Fair prices, convenient to the freeway offramp and has some neighbors of interest. Fair prices - today $5.39 for regular in cash. Other more popular places charge exactly one dollar more per gallon. I've got a direct injection so I put some extra fuel additive in but if you've got an older car - I think this is good enough. Convenient to the freeway. If your traveling between Sacramento and the Bay this is a great place to stop. Right off the freeway. No who ha. One light... Wonderful neighbors of interest. Lots of places to eat fast and even a fine gaming institution next door. They have some fine Italian Cypress on either side of the entrance and you'll feel as important as Augustus Caesar when you walk through the front doors. Woody perennial plants of considerable height have that sort of effect on people. Go figure. Solid 3.5 stars - I'll round up this time because I'm in that sort of mood. read more

I don't know what sets gas prices and things associated with the topic but what I can say is that I paid over $5 a gallon this week at this Tracy, California ARCO petrol station. In my lifetime I never thought I'd see gas over $5 a gallon. $5.399 to be precise. The total out the door cost for 3/4 of a full tank? $94.33. This is lunacy. The area outside was clean and free of debris and its location is right at the on and off-ramp for freeway access on Tracy Boulevard; one of the main roads in this town. I did not need to go inside to pay which I appreciated and the receipt machine built into the pump worked & wasn't empty like so many are anymore this I also appreciated. read more

Hello, I visited your am/pm location 3425 N Tracy Blvd Tracy Ca 95376 on 11/3/22 around 10pm. I have called the store multiple times to speak with a manager and have been waiting for a manager to call me back. I'm still waiting for a call. I'am beyond disgusted with the type of customer service I received as well as being bullied by one of the employees. I guess some of your stores closed during shift change however there is no signage indicating the store will be closed daily during a certain time due to change of shift. As I attempted to go inside to pay for my gas the door was locked there was two employees inside as I made eye contact with a male employee and asked are you closed he ignored me walk to the door and fix the sign That said will return. I looked at the female employee and ask her are you closed as well she ignored me as well walk to the door and fix the other sign on the door. When I googled it stated this location is open 24 hours so I was slightly confused. I called the store and asked are you close it says you should be open at this time? The female employee whose name is Lucy told me on the phone signs are posted and it's not her fault I cannot read. As a paying customer I should not have to endure this type of bullying. You are employee does not know if I have seeing problems if I have reading problems or if I'm disabled of any sort. As a customer calling the store I should not have been treated in such a disgraceful manner. I have been trying to reach out to find a positive resolution in the situation. This is a review of Arco as a corporate entity. the One Star Performance: Am/Pm at the Crosstown freeway in Stockton located several blocks east of California. The mental midget trying to be a tyrant, did I say that out loud? Was so epically rude it was beyond the pale, since this will only serve as venting that'll be all I have to say. the Five Star Service Performer [consistently] located at 205 and Grant line Road in Tracy. Gurmeet is the manager at this location, I've come to know him and his staff over the last decade. They epically hit it out of the park with award winning service. The location this is posted under is North Tracy Boulevard, their three star rating is appropriate. It is likely not really their fault. The biggest problem is space, not enough, they need at least eight more pumps to handle the volume of their demand efficiently. In such a congested business corridor it is unlikely they will ever have the real estate to make that happen. Thus, what you have is the ridiculous dynamic any motorist faces when queuing up for pumps during any 'hot' time. There is virtually no place to wait then your choice of lane proves faulty and you end up waiting five to ten minutes when a more efficient paradigm would have had you on a pump much quicker. read more

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. This store closed down for 40 mins to change shifts and count tills (perfectly understandable). What makes no sense however, is to be labeled a 24 hr station and still shut your pumps down for that time. There were five people waiting for the service to turn back on and all the guy inside did was shack his head and shrug. When we came here on a Sunday around 230pm, it wasn't too packed. Gas was $2.89 and the pumps all seemed to have been working. It was clean outside and I love that this place is right off the freeway. We didn't go inside so I cannot comment on the service of the employees here. read more

This place is always packed with vehicles no matter what time of day you decide to get gassed up. There's shady people hanging outside here too so I am somewhat leery of going here at night (or even during the days). Other than those two mentioned, gas is inexpensive and if you have the patience to patronize this place, go for it. read more

This gas station needs to enforce wearing mask especially when people come inside. This Arco on Tracy Bl and E Louise Ave in Lathrop do not enforce mask which is sad because they are busy locations. I am done going in those locations. read more

I went to this station, swiped my card and put in pump info, went to put gas in my car, and it stopped at $30. I didn't understand why... Then the clerk ran out, told me I stole $30 and she was calling the police! Then the man who's $30 she accidentally put on my pump started yelling at her, she was yelling at me, and trying to grab my wallet and ATM card! I offered more than once to pay for him to get his $30 worth of gas, if indeed I accidentally got his money's worth of gas, but no one was interested in that. He's yelling at her, she's yelling at me, and I called the police, because there was apparently no reasonable solution to this situation. The Tracy police came and allowed me to pay for the gas erroneously put into my tank. TRUE STORY. My suggestion is, go elsewhere.. the "savings" isn't worth the nonsense. read more

