Very rude and disrespectful cashier. I waited patiently as there was a family in line ahead of me. When it was my turn to talk to the cashier to pick up an order, he was very rude and disrespectful. I don't know where that came from, and I found it very ridiculous that he treated the next woman in line who was quite frankly and litetally... dressed in a cheetah shirt with hair & makeup like a... politely... whereas he treated me, who is dressed in a turtleneck zip-up sweater, a hat, and a mask with such contempt and disrespect. He is South Asian with a beard, the woman in a cheetah shirt is white, and I am a Southeast Asian woman in appearance. I wonder what sort of biases might have influenced that very unpleasant interaction. I felt upset enough to ask him this question as I left the store: "Do you know what the name Christian means and what Christians stand for? Why are you so rude and disrespectful?" as the name for the pick-up order was "Christian" (although, I have no idea if they are true Christians or not). I will avoid this store. I hope he gets some feedback from his manager. Maybe he will take a minute or two to reflect. read more

09/25/2023- Haven't stopped here in a very long time (maybe 2 years). Used to stop to get gas and a drink when leaving Tracy, but I live here now. I was at Kaiser for an appt, and this is the closest one to the medical offices. Came in since I hadn't had lunch yet and ordered 3 hotdogs. I was a bit surprised that instead of purring the dogs in the buns, he put all 3 hotdogs in 1 box. He started to walk towards the register without the buns. He must have realized it and came back and grabbed the individually wrapped buns and took them to the register I wasn't feeling well , so I just grabbed some condiment packets even though I wanted to add the onions, tomatoes, and pickles that they have available. The employee that served me never said a work except for saying what the total was. Not very friendly.Didmt say hi or welcome when I walked in. There are 3 7elevens here in Tracy, and this seems to have the least welcoming staff. read more

watch out. This store is gouging customers. Cashier is charging double price for goods. Today My husband was buying 1 beer and 1 cigar and charged $10.80 which costs $5.71 at other stores. My niece also bought a fountain drink marked $1.79 charged $3.79. Everywhere online says it's 24 hours but I went at 3 AM to buy some water and the guy sent me away at the door and said they're closed.

So I'm continuing in my good soda selection and convenient gas quest. This time the unique soda on offer is Fanta Pina Colada flavor. Yes, it is the pineapple and coconut flavor burst you might expect. I really enjoyed it, although one thing was strange to me. Pina Colada flavored things tend to be white, reflecting the coconut. this soda is too. White soda is just plain weird. The gas here is a good price and the location is definitely convenient, especially if you are exiting 205 at Grant Line. Customer service is so so. It really depends on whose working, but I can't say anyone is particularly happy to be there. read more

This 7-Eleven is a great place to stop when traveling east on Highway 580 in the San Joaquin county/Tracy area. It is clean and the shelves are fully stocked. It has a gas station which has rates at about $.10 less per gallon then the other local gas stations. We almost always stop here when heading east. The attendance are polite and friendly. Their fountain Coca-Cola is one of the better mixes. One nice thing about this 7-Eleven is at the other customers are generally friendly. read more

The hot roller items, fountain drinks, and hot coffee selections that this location offers are decent in quality, they are constantly being replenished due to the high traffic of patrons that they receive throughout the day, but what they do need to work on here is the conditions of their restrooms. It is very unappealing to attempt to use their restroom, it smells of urine, has fecal matter stuck to the toilet seat, trash on the floor and zero soap in the dispensers. I would place their sanitary conditions in the same category as a meth lab, and you just might be better off ducking behind a bush outside to take care of business. read more

Went on Free slurpeeeeeee day. I like they have the cups, kids and straws right when you walk in the door so your not confused and bugging the workers "which cups are the free one" (I'm sure that can get really old having ppl ask you that 5000x lol) then you walk to the isle behind the register, pick your flavor and can walk right out the door. I came here because the prices were cheap. My daughter and I went in to get a drink and use the restroom. We were waiting for probably about 5 minutes, but I think the lady in the bathroom fell in or something. So I said screw it,a toilet is a toilet, lets us the guys bathroom. The door lock is broken and they have a sign saying to knock first. I wish I would have taken a picture of the bathroom, total health code violation. There was stacks of bakery baskets with the liners (parchment paper) in them. Who knows if they replace them or a company comes to pick them up, sanitize them and replace liners. Doesn't look like the case, but that is disgusting. My daughter got a slurpie and I said hello, with no response back. So I handed the guy at the counter the money and he ripped it out of my hands, Sooooo rude. Didn't smile, didn't acknowledge me, nothing. He damn near threw my change at me, had to pick it up off of the counter. Before he even finished with me he was asking the next customer what they wanted. read more

Had the worst experience ever at this location. Went in to grab a drink and snack, amid this COVID epidemic, I wanted to be in and out. I got 2 drinks and a couple of candy bars. I go to the register, the guy gives me the total. I hand him a 20, I then reach into my pocket and tell the guy I had the change to go with it. He must not have heard me because he started to hand me the change, I showed him that I put the coins on the counter. He then puts my change back into the register, then passes me a dollar. I told him he never gave me my full change ($13). He then insists he did and I put it in my pocket. I told him he was mistaken....I pulled my pockets inside out and told him what he had done...he accused me of being a thief. I told him to count out his register and/or check the video tape. He refused and kept calling me a thief. I told him I was going to call the police, he said go ahead. So I started dialing. While I was on hold, he came around the counter and handed me my change....and said to leave, because he did not want any trouble. The whole time he was such an ass. Won't ever go back to this 711 ever. read more

We need to stop and get some gas, and off the distance we seen this gas station and not reading what company owned this gas station. We stopped by to get some gas for the ride home and during the week, we found this place to be well taken care of and very clean. The service inside was very helpful and friendly, so this is a nice place to come to. Get gas, drinks, and some snack for your ride either home or someplace interesting. So it is free coffee week with the 7-11 app and I've been taking advantage of the free coffee. However, IMHO, the workers are making the coffee too weak. It's all watered down with a hint of coffee in it. I've had the pumpkin spice for the majority of the time and that was watery. This morning I came in, about 6:30 am, and 2 of the coffee jugs were gone, the exclusive blend was empty, and I resorted to the french vanilla. The french vanilla was more of a french vanilla hot water than coffee. I can't complain though, it's free. I'm guessing it just depends on the workers. Some take the time to make it right and some just don't care. There's quite a turnover of employees there since I've lived in Tracy and people just move on I guess.
