Over the years a stop in Tracy is the perfect thing for a break between Elk Grove and the bay area. Its just about the half way point. This isn't my preferred exit - I like the other one with In N Out and Star Casino but that one doesn't have a Chevron. For as long as I can remember we always stopped in Tracy. They used to have this restaurant Orchards - with special home made apricot syrups to put on your French Toast that was to die for. Thats gone now turned into Black Bear diner. Leaves the problem of finding that new perfect routine. One of my routines is to aim for Chevron fuel. German cars can be finicky and if an engine light turns on it can be like diagnosing one of Dr House's patents. I don't need that. Prices were ok and receipt printed at the pump so no need to walk inside. I feel like most gas stations out there are like Black Bear diner. Just bla. Chevron feels more distinguished like Orchards. Call me crazy but maybe I'm just a sucker for the advertisements with all the happy little cars zooming around. Gone are the days of homemade syrups served at restaurants but I guess you can always count on that Techron availability. read more

Extremely convenient gas station on this side of Tracy. Gas is about average price amount the chevrons but the location helps make up for that. There was people loitering out front asking for money and a fair amount of trash around. They staff was making a conscious effort to clean up but they really could benefit from power washing as the ground is quite bad. read more

This is the second time I went to get gas and you have to go inside. Not convenient. It is only 9pm when I am getting gas.

The prices here were pretty competitive for the area, and the location is a convenient stop off. The restrooms are clean, too.

I had a flat on the freeway passing through Tracy, CA. Safely pulled into this Chevron right off the MacArthur exit. A really good size gas station with plenty of pumps and parking spots. The exterior was clean as it was on the interior! Lots of refreshment and snack options. Eliana the employee at the register was so sweet! Knowing that I pulled in with a flat, she welcomed me to stay inside where it was cooler if I wanted! (It was nearly 90 degrees outside but felt WAY hotter!) I appreciated her kindness! Newly remodeled, this Chevron location is the best in town! Clean, modern, and (usually) lacking riffraff. *Brand new pumps! *They now have diesel at all pumps * Car wash has buckets with scrub brushes and soapy water set up to scrub your windshield or Ca at as needed before going through. If you go inside, they will also give you a free wipe to clean your he interior of the car. *EV chargers newly installed in the back Ultimately this location is convenient, clean, and I'm comfortable stopping here in the evenings. I'll be back here again, and again until I get an electric vehicle. And even then, may stop in for a charge every now and then! read more

My mom went to pump gas and she doesn't speak English and they don't have anyone who speaks Spanish there and they put her money into another pump and they charged her the gas the other person took. My mom called me on the phone cause she didn't understand and the cashier Jessie said she didn't care was rude and didn't refund her back money for gas she didn't use. I asked for the corporate number and she gave me a disconnected number. This is very disappointing and discriminatory they basically stole from my mom because she doesn't speak English . If they don't refund her the money I will be searching legal actions. I don't stand with anyone treating another person less or stealing from them because of the language barrier. Seeing the receipt the name of the cashier is Atheena I called and they heard my voice and hung up. Unbelievable they are thieves! read more

This place deserves more than 2.5 stars! We were so happy to have stopped here for gas and restroom. It was large, staff were friendly, and most importantly it was clean. Probably one of the cleanest gas station restrooms I've ever been in! They had a wide variety of food/drinks. Highly recommend this being your stop along the road. read more

Came to this gas station because it was the only "open" gas station on this side of town. Employee was just walking around acting like he couldn't see me at the window/ call box. My phone had died and I couldn't use my card, all I had was cash. Employee refused to attend me even though he was just standing around. Mind you I'm a 23 y/ o female and it's 2 am. Why advertise a 24 hour gas station when it's not. I was scared and abandoned on the side of the road because all the other gas stations were closed and i wasted the little gas I did have on my way to this gas station. Their customer service is the worst, they have no sign in their car wash to suggest its out of order, it'll take your card and charge it. Given my carelessness for receipts, I went in to request a refund, and showed the purchase made on my wells fargo app. No luck given I had no receipt. Had to call my bank for the refund, which was only 12 dollars but again thats 12 dollars they were not willing to give back. read more

They got everything you need but whatever you do don't come here in the morning unless you have time to wait. Trucks from the DCs overcrowd that small parking lot most of the time stopping you from getting off of macarthur in the first place usually park in firelanes and non parking spots because they have no where else to park also leaving you trapped inside. A lot of their stuff is way overpriced but makes sense why they do that because they are the closest ones off the freeway. Chevron has been nothing but a great working experience my customers had brought joy to my face everytime that I worked and evidently the team that was created. It was such a great store w many varieties that made it convenient for our customers... Convenient location but pumps appear old and worn down. And most importantly every time I pump here the pump never gives a receipt! Not once have I been able to get a receipt from any of the pumps. read more
