequently. Bravo to the store owner/manager for hiring quality people like Rhonda and Andy. You just don't find people like them very often and I'm so moved by how much they cared about my little issue. Thank you Rhonda and Andy. On a side note, the store was super clean, garbage cans empties (I know because I had to dig in two of them), all soda cups were fully stocked with plenty of lids and straws. I actually sliced my finger during this little chaotic incident and of course the napkin containers were completely full and super easy to find. YAY!!!!!!!!

I didn't get her name, but the pharmacy covering the register was very helpful in looking up my prescriptions to see which were covered. It did take a bit of time since I had a lot of prescriptions to be filled. I really appreciate her help and the pharmacist in going over which ones were covered by medical and / or if there was a restriction by medical. Unfortunately, this was causing the line to back up, and there was some complaining that I could hear from those other customers. That is unfortunate since the staff was giving great customer service. I wasn't rushed through or not given helpful assistance. I really appreciate being treated like a wanted customer. This CVS does, however, need to hire more pharmacy employees. There were only 3 staff members trying to process the prescription orders and checking out customers.

I hate self check out because it never fails that something happens and an employee is needed anyways. So I did need an employee because the self checkout computer called for one. The employee shows up scans his card and it starts working again. So I have no idea what the problem was and it seemed neither did the employee. This really sucks now. Also now it appears you need paper coupons because the self checkout asks you to scan them.

I've been to this location several times when I'm in the area. I've honestly have not had a problem shopping here at least 10 times in the past 5 months. The shelves always seem stocked, the "on sale / promotional" items are usually tagged. There's always a clerk at the register in case you dont want to deal with the self check station. Store seems well organized and it's pretty easy to find what you're looking for. There's also plenty of room between the isles so even when it's busy, it doesnt seem that crowded. Outside of the store, the area and parking lot seem safe. Only problem I see is that they're closed by 10pm. Which sucks if you're planning on going on a last minute alcohol run. Where I'm from, there's a CVS that's open 24 hours that's about 2 miles from where I live & I'm usually hitting it up around midnight or 1am for 1 last beer run.

Worst pharmacy ever. Long wait time on the phone and the staff seem annoyed to even help you. Phone disconnected several times and no one could figure out my insurance coverage. It's frustrating to need something but staff offers no clear explanation, solution or sense of urgency. Not even pretend sympathy for getting the run around. I'm a very patient person but this pharmacy needs training in assisting people graciously given its healthcare. Two weeks later and I still don't have my prescription or even a status update.
