Some places like to close around midnight but it seems they keep their store open late which is a big plus. There's a car wash right next to the gas station and they have free vacuums you can use if you get a car wash. The place looks nice, and I'll definitely come back, but I'm hoping they can sort out the issue where you can pay outside with a debit card and still get the cash/debit price outside instead of having to go inside to get the lowest advertised price. If you end up paying with a debit card at the pump you are going to be charged the credit price not the debit/cash price which is 10 cents more per gallon. That was the only thing that bothered me because I prefer to fuel up and then head out without waiting.

Bought an XXL Coke Zero (one of the few convenience stores to have it), a corn dog, and cheeseburgers. Unfortunately, there were no packets of condiments, but they had bottles and trays of add-ons. They did have small condiment cups but no lids to take on the road. Store was clean and cashier was busy but efficient. Good selection of fountain drinks and coffee flavors. Arco is the only gas station with one of my fav coffees, the Cafe de la Hoja.

I don't know where that came from, and I found it very ridiculous that he treated the next woman in line who was quite frankly and litetally... dressed in a cheetah shirt with hair & makeup like a... politely... whereas he treated me, who is dressed in a turtleneck zip-up sweater, a hat, and a mask with such contempt and disrespect. He is South Asian with a beard, the woman in a cheetah shirt is white, and I am a Southeast Asian woman in appearance. I wonder what sort of biases might have influenced that very unpleasant interaction. I felt upset enough to ask him this question as I left the store: "Do you know what the name Christian means and what Christians stand for? Why are you so rude and disrespectful?" as the name for the pick-up order was "Christian" (although, I have no idea if they are true Christians or not). I will avoid this store. I hope he gets some feedback from his manager. Maybe he will take a minute or two to reflect.

This isn't my preferred exit - I like the other one with In N Out and Star Casino but that one doesn't have a Chevron. For as long as I can remember we always stopped in Tracy. They used to have this restaurant Orchards - with special home made apricot syrups to put on your French Toast that was to die for. Thats gone now turned into Black Bear diner. Leaves the problem of finding that new perfect routine. One of my routines is to aim for Chevron fuel. German cars can be finicky and if an engine light turns on it can be like diagnosing one of Dr House's patents. I don't need that. Prices were ok and receipt printed at the pump so no need to walk inside. I feel like most gas stations out there are like Black Bear diner. Just bla. Chevron feels more distinguished like Orchards. Call me crazy but maybe I'm just a sucker for the advertisements with all the happy little cars zooming around. Gone are the days of homemade syrups served at restaurants but I guess you can always count on that Techron availability.

Fair prices, convenient to the freeway offramp and has some neighbors of interest. Fair prices - today $5.39 for regular in cash. Other more popular places charge exactly one dollar more per gallon. I've got a direct injection so I put some extra fuel additive in but if you've got an older car - I think this is good enough. Convenient to the freeway. If your traveling between Sacramento and the Bay this is a great place to stop. Right off the freeway. No who ha. One light... Wonderful neighbors of interest. Lots of places to eat fast and even a fine gaming institution next door. They have some fine Italian Cypress on either side of the entrance and you'll feel as important as Augustus Caesar when you walk through the front doors. Woody perennial plants of considerable height have that sort of effect on people. Go figure. Solid 3.5 stars - I'll round up this time because I'm in that sort of mood.