I will never take my business to this Arco ever again. I went in to break a $20 bill, so I bought a bag of chips. My change was $19.01. The cashier handed me my change, I left in a hurry. I got to my car, double checked my money and realized she shorted me $5. I ran back inside, explained what happened and she apologized and got the owner. He was EXTREMELY rude. Absolutely refused to give me my $5. He said no, it was too inconvenient for him. He'd have to count the register. WTF? I said, go look at your tape! I know for a fact that I was shorted in my change. I am not out to steal $5 freakin dollars from anyone. The cashier was very nice, polite and apologetic. I told her don't worry, I understand it was a honest mistake. I was not angry until the OWNER of the store absolutely refused to give me my correct change. He looked at the tape, and said he saw her hand me a 5 dollar bill. I am 100% certain that he was lying, for whatever reason. I asked him for the corporate number. He refused to give me one! He also told me if he gave me the $5, then he would have to deduct it from the cashiers paycheck. (which by the way, is AGAINST THE LAW) Oh, and that it was MY fault for not counting my money before I walked out the door. Apparently 2 minutes is too long to rectify a simple mistake. Realistically, I usually DO doublecheck my change, but I was in a hurry to get to an appointment, in which I needed $15! So not only did I get short changed, treated rudely by the owner, he ruined my day AND made me late to an appointment that I drove 30 minutes to get to. Ok I have been going to this gas station for 5 years every time I get gas, mainly bc it is conveniently located near my house and it is one of the cheapest in town. So I deal with the overcrowded parking lot in which I have been rear ended one time in even, and I even deal with their random shift change shut down where they close down all the pumps and lock the door while they do shift change. But yesterday was the last straw for me. I went in and paid the male manager a $20 bill and bought their $0.79 Fountian soda and put the rest on my tank which ended up being $19.01. I then went out to the busy pumps and opened my gas tank and put the nozzle in and started pumping. Like I said I pump gas here every few days for years so it's kinda auto pilot for me. I threw some trash away and when I was done the pump was stopped so I put it back and drove away. I literally live right around the corner. So I went home and when it was time to get my kids from school I went and got in my car, I looked at my gas tank and it was still on complete empty. It was actually lower then before I even went to the gas station! I had to go get my kids nervous the entire time to run out of gas and while I was On my way I called the gas station. It was the manager who picked up, I explained the situation to him and he then said I don't know who u are, u will have to come in and bring ur receipt. I said I paid cash and u never gave me one and he claims we always give receipts. I insisted he absolutely never did give me one and he said if I knew the time and pump I could come in and he would t t and look it up. I went straight there after getting my kids, luckily with out running out of gas and he told his employee to look it up. She was able to confirm right away that I in fact did pay for gas and a soda but that someone DID pump the gas I paid for. I told her that I never heard it click off and if I hadn't pumped the gas wouldn't there be a red flag when the next costumer comes in to buy gas and they see that there is still gas remaining on the pump?? It was just frustrating as hell bc I don't know what happened and the manager treated me like I was lying about it down to saying he had no way of knowing if I'm telling the truth and so basically some other person came up on my $19.01 in free gas and I got screwed over! This gas station is crazy-town. People don't know how to obey the arrows on the ground, and go in the out, and out the in. Then get all mad at you because you want to follow the arrows on the ground! Too much stress, and cheap gas is bad for your car. Go to Chevron instead. read more

I feel one of the reviewers regarding the long lines. Every time i come here it never fails, its always about 4-5 people ahead of me. It usually takes about 5-7 minutes for the cashier to finally get through everyone. Its been many of times where I was irritated with the cashier... Besides that, this is one of my favorite arco/am pm to go 2. Usually has the cheaper gas price, it's conveniently located by the freeway, & when they updated this location, they added arrows telling cars which direction to enter. Though. Not everyone pays attention to the arrows, adding them definitely made the process of pumping gas a lot easier... And i miss my girl Meme. Never have I left a bad rating before, and I held back for months thinking ARCO's parent company BP would take disciplinary actions against this particular store. Nothing. And not even an apology. So here goes: terrible, rude service by a night shift store clerk who began to berate me for paying with the change in my pocket. And when I called to complain the next day to resolve the issue, the manager started to argue with me (yelling in fact). But being that he probably lacks any education by his frequent, obscene use of four-letter words (when someone wants to bring up a concern); and will likely end up nowhere after he gets kicked out of this gig since he's an obvious loser, I ought to feel sorry for him. He and his night shift loser cohort (who he probably hired because they share the same low IQ) need to learn basic customer skills, but it's perhaps wishful thinking. Went in for cigarettes, before making request, I asked if they still had their 2 pack special, which I was informed they did. Ok I tell her what I need. 2 Marlboro lights 100s and 2 Marlboro red short. Cashier more concerned with watching her phone instead of paying attentions to customers. Blindly reaching while looking at her phone or whatever it was that had her attention more than the guest in front of her...she grabs 2 Marlboro lights special blend. I correct with the right ones, she then grabs 2 Marlboro red 100s special blend...never was special blend even mentioned in my initial request. I correct a 3rd time. She grabs 2 Marlboro lights shorts. By this time, I'm getting irritated. Again I say 2 Marlboro lights 100s and 2 Marlboro red short. I see her grab the correct lights and reach towards the reds, I swipe my card thinking ok finally. When I go to put them in my purse, I noticed low and behold the reds are special blend. When I mentioned they're not the right ones, she grabs the correct ones and wants to ring me up separately for the correct ones. Now the only reason I was making the purchase was because of the 2 pack special. Total should have been $34 and change for 4 packs not to mention a 35 cent transaction fee to use a debit card. She charged me $27.90 plus 35 cents for 3 packs and wanted to charge me an additional $9.19 plus another 35 cents to get the 4th pack. And had the nerve to tell me...well there is nothing I can do maybe next time you should be more specific in what you need. Really??? How many times does it take someone saying 2 Marlboro lights 100s and 2 Marlboro red shorts before you understand? Pay attention to customers!!! Just lost my business.
